In the light of the issues of data science and advanced analytics, the task of automated ontology formation is quite relevant. A common criterion for the quality of an ontology is based on an assessment of the convenience and efficiency of working with it and the connection of cognitive processes with semantic ones for its construction and updating. The main difference of the analysis, the results of which are presented in this paper, is the cognitive information technologies of the subject area, cognitive and semantic analysis based on the theory of categories, mathematical logic and universal algebra, construction of an ontological dictionary, ontological constructions, which was carried out for the first time. The information interaction of the intellectual environment of the object with the subject is determined. Under the scope of the current study, the interviews with the specialists of the field were conducted in order to identify the possible requirements for the system, and its technical functions as well as to find out the current situation of SWHS, which has been already installed on the territory of Astana, Kazakhstan. Based on the interview results and literature review, a House of Quality (HoQ) for solar heating water systems was developed. Our research aims to explore the various ways in which AI is implemented in games to create non-playable characters (NPCs) that simulate intelligence and entertain the player. We also investigate the different approaches used by game developers in creating AI and how they strive to make NPCs adapt to different situations and change their behavior accordingly. Furthermore, we analyze the limitations of game AI in terms of creativity and problem-solving abilities, which are still far from achieving human-like intelligence. However, we argue that despite these limitations, AI in games is an essential aspect of game development as it adds depth, immersion, and replayability to a game. To achieve our research objectives, we conducted a comprehensive review of existing literature on the topic, including academic papers, industry reports, and online sources. Previous research has primarily focused on how information was transmitted, considering various flow directions and information formats. The issue of intricate communication conditions highlights the lack of a systematic approach to information flow, which considers all the nuances of human communication and relationships. By gathering student representatives from different educational programs at Astana IT University, we created a simulated environment in the IT business process. The focus group members transmitted information in different formats and circumstances, allowing us to find the factors that cause distortion in the flow of information and its conceptual causes. This paper introduces the implementation of the middleware in data-centric DT of AM. The task of the research is to explore the feasibility of risk analysis model based on fuzzy logic, which allows it to be adapted to existing risk management models and modified taking into account the real conditions for the implementation of an investment and construction project. The authors suggest FPM with a set of input parameters that characterize risk factors, a set of output parameters that characterize the risks indicators and base of fuzzy production rules. The result is presented by the process of implementing fuzzy modeling of the rule base using the developed ModelingFuzzyLogic system based on the Mamdani algorithm and allows getting a linguistic description of the degree of risk and its numerical value. Of great importance in the enterprise quality management systems is effectiveness assessment, where it is necessary to consider specifics of qualitative criteria, multilevel nature of the developed system and the choice of the required value of the productivity index and system state monitoring, it is associated with obtaining rational solutions for the management in quality assurance systems. The purpose and relevance of the study is related to the need: 1) to address important research and issues on quality management in the digital economy, according to developed State Programs of the Republic of Kazakhstan; 2) ensuring the competitiveness of medium and small businesses that have strict requirements for the quality of goods and services; 3) Increase the performance of automated quality assurance systems; 4) saving resources (manpower and time) when processing data. The article presents the methodology and model of the system of automated quality assurance of the enterprise, integrated with the control subsystems MICS (Management Information and Control System), which allow for the automation of implementation and maintenance of QMS processes, as well as increase the validity, efficiency and effectiveness of decisions by automating a number of functions performed by those directly responsible for management decisions and employees.
