The position of low loss can be discovered, therefore we not only can choose suitable transmission windows and suitable pump sources, but also use wavelength division multiplexing (WDM) to settle bandwidth problem. We analyze the attenuation spectrum and make a comparison between PMMA and PS fiber. Three windows of PMMA are 520nm, 574nm and 650nm. The window at 650nm is usually used. The loss at 520nm, 574nm is smaller and the attenuation spectrum is flatter, so this window will be used better. PS fiber has been found existing six windows. There are 550 nm, 580 nm, 630 nm, 670 nm, 733 nm and 780nm in the range of measurement. A more comprehensive database of occupational injuries, which can conduct statistics, classification, comparison, analysis, forecasting on the occupational injury according to different industries and categories more comprehensively, was initially established in the paper, based on the analysis of the occupational injury in China. The paper also found out the main distribution of occupational injury in various industries and departments in China, the main cause of these injuries, the main injury prevention measures for similar injuries and evaluated the effect of the measures. The result satisfied the demand of system stability other than the result of numeric interpolation. The compensation algorithm in main thread ran in the non-blocking mode by using an asynchronous callback function. As a result of improving stability, the transparency might be degraded. A method of virtual coupling which individual spring was in parallel connection with virtual environment was proposed to increase effective impedance of system. In this paper, we conduct empirical research of energy rebound effect using 1978-2007 macroeconomic data at China's national and three industries level. The results show that: the average energy rebound effect of China during 1979-2006 is 58.24%, a little higher than most developed countries; the energy rebound effect has periodic variations, and these changes are almost entirely consistent with the economic cycles, the energy rebound effects of the three industries are decreasing in turn, which shows that conducting industrial structure adjustment will contribute to energy conservation, adding investment often led to the energy rebound effect size bigger.
