By adopting a healthy lifestyle, people can improve their quality of life and avoid various diseases. Healthy lifestyle trends can be carried out with fitness sports activities at the gym. The fitness sports facilities such as the Fitness Center, Gymnastics Studio, and Futsal Field demonstrate that the trend of a healthy lifestyle has also become a part of the people of Indragiri Hilir Regency. The existence of this fitness facility, based on Law Number 1 of 2022 concerning financial relations between the central government and regional governments, is one of the regional tax objects. The results of this study conclude that the potential for local revenue sourced from certain goods and services tax (PBJT) for sports and fitness facilities has considerable potential. Apart from that, the PPh 21 WPOPDN Revenue Sharing Fund of 8.4% is also considered to have potential as a source of regional original income, which is worth looking at. Suggestions from research are that local governments need to prepare regulations related to PBJT regarding sports and fitness facilities. Furthermore, this study also suggests increasing awareness of instructors and trainers in sports and fitness facilities. \u0000 \u0000Trend gaya hidup sehat menjadi suatu hal yang sangat penting dan harus diterapkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, dengan menerapkan pola hidup yang sehat masyarakat dapat meningkatkan kualitas hidupnya dan terhindar dari berbagai penyakit, trend gaya hidup sehat dapat dilakukan dengan aktivitas olahraga fitness ditempat gym. Trend gaya hidup sehat juga telah menjadi bagian dari Sebagian masyarakat Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir terbukti dengan hadirnya beberapa fasilitas olah raga kebugaran seperti Fitness Center, Sanggar Senam dan Lapangan Futsal. Keberadaan fasilitas kebugaran ini berdasarkan Undang-undang nomor 1 tahun 2022 tentang Hubungan Keuangan Pemerintah Pusat dan Pemerintah Daerah merupakan salah satu Objek Pajak Daerah. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyimpulkan potensi Pendapatan Asli Daerah bersumber Pajak Barang dan Jasa Tertentu (PBJT) untuk Fasilitas Olahraga dan Kebugaran memiliki potensi yang cukup besar. Selain itu Dana Bagi Hasil PPh 21 WPOPDN sebesar 8,4% juga dinilai berpotensi sebagai sumber Pendapatan Asli Daerah yang patut dilirik. Saran dari Penelitian yaitu Pemerintah Daerah perlu mempersiapkan regulasi terkait PBJT tentang fasilitas olahraga dan kebugaran. This study aims to determine the effect of adding tofu liquid waste and to find out what is the best concentration of tofu liquid waste on the growth and production of red chili plants in peat media. This study used a non-factorial Randomized Block Design (RBD) with 3 replications, and treatment concentrations D1 = Fermented tofu liquid waste with a concentration of 50%, D2 = Fermented tofu liquid waste with a concentration of 75%, D3 = Fermented tofu liquid waste with a concentration of 100 %, D4 = Non-fermented tofu liquid waste with a concentration of 50%, D5 = Non-fermented tofu liquid waste with a concentration of 75%, D6 = Non-fermented tofu liquid waste with a concentration of 100%. The data obtained were analyzed statistically using analysis of variance and if they were significantly different, they were continued with the Tukey HSD test at the 5% level. The results showed that the treatment of tofu liquid waste on the growth and production of red chili plants had a significant effect on the weight of one fruit, the number of fruits and the weight of fruit for planting red chilies and the treatment of non-fermented liquid waste with a concentration of 75% was the best and maximum treatment for plant growth and production. red chili on peat media. \u0000 \u0000Penelitian ’Pengaruh Pemberian Limbah Cair Tahu Terhadap Pertumbuhan Dan Produksi Tanaman Cabai Merah (Capsicum Annum L) Pada Media Gambut’ ini dilakukan pada bulan Desember 2021 sampai dengan bulan Maret 2022, di Kebun Percobaan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Islam Indragiri, Kecamatan Tempuling, Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir, Propinsi Riau. The Village Fund is overseen by various parties, from the village community, the sub-district head, the Village Consultative Body, the Government Internal Supervisory Apparatus (APIP), the Supreme Audit Agency, and the Corruption Eradication Commission. In addition, it is also supervised by the Ministry of Finance in synergy with the Ministry of Home Affairs and the Ministry of Village PDTT, the purpose of this research is to analyze the use of village funds, obstacles and solutions in field development and analyze efforts made to overcome obstacles in their implementation in the field. The research method is sociological legal research, the approach used in addition to the statutory regulation approach is an approach by conducting interviews. The installation of fiber optic cable networks often causes congestion, damage to infrastructure, and chaos. Thus, the existence of cable internet providers must be regulated by the government so as not to cause problems and to provide benefits for development. The existence of a cable Internet provider network has the potential to generate regional original revenue. Based on a technical review of regional tax regulations and regional fees for Internet providers, the potential is not that broad. Due to the replacement of Law Number 29 of 2008 concerning Regional Taxes and Regional Levies with Law Number 1 of 2022 