Application of the Updated Project Approach for Institutionally Oriented Diversification of Construction Enterprises

The article is devoted to solving the problems of diversification of construction enterprises. As a way to successfully solve this problem, the authors single out the participation of the construction company in thermal modernization projects of residential and social-civilian buildings.
