A conceptual model is proposed that evaluates the entrepreneurial energy and competence of the project team. Such estimates are normalized and reduced to a scale of 1–10. The developed structure of assessments of competence contains three groups - models of creative thinking, behavioral traits, attitudes and self-realization. The proposed model is based on the general structure of competencies of the P2M knowledge system. The research of the developed tools was carried out on one of the digital transformation projects by a group of ten experts. Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) is commonly used for the diagnosis of brain tumors and accurate classification is a critical clinical procedure. In this study, we propose an efficient solution for classifying brain tumors from MRI images using custom transfer learning networks. While several researchers have employed various pre-trained architectures such as RESNET-50, ALEXNET, VGG-16, and VGG-19, these methods often suffer from high computational complexity. To address this issue, we present a custom and lightweight model using a Convolutional Neural Network-based pre-trained architecture with reduced complexity. Specifically, we employ the VGG-19 architecture with additional hidden layers, which reduces the complexity of the base architecture but improves computational efficiency. The objective is to achieve high classification accuracy using a novel approach. The article deals with the tasks of automated control of the bread baking process. A convection oven is considered as an example. The goal is to use methods to control the stage of baking bread, temperature and humidity using a fuzzy logic algorithm. System processes first receive a value compared with the set ones, after that the adder reports the difference between the humidity and temperature set by the sensor, and transmits the data to the fuzzy logic blog. And fuzzy logic makes a decision in accordance with the base logic. This article discusses various methods and systems for automatic process control in the food industry, and predicts the future of automatic process control. All input parameters were controlled simultaneously using a fuzzy control system developed during the study. The fuzzy control system was created using MATLAB Fuzzy Logic Toolbox, and the operating structure of the control system was analyzed. An intelligent control scheme based on a fuzzy controller is proposed. All input data obtained during bread baking are compared with expert data, and rule-based solutions are selected depending on the results obtained. Optimization of temperature and humidity in the chamber ensures high quality of the baked product. As a result, the circulating air is heated and mixed, ensuring the uniformity of baking bread. With the help of convection, hot air flows are distributed throughout the chamber, ensuring a uniform temperature in all parts of the oven. When done correctly, this approach can result in several advantages, including a reduction in system costs and an increase in system reliability and efficiency, while maintaining the adaptability and flexibility of the system. The concept of maintaining a particular geometric pattern during motion is frequently utilized in different scenarios. For example, unmanned military vehicles must maintain a particular formation to explore and cover terrain during missions. Another example is in “Smart Highways,” where the traffic system's capacity can be enhanced significantly by having vehicles move in groups at the same speed while maintaining a certain distance between them. This research presents an algorithm that allows a group of self-governing mobile robots to move while maintaining a specific geometric structure. A behavior-based control algorithm is advanced to regulate the movement of these systems.