concerning Financial Relations between the Central Government and Regional Governments, it does not provide space for regional governments to add types of regional taxes and regional levies other than those stipulated by Law Inviting. The results of this study conclude that the potential for regional original income sourced from internet providers operating in Indragiri Hilir Regency is the Revenue Sharing Fund PPh 21 WPOPDN of 8.4% and advertising tax. \u0000 \u0000Pertumbuhan usaha provider internet juga terjadi di Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir. Instalasi jaringan kabel fiber optic sering menyebabkan kemacetan, rusaknya infrastruktur dan kesembrawutan. Dengan demikian keberadaan kabel provider internet harus diatur oleh pemerintah agar tidak menimbulkan permasalahan serta dapat memberikan manfaat bagi pembangunan. Keberadaan jaringan Kabel Provider Internet berpotensi untuk Pendapatan Asli Daerah. Berdasarkan technical review terhadap Regulasi pajak daerah dan retribusi daerah untuk Provider Internet memiliki potensi yang tidak begitu luas. Dikarenakan penggantian Undang – Undang nomor 29 tahun 2008 tentang Pajak Daerah dan Retribusi Daerah menjadi Undang – Undang nomor 1 tahun 2022 tentang Hubungan Keuangan antara Pemerintah Pusat dengan Pemerintah Daerah tidak memberikan ruang kepada pemerintah daerah dalam menambahkan Jenis Pajak Daerah dan Retribusi Daerah selain yang ditetapkan Undang-Undang. The high growth of vehicles and changing the function of green areas into settlements will certainly be a challenge in environmental management. This study discusses the optimization of the Green Road Line (JHJ). JHJ has a main role as a buffer for the environment, namely the function of reducing air pollution, the function of reducing noise, and the function of a barrier (barrier), as well as the main ecological function of being a carbon enhancer and reducing motor vehicle pollution. In general, JHJ is planted with plants that do not produce economic value, such as flowers. This research will discuss betel nut planting along JHJ so that it can generate economic and ecological benefits. Ecological benefits come in the form of an increase in environmental support systems, while the economic benefits resulting from JHJ can be a source of local revenue (PAD). The conclusions of this study are: (1) areca nut is considered to have economic potential if it is developed at JHJ; based on initial calculations, it is predicted that if JHJ along Jalan Baharuddin Yusuf and Jalan Swarna Bumi are planted with pinang, it will get a gross yield of IDR 351,000,000,-/year; and (2) ecologically, the potential value of areca catechu biomass is that it can accommodate 30.78 kg/m2 of carbon and absorb 112.94 kg/m2 of carbon. So that it can be a buffer for the environment. (3) Technically, the Areca Palm fulfills the Regulation of the Minister of Public Works No. 5 of 2008 concerning Guidelines for Provision and Utilization of Green Open Spaces in Urban Areas. The research suggests that further research and the regional government review governance, institutions, and regulations related to JHJ plantations as a source of regional original income. \u0000 \u0000Kepadatan penduduk di Indragiri Hilir secara perlahan juga mempengaruhi pengurangan jumlah lahan hijau yang berfungsi sebagai penyerap emisi karbon menjadi pemukiman dan komplek pertokoan. Tingginya Pertumbuhan Kendaraan dan perubahan fungsi daerah hijau menjadi pemukiman tentu akan menjadi tantangan dalam pengelolaan lingkungan. Penelitian ini membahas optimalisasi Jalur Hijau Jalan (JHJ). JHJ memiliki peran utama sebagai penyangga lingkungan yaitu fungsi pereduksi polusi udara, fungsi peredam kebisingan, dan fungsi pembatas (barrier) serta fungsi ekologi utama sebagai penambat karbon dan mengurangi polusi kendaraan bermotor. Pada umumnya JHJ ditaman dengan tanaman seperti bunga dan tumbuhan yang tidak menghasilkan nilai ekonomis. Pada penelitian ini akan dibahas tentang Penanaman Pinang Betara di sepanjang JHJ sehingga dapat menimbulkan keuntungan ekonomi dan ekologi. This study aims to take inventory of the potential for regional original revenue sourced from the operations of travel agents in the land travel business. The results of the study are the potential of PAD that needs to be optimized for land travel business, namely route permit fees; (2) terminal levies; (3) motor vehicle testing retribution; (4) motorized vehicle title transfer fee; (5) advertising tax; (6) PBB-P2 and (7) Parking tax. This research suggests to the government that it should be able to enforce the regulations that have been published in order to increase local revenue. \u0000 \u0000Travel Mobil Minibus pribadi saat ini menjadi pilihan masyarakat Indragiri Hilir dalam menunjang aktivitas. Berdasarkan survey pendahuluan dan dikomparasi dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 22 Tahun 2009 tentang Lalu Lintas dan Angkutan Jalan, diperoleh informasi bahwa: Travel Plat Hitam tidak memiliki izin trayek, Kendaraan tidak melalui uji kelayakan, serta tidak membayar berbagai retribusi yang ditetapkan untuk angkutan penumpang. Tingginya pertumbuhan Travel Agen Usaha Perjalanan Darat di Indragiri Hilir tidak memberikan kontribusi positif bagi Pendapatan Asli Daerah Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginventarisir potensi – potensi Pendapatan Asli Daerah bersumber dari Operasional Travel Agent Usaha Perjalanan Darat. Hasil Penelitian yaitu potensi PAD yang perlu di optimalisasi pada Travel Usaha Perjalanan Darat yaitu Retribusi Izin Trayek; (2) Retribusi Terminal; (3) Retribusi Pengujian Kendaraan bermotor; (3) Pajak Kendaraan Bermotor; (4) Bea Balik Nama Kendaraan Bermotor; (5) Pajak Reklame; (6) PBB-P2; (7) Retribusi Parkir di tepi jalan umum. This study aims to explore the implementation of village management reform in Indonesia and its challenges in Indragiri Hilir Regency in terms of public administration reform theory. The data collection method used is sourced from secondary data using literature studies, documentation, journals, books, and other sources relevant to the topics discussed. