However, in most cases they are partitioned and stored in different databases owned by different institutions (hospitals, laboratories, clinics, offices, etc.) that are geographically dispersed in one or more countries. Due to this distributed and diversified nature of the various systems associated with accessing, sharing, protecting and tracking this personal data is difficult. Also, regular users cannot control their own private EPR. Recent scandals involving misuse of personal data by social media platforms and numerous breaches of user identity data have raised concerns about the technical, commercial, and ethical aspects of user data privacy and security. In this article, we introduced a management system architecture that is responsible for governing all electronic personal information and health record (EPIHR) of individual persons based on blockchain. Our proposed system architecture utilizes the tamper-proof attribute of the blockchain as well as overcomes the shortcomings of cloud-based data storage systems.","PeriodicalId":367406,"journal":{"name":"2023 IEEE International Conference on Smart Information Systems and Technologies (SIST)","volume":"6 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-05-04","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127463687","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Today, glaucoma is the leading cause of blindness. It damages optic nerve of eye. Glaucoma changes the thickness of the retinal nerve fiber layer. An increase in pressure inside the optic nerve head causes glaucoma. Glaucoma is an eye disease that is incurable. Manual glaucoma diagnosis is a time-consuming process. Also, this process is less accurate. Early-stage glaucoma disease detection may prevent complete eye vision loss. The deep learning process is useful in terms of image segmentation and classification. A convolutional neural network can extract features from an image to classify it as having glaucoma or being healthy. This system reduces manpower and complexity in glaucoma diagnosis. We trained our model using the ORIGA dataset and performed cross-validation on the same dataset. The model was tested on 65 images and achieved an accuracy of 89%.","PeriodicalId":367406,"journal":{"name":"2023 IEEE International Conference on Smart Information Systems and Technologies (SIST)","volume":"30 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-05-04","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128296898","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

With this growth comes an increased demand for housing, leading to the need for more accurate and efficient methods for predicting house prices. In this paper, we aim to compare the performance of five popular regression algorithms for predicting house prices in Astana: linear regression, decision trees, random forest, XGBoosting, and CatBoosting. We collected a dataset of housing prices in Astana, including information on the location, size, age, and other relevant features of the properties. We then applied each of the six algorithms to the dataset and evaluated their performance using various metrics such as mean squared error (MSE), mean absolute error (MAE), and R2 score. Our results showed that XGBoosting and CatBoosting algorithms outperformed the other methods in terms of prediction score but it overfits a data. The decision trees and random forest algorithms performed well on training set but there did not generalize the data. Linear regression performed the lowest score comparing with other algorithms, but it generalizes the data. This study provides valuable insights for policymakers and real estate developers in Astana, as well as for researchers and practitioners in the field of machine learning. Our findings suggest that advanced machine learning techniques, such as XGBoosting and CatBoosting, can significantly improve the accuracy of house price prediction and aid in informed decision-making.","PeriodicalId":367406,"journal":{"name":"2023 IEEE International Conference on Smart Information Systems and Technologies (SIST)","volume":"10 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-05-04","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133616873","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In particular, it has been determined that the inspection of construction objects and structures damaged during aggressive influence, in particular combat operations, requires the development of special measures for conducting the inspection. The process of the actual condition of the construction structures of the structures under investigation, taking into account safety measures, including the danger of collapse of structures or structures, the presence of explosive substances and means on the territory of the survey, the presence of harmful construction materials on the sites, etc., requires significant attention. Modern methods of inspection of buildings and structures determine the periodicity of work, which usually takes into account the specifics of the object, its actual condition and expert recommendations of a specialist. Such approaches are justified under normal operating conditions of construction objects, but are not effective in the presence of variable factors caused by external influences, such as military operations or natural disasters. Analysis of the state of buildings and structures, as well as their structures, is proposed to be carried out discretely to form a picture of changes in their state over time. The degree of discreteness is determined by the expert. Conducting an initial survey of building structures using remote monitoring allows you to form an information database about the state of these structures. Means of remote monitoring, in particular, UAVs, make it possible to obtain the accuracy of studies of the state of structures within 20 mm. Such values are not exhaustive, they allow to determine only generalized parameters, for example, the scope of work, the implementation of monitoring of the execution of related works, etc., therefore, at present, the search for methods and means of remote monitoring is being carried out to increase the accuracy of measurements for the study of cracking of structures, exact deviations of structures from design, etc. Modern software tools make it possible to create intermediate 3D models of objects using photogrammetry methods during geodetic research. Comparative analysis of simulation modeling of construction objects and their cartographic analysis allow to adjust the BIM model of the object for the development of measures to restore its operational state or disposal or conservation.","PeriodicalId":367406,"journal":{"name":"2023 IEEE International Conference on Smart Information Systems and Technologies (SIST)","volume":"8 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-05-04","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131497422","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Humanity has gradually come to understand that the planet we live on needs to be protected not only in terms of nutrition and living conditions. The main sources of pollution are household waste, the amount of which increases over time. This is due to population growth. Then the consumption increases. In this regard, automation of sorting of household waste is of great importance. One of the most important problems is the sorting of waste. Now many countries use manual sorting. First, it generates mass infections and different types of diseases. Secondly, in the modern world, where it is possible to create artificial intelligence that could do this whole process, people work everywhere. By creating artificial intelligence to decrease the number of personnel, it is also possible to create the best ecosystem of all time.","PeriodicalId":367406,"journal":{"name":"2023 IEEE International Conference on Smart Information Systems and Technologies (SIST)","volume":"9 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-05-04","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134362959","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
