It supports the activities of the estimated execution time and the activities of the personnel task allocation. This paper uses personnel analysis reports of workflow logs to calculate the relative deviation of the average completion time as a role and combine with fuzzy logic to calculate the capacity value for the different roles of the staff. The capacity value is corrective according to the staff of the present work load. We get the current ability value list. Landmark-based IP geolocation can gain better IP geolocation performance. However, the accuracy of landmarks is still an urgent issue to address. The paper proposes a filtering landmark mechanism to guarantee the accuracy of landmarks. First, a Ping-Delay Coarse Filtering Landmark algorithm (PCFL) is proposed to coarsely filter landmarks. Second, a recursive undns model is presented to make full use of undns. Third, a Recursive Undns Evaluating Landmark algorithm (RUEL) is proposed to accurately evaluate the accuracy of landmarks. In the paper, those adjectives are used to categorize the foods based on rough tolerant relation as the same way as document clustering. Before clustering, we selected 87 adjectives that are frequently used for taste evaluation and obtained the sets of adjectives that can be used for the taste of 51 kinds of Korean cuisine and refreshments. For clustering non-hierarchical algorithm was used. The foods with similar ingredients, state of cuisine for serving, cooking methods and taking methods share the same cluster as we expected. The research of the control strategies for boiler-turbine systems is meaningful in the view of both theory and practice. In order to calculate the output of the system according to its initial parameters and conditions, these control equations are solved on discrete meshes by the finite difference method. This also aims at simulating the boiler-turbine power system. This simulation has simple and beautiful interface coded by using of Microsoft VC++6.0. There are four modules: a calendar clock, the system operation and its input, and the output in main interface. The calendar clock shows real date and time. The system operation has three buttons: log, turn on and turn off. The input module is composed of a fuel switch, steam switch, water switch, and the corresponding status shown on the bar and the meter. When a hander inputs three correct groups of data in edit frames, and starts the simulated system, the data will be shown on the status bars and the meters. Furthermore, the data are changed randomly to the extent of the allowed value. The output part has the pressure and the manometer, the power and the power meter dynamo, and the highness of water and its status vision. To some extent, the decision-makers usually are more confident making linguistic judgments than crisp value judgments. The aim of this paper is to extend the technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution(TOPSIS) method to decision-making problems with the triangular fuzzy function. In this paper the triangular fuzzy function is introduced into the multi-objective decision making(MODM) problem under uncertainty and the fuzzy TOPSIS approach is proposed to solve the MODM problem with subjective linguistic variables. First the triangular fuzzy numbers are used to describe the degree of importance and the attribute value. Then it gives the general steps of solving the MODM problem through the fuzzy TOPSIS approach. Finally, a case study is used to illustrate the procedure of the proposed approach at the end of the paper. A major challenge lies in that the number of communities in a given social network is usually unknown. This paper presents a new community detection algorithm-Distance Centrality based Community Detection (DCCD). The proposed method is capable of detecting the community of network without a preset community number. The method has two components. First we choose the initial center nodes by calculating the centrality of each node using their distance information. Then we measure the similarity between the center nodes and each other nodes in the network, and assign each node to the most similar community. Based on our previous work, the concept of health reliability degree (HRD) is reviewed to indicate a quantitative health level from the perspectives of single parameter, some subsystems and the whole test-bed system. The relationship among multiple parameters are fully considered, which is different from traditional qualitative fault detection. The fuzzy evaluation method is used to evaluate the health condition of test-bed system under different fuzzy evaluating criterion sets. The HRD is calculated by using the RVM-based multi-variable fusion method. To verify the proposed strategy, a simulated experimental system is designed. The health evaluation of test-bed system with different health levels have been discussed under different working conditions.
