The consistency of the data simulation results show that the proposed method not only can good control inspection level, and has high potential test. In order to optimize land transfer decisionmaking and improve the welfare of farmers, this paper uses Logit model to analyze farmers’ land transfer incentives based on China Family Panel Studies (CFPS). The study found that present value of agricultural machinery, land value and agricultural subsidies are the main incentives for farmers to transfer land. Considering the influence of the quality level and effort cost of recycled mobile phones on the recycling profit, this paper constructs a decision-making model of the dual-channel mobile phone closed-loop supply chain composed of the manufacturer, distributor and the third-party online recycling platform to solve the optimization problem of the dualchannel closed-loop supply chain. This paper gains the optimal retail price and the quality level of recycled mobile phones under decentralized and centralized decision-making by applying the game theory. Based on 285 onsite investigation data, this paper pays attention to the mechanism of entrepreneurial resource’s influences on Entrepreneurial Performance, and introduces Entrepreneurial Ability as the intermediary variable to test the effect of Entrepreneurial Resources on Entrepreneurial Performance. The results show that Entrepreneurial Resources (Operating Resources, Human Resources and Technical Resources, Financial Resources) have a significant impact on Entrepreneurial Performance (Survival Performance, Innovation Development Performance); Entrepreneurial Ability plays a mediating role between Entrepreneurial Resources and Entrepreneurial Performance. Meanwhile, Entrepreneurial Ability partially intermediates among Human and Technical Resources, Operational Resources and Entrepreneurial Performance, and completely intermediates between Financial Resources and Entrepreneurial Performance.
