By comparing the financial indicators of each two levels, the corresponding judgment matrix is constructed, and the total weight ranking is obtained by normalization. The efficiency coefficient method is used to standardize the score of each financial indicator, and then the financial risk evaluation value is obtained by combining the weight coefficient. However, whether the creditor's rights in the rule include claims with real right guarantees, the theoretical and practical departments have both positive and negative views. Under the entire legal system and socio-economic background, the interest on bankruptcy claims with real right guarantees should be calculated to the date of debt settlement, which is required by the legislative purpose of the security interest, Enterprise Bankruptcy Law and Property Law there is no conflict in the scope of priority compensation for property security; this is determined by the legislative purpose of the bankruptcy proceedings. Ecotourism is a method to conserve the environment while stimulating local economy. However, it ignores one key element of sustainable development, the local community. Community-based ecotourism (CBET) is a kind of ecotourism that pays more attention on community’s benefits, community participation and empower communities. However, the lack of community capacity is the major barrier to effective and sustainable tourism development. Capacity building (CB) is defined based on the concept of six capitals: intrinsic, political, financial, physical, human and social capital. This study illustrates the current situation of CB and CBET in less developed areas and discusses whether CBET development is reality or rhetoric in these sites based on a case study conducted in Qiaoxi Village of Meizhou, China. It finds that financial capital, infrastructure, particularly interpretation system, as well as skills and education of labors are limited. In addition, local community has restricted access to decision-making due to the government-dominated development model. The application of VaR and CVAR in investment portfolio is studied by using historical simulation method, Monte Carlo simulation method and optimization method. Research shows that VaR, as a widely adopted advanced risk assessment method, introduces China's securities portfolio risk assessment will play an important role in promoting the development of China's securities market.
