The phenomena of self-organization play a crucial role in biological systems and Agent-based modeling (ABM) has been widely viewed as a computational framework to study the complex systems. Agent-based modeling approach has tremendous potential in advancing studying the phenomena of self-organization in biochemical networks, but is still under-utilized both in theory and practice. In this study we present a new bottom-up computational modeling and simulation paradigm -- Agent-Based Modeling (ABM) with Reaction Agents (ABM-RA) which models the biochemical networks based on self-organization and is a mathematical formalization of a multi-agent system for the biochemical reaction networks. Experiment results show that ABM-RA is a generic approach. Conditions on the regulation of the same target features, performance and low-speed jet loop dynamic adjustment of performance between the test result analysis. Using the neural network model constructed above, people can figure out the content of plant pigments by getting the corresponding plant surface color information. Compared with the traditional modeling methods, this method can significantly save time and experimental supplies. Furthermore, it is easy to implement because it needn't touch samples and doesn't cause any damage to samples. Because of this, it can be applied to plant roots morphology monitoring and analysis system. It avoids the complex mechanical design using micro root window method to collect image, which needs to use objective and CCD camera along the tube wall of micro pipe to rotate 360°. It also improves efficiency of root image collection. After collecting image, the collected image is preprocessed and calibrated. SIFT feature point matching algorithm is applied the process of image matching and joining together. Meanwhile improve SIFT on feature points matching. The speed of feature points matching increases about five times, and completely satisfy real time requirement. It provides technical reserves for independently contrivable root monitoring system in China. Considering the excellent performances of Random Forest (RF) in pattern recognition, we apply RF to construct a diagnosis model to predict the situation of transformer. The experiments of fault diagnosis for some real transformers show that RF obtains a better result in prediction accuracy and stability than traditional Back Propagation neural network does. Most acoustic echo cancellation algorithms are sensitive to double-talk. Recursive prediction error (RPE) algorithm is one of the best solutions to such problem. However integrating the algorithm into headsets is a challenging task due to conversion from floating-point to fixed-point. To address this problem, the simplification approach and fixed-point implementation are proposed. For riding the effect cased by tractor deviation in driving path between two rows of trees and uneven ground, measuring was designed based on CAN bus, combined robot navigation technology, including AHRS and DGPS-RTK, with the measuring of fruit tree canopy characters, and used C8051F040 micro controller as node ECU. The hardware circuit was introduced in detail, the forming of CAN transmission information frame and software were also analyzed. But, there are also many problems, in particular, purity of the seeds and high working efficiency are hard to guarantee. So developing a separator is the crux of further popularization. On the basis of parents in different lengths, this paper designs a model Indent Cylinder Separator to study dynamics analysis, and obtains the factors influencing the results of separation are radius, angular velocity and rake angle of the cylinder.
