By considering the local nature, climate and geography characteristics of Chongqing, a control scheme and its topology for the control and monitoring system were presented in the paper. The optimal environment was obtained through cooperation of different actuating devices based on certain control strategy and algorithm. The reliability performance of the system was improved by the redundant design. In this paper, we introduce a system that aims to reduce the chance of traffic delay and traffic conflict and has put it into practice to test its effectiveness. {"title":"Pool Boiling Heat Transfer of Aqueous Surfactant Solutions","authors":"Hu Zicheng, Guo Jiaqiang, Song Xinnan, Wang Qian","doi":"10.1109/ICICTA.2011.497","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.1109/ICICTA.2011.497","url":null,"abstract":"Experiments were conducted to investigate the nucleate pool boiling heat transfer characteristics and steam carrying phenomena during boiling for different aqueous surfactant solutions, 99% sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS) and Triton X-114. Bubble behaviour, heat transfer enhancement mechanisms and steam carrying phenomena were discussed for a range of heat flux (24.7-109.1 kW/m2) and mass concentrations (50-8000 ppm for SDS and 20-1000 ppm for Triton X-114). The bubble observations show that, when compared with water, boiling in surfactant solutions is observed to be more vigorous with smaller-sized and fast departure frequency. The surfactant solutions of Triton X-114 is becoming cloudy during boiling at around cmc for its cloud point is much lower than the boiling liquid temperature. The experiments of boiling heat transfer conclude that an optimum heat transfer enhancement is achieved near the critical micelle concentrations (cmc) of the surfactants, and at the same heat flux, the optimum boiling heat transfer enhancement at cmc of SDS is higher than that of Triton X-114 when compared with pure water. The enhancement of boiling heat transfer by the addition of surfactants is the complex effects of surfactant species, the reduction of surface tension, the changes of the contact angel. A master-slave control system is adopted as the control system. Laser sensors, ultrasonic sensors, infrared sensors, photo sensors, photoelectric encoders as well as other sensor types are employed in this system. With these sensors assembling with each another, the functions of a robot, such as ranging, obstacle avoidance and target search are realized. The system finally reaches design requirements through debugging related software and hardware. Ant colony algorithm based on colony collaboration and learning could solve this clustering problem. The proposed algorithm was applied to monitor health condition of aero-engine. However, this violates the law of diminishing marginal rate of substitution and destroys the additive of attributes. So, the valuations of alternatives based on weighed aggregation operator are failure. In this paper, four styles of attribute substitution are proposed, named by, complete-perfect, complete-imperfect, incomplete-perfect and incomplete-imperfect. We focus on the complete-imperfect substitution. Firstly, based on the law of diminishing marginal rate of substitution, the value of attributes is divided into many intervals with different levels. On the same level, the substitution rate is 100% and the additive of different attributes is effective.
