Métodos: O estudo é do tipo exploratório, realizado por meio de pesquisa bibliográfica, associada ao questionário como técnica de coleta de dados. Para análise dos dados obtidos aplicou-se a análise de conteúdo. Resultados: O instrumento foi enviado via correio eletrônico e obteve o retorno de 32 editores de diversas áreas do conhecimento, sendo a maioria da área de Ciências Sociais Aplicadas e mais da metade possuem seis ou mais anos de atuação. Identificou-se que a maior parte dos respondentes acreditam que o compartilhamento de conhecimento entre avaliadores contribui para o aperfeiçoamento dos mesmos e de seus pareceres, e apesar de reconhecerem tal contribuição, 87,5% afirmam não existir, no periódico em que atuam, iniciativas que proponham a troca de conhecimentos. Por fim, quando indagados sobre ter conhecimento a respeito de iniciativas semelhantes, mesmo que em outros âmbitos, alguns respondentes afirmam conhecer e citam: as práticas propostas por editoras internacionais, que realizam webinários e disponibilizam conteúdos em seus websites, os projetos e eventos da Associação Brasileira de Editores Científicos, grupos de WhatsApp e lista de e-mails, além da interação proposta pelas práticas da avaliação por pares aberta. Conclusão: A partir do exposto, compreende-se que os editores percebem a relevância do compartilhamento de conhecimento entre os avaliadores, no entanto, ainda não colocaram em prática tais iniciativas nos periódicos em que atuam.","PeriodicalId":36988,"journal":{"name":"Revista Digital de Biblioteconomia e Ciencia da Informacao","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-01-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"48577342","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Digital repositories in universities are currently fundamentalin the organization and management of knowledge generated by scientific, technological, artistic, and administrative production, however, it is necessary to verify the availability of controlled vocabulary and how vocabulary control is carried out. Objective: With the objective of systematizing a proposal for vocabulary control and the use of controlled vocabularies in university repositories managed by libraries, an evaluation model was developed that proposes to systematize methods, procedures, resources, and techniques. Methodology: For this, the development of the investigation carried out exploratory research with bibliographic and documentary research and applied research in the Unesp Repository. Results: The results obtained constituted an Action Plan, discussed and elaborated by the Study Group, composed of six actions and nine studies to evaluate and control vocabulary in university repositories about: vocabulary control in indexing by professionals and non-professionals; vocabulary control in retrieval; use of subject metadata from academic papers; keyword matching; analysis of terminological variations at semantic, syntactic and pragmatic levels; analysis of transaction logs for searches by subject. Conclusion: Itis concluded that the systematization of actions in an evaluation model is relevant for university repositories to incorporate the advances offered by vocabulary control in their routines and, mainly, for the contribution of new terms arising from scientific and technological evolution.","PeriodicalId":36988,"journal":{"name":"Revista Digital de Biblioteconomia e Ciencia da Informacao","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-01-11","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"48167546","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This is the case of the traditional and hybrid libraries. This research defends the thesis that hybridity paradigm for libraries stagnated in the 1990s, however, the library management changed, because of their communities’ needs. Objective: It aimed to follow the sociocultural trajectory of the concept of hybrid library. Methodology: The study is qualitative, exploratory, and carried out a theoretical-epistemological and field research. It used the Multimodal Discourse Analysis as research method. The Bibliographic Research was used as a tool to collect data in specific and related Information Science databases. The Field Research was used as a tool to collect data in hybrid library environments placed in the State of Missouri, United States of America. Results: As partial results, was possible to identify that hybridity should be understood beyond its physical infrastructure, as a representative factor to develop communities. The concept of hybridity is inserted in the context of systemic organizations, presupposing an open environment action and administrative junctions, conjecturing micro and macro informational spaces.Conclusion: The hybridity promotes ways to use technology in favor of a collective intelligence, approaching knowledge networks, which can bring new perspectives to the libraries","PeriodicalId":36988,"journal":{"name":"Revista Digital de Biblioteconomia e Ciencia da Informacao","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-01-11","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"48214388","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Objective: To map authors, works and themes related or tangent to the subject “book’s materiality” in the scope of information science. Methodology: A mapping of the thematic coverage was carried out in national and international databases, then, the texts identified were analyzed and visualized using Voyant Toolstool. Results: 100 documentsthat covered the period between 1996 and 2020 were analyzed, with the highest occurrence of publication of book’s materiality thematic in the years of 2016, 2017 and 2018. In terms of terminology, expressions that lead to the understanding of the book as a documentary and symbolic support that contains information, stand out, and can compose collections in institutions worried with social memory, as is the case of libraries. The journals that most publish articles on the subject were Encontros Bibliand Journal of Documentation, and the databases that index the most journals that address the topic were BRAPCIand Library and Information Science Abstracts. Conclusion: The book’s materiality theme establishes a bridge between the breadth of the “materiality” concept and a relationship between book and document. The book –when studied based on the multidimensionality of materiality, whether expressed in analog or digital environment –constitutes itself as a symbolic object in addition to being conceived as a mere source of information.","PeriodicalId":36988,"journal":{"name":"Revista Digital de Biblioteconomia e Ciencia da Informacao","volume":"1 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-01-11","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"68389879","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

When it is developed using the stories, it becomes fascinating. Despite being an oral narrative that is not always valued, it carries the identity, traits and ways of typically Brazilian characters. Objective: The aim of this study was to analyze the literary performance of storyteller Rolando Boldrin, in the TV show Sr. Brasil. Methodology:As for methodological procedures, bibliographic, documentary and oral, descriptive and qualitative research was used. Results:Among the results achieved, we highlight that the stories narrated in Boldrin’s narrated retrieves stories and memories of characters from popular culture. Conclusions:We conclude that the reader-narrator of stories needs to develop skills, among them not to lose the “thread of the skein” at the moment of the narrative, to use voice, body, space and presence, resources to draw attention and awaken the imaginary, the interest and the affective memory of reader-listeners in an engaging and surprising way.","PeriodicalId":36988,"journal":{"name":"Revista Digital de Biblioteconomia e Ciencia da Informacao","volume":"1 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-01-11","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"68390026","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Modern science, however, brings in its wake the issue of disciplinary specialization, which caused a profound change in the search for scientific knowledge. The new disciplinary order, increasingly specialized, hindered the integrated vision of science and knowledge, leading to a distancing from the various realities contained in the same problem or circumstance, and even disregarding the necessary integration among knowledges. Objectives: To understand the relevance of searching for all aspects of the same situation, this research aims to deepen the contributions and understandings of some of the first thinkers who dealt with the unity of knowledge, extending to Kurt Gödel, considered as the father of transdisciplinary, and to Mode 2 of knowledge production by Michael Gibbons. Method: This study consists of an interpretivist, qualitative research, resulting in a critical literature review, which synthesized the information through evaluation and in-depth discussion about the unity of scientific and technological knowledge. Results: Unity of knowledge refers to the fact that conditioned knowledge can only achieve its integrity through unconditioned knowledge, the latter not merely a contingent aggregate, but an indispensable system for the complete identity of conditioned knowledge. Conclusion: Transdisciplinary, in this respect, is the search for the unity of knowledge, beyond disciplinary boundaries, to capture the full complexity of the multidimensional and the multi-referential Reality of the conditioned element","PeriodicalId":36988,"journal":{"name":"Revista Digital de Biblioteconomia e Ciencia da Informacao","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-01-11","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"47239090","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
