It supports the activities of the estimated execution time and the activities of the personnel task allocation. This paper uses personnel analysis reports of workflow logs to calculate the relative deviation of the average completion time as a role and combine with fuzzy logic to calculate the capacity value for the different roles of the staff. The capacity value is corrective according to the staff of the present work load. We get the current ability value list.
