Under the scope of the current study, the interviews with the specialists of the field were conducted in order to identify the possible requirements for the system, and its technical functions as well as to find out the current situation of SWHS, which has been already installed on the territory of Astana, Kazakhstan. Based on the interview results and literature review, a House of Quality (HoQ) for solar heating water systems was developed.
