摘要

土地流转是农民重新配置生产要素，实现生产发展和小康生活的重要途径。为了优化土地流转决策，提高农民福利，本文基于中国家庭面板研究(China Family Panel Studies, CFPS)，采用Logit模型对农民土地流转动机进行分析。研究发现，农机现值、土地价值和农业补贴是农民流转土地的主要激励因素。非农就业和城镇收入水平对农民土地流转有显著影响。
