摘要
为了更好的渲染WebGIS矢量地图,构建了一个客户端多级结构矢量地图渲染引擎,该引擎基于Microsoft基于silverlight的RIA和SQL Server 2008空间数据库。基于该引擎实现了南通市海事管理系统。建立了采用WCF (Windows Communication Foundation)数据通信的系统架构,并介绍了具体技术。该渲染引擎在MMSNT中的成功应用充分表明了该渲染引擎在许多与gis相关的应用中的价值。
