College English, an integral part of higher learning, is a required basic course for undergraduate students. As a part of English teaching, the English teaching evaluation is increasingly accepted and wildly applied as one of the means to ensure and promote the improvement of the quality of college English teaching. Based on the analysis of various kinds of related methods, this paper puts forward a model for English teaching assessment based on grey relational analysis. To overcome the problems of weights allocation and determination which exists on the mould of traditional grey relation analysis, a weighted grey relation analysis method was modified to solve the problems. The criteria weight obtained by applying analytical hierarchy process approach, and the grey relational analysis approach used to get the measure of college English teaching assessment are highly logical, practical and systemic. Difficulties, such as low resolution, shadows, long distances, and segmentation problems, usually exist in outdoor environment. To deal with these difficulties, the activity width sequence image which maintains 3D features using 2D representation is exploited to represent the silhouette structure information of each frame and dynamic properties of activity. The activity width vectors are converted to the gray value successively according to the order in activity sequence and the gray image is formed in spatio-temporal space. We regard the activity width sequence image as the texture and choose Local Binary Patterns which is a powerful texture extraction operator to analyze the spatio-temporal pattern. The method is simple and effective. However, multimodal data are usually represented with heterogeneous features. It is difficult to learn a semantic subspace where multimodal correlation is learned and preserved. In this paper, we analyze sparse canonical correlation for multimodal data in heterogeneous feature dimension reduction; moreover, we propose subspace optimization strategy with structural multi-feature fusion, which fuse structural content correlation learning result and graph-based semantic correlation learning result into an objective function. Our algorithm has been applied to content based multimedia applications, including image classification and multimedia retrieval. Traditional methods apply frequent itemsets mining for finding dense units. Since these methods are not able to differentiate the density of units in subspaces with different dimensions, it is not in favor of finding dense units in the sparse subspace or the higher-dimension subspace. In this paper, we propose an algorithm, called CBNI (Clustering high dimensional data streams Based on N-most interesting Itemsets), which finds dense units based on N-most interesting itemsets mining and can solve this problem. We first presented a user preference model which can embody both the partial relations and the interest degree of preferences. And then, the elements orders of XML database are created by considering the user preferences and consequently the representative orders are computed by using the clustering algorithm during the offline step. Finally, based on representative orders selected in the offline time, the the Top-k result elements are selected by using TA algorithm during the online processing step. It shows that every equilibrium of the system is Lyapunov stable if T satisfies Lipschitz condition. It is proved that the existence of the indices of the matrix U, which is the product of the system connection fuzzy matrices, is sufficient condition for the system to be strongly convergent, and the convergence in finite steps of U is sufficient condition for the system to be strongly stable in finite steps. Based on polynomial Lyapunov functions, we derive stabilization conditions to design stable polynomial interval type-2 fuzzy switched controllers. The stabilization conditions are represented in terms of SOS, and the controllers are numerically (partially symbolically) solved via the recent developed SOSTOOLS. In addition, polynomial discrete fuzzy systems and controllers are the generalization of discrete Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy systems and controllers. Websites which are not well-formed may cause performance degradation for some applications and poses compatibility issues with some browsers. Furthermore, it is harder to render a non well formed webpage using state of the art web browsers. Therefore, a wide spectrum of HTML document validation tools are developed to validate HTML pages. However, these tools are able to validate only static based HTML pages, which is a drawback as it is not catered for current state of the art dynamic server side generated pages. To resolve this issue, we propose a novel framework for validating dynamic web applications. In our framework, we develop set of heuristic rules considering the various languages syntax and operation for well known server side languages such as PHP, Java EE, and ASP.NET.