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of village management reforms in Indonesia in terms of theoretically the goals, objectives, aspects and forms of administrative reform have not been implemented properly, so that village management is carried out in various programs and projects in villages financed from village funds and other funding sources. , not maximized to improve the quality of public services, improve the economy of rural communities, and reduce poverty in villages. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengekplorasi penerapan reformasi pengelolaan desa di Indonesia dan tantangannya di Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir ditinjau dari teori reformasi administrasi publik. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan bersumber dari data skunder menggunakan studi kepustakaan, dokumentasi, jurnal, buku, dan sumber lain yang relevan dengan topik yang dibahas. Hasil penelitian, menunjukkan bahwa penerapan reformasi pengelolaan desa di Indonesia ditinjau secara teoritis dari tujuan, sasaran, aspek dan bentuk reformasi administrasi belum diterapkan secara baik, sehingga pengelolaan desa yang dilaksanakan dalam berbagai program dan proyek di desa yang dibiayai dari dana desa maupu sumber dana lainnya, tidak maksimal untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan publik, meningkatkan ekonomi masyarakat desa, dan mengurangi angka kemiskinan didesa. Many things need to be considered when building a foundation, from choosing the type of foundation to calculating the foundation load. The purpose of this thesis is to analyze the strength of the pile foundation in the construction project of the Medan-Kualanamu-Tebing Tinggi highway bridge. Calculation of the pile foundation strength is carried out by calculating the carrying capacity of single piles and the carrying capacity of group piles in one abutment. The bearing capacity of the pile foundation is calculated based on the soil investigation test results, namely sondir, Standard Penetration Test (SPT) and Pile Driving Analyzer (PDA) using the Meyerhoff method. Based on the calculation of single pile, the bearing capacity of pile groups can be calculated using the Converse-Labarre method. The dimensions of the piles used are circular with a diameter of 60cm and a length of 22m. From the calculations using the Meyerhoff method, based on sondir data, the carrying capacity of a single pile is 200.45 tons. Based on the Standard Penetration Test (SPT) data, the single pile carrying capacity is 260.10 tons. The results from the PDA test data is 299.99 tons. \u0000 \u0000Struktur penting pada suatu pembangunan jembatan salah satunya adalah pondasi. Banyak hal yang perlu dipertimbangkan pada saat akan membangun pondasi, mulai dari pemilihan jenis pondasi sampai pada perhitungan beban pondasi tersebut. Maksud dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisa kekuatan pondasi tiang pancang pada proyek pembangunan jembatan jalan jalan bebas hambatan Medan-Kualanamu-Tebing Tinggi. Perhitungan kekuatan pondasi tiang pancang dilakukan dengan menghitung besar daya dukung tiang tunggal dan daya dukung tiang kelompok pada satu abutmen. Daya dukung pondasi tiang pancang dihitung berdasarkan data hasil uji penyelidikan tanah yaitu sondir, Standart Penetration Test (SPT) dan Pile Driving Analyzer (PDA) dengan menggunakan metode Meyerhoff. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan tiang tunggal, daya dukung kelompok tiang dapat dihitung dengan menggunakan metode Converse-Labarre. The government, the private sector, and the community together provide solutions related to the prevention of karhutla according to their respective capacities. Fire Resilient Community are at the forefront of forest and land fire disaster management, but MPA is constrained by the unavailability of group operational costs. This research uses a holistic, interdisciplinary, participatory approach. Participatory-based research in this context, namely exploring ideas for gardening in public cemeteries, is an idea from the site level, namely from the Fire Resilient Community. This research can provide a conclusion that it is appropriate to carry out perennial crops in the area around public cemeteries. Planting is not carried out right above the grave but arranged in such a way that it can provide shade, divide the land, and follow Islamic religious rules. From a spatial and ecological perspective, the perennial crops in public cemeteries have fulfilled social, ecological, and economic functions that contribute to the sustainability of living systems. Following the principles of participatory research, based on suggestions and considerations from the Fire Resilient Community, it is recommended that the plants planted be Jengkol (Archidendron jiringa (Jack) I.C. Nielsen), which theoretically and empirically provide economic and ecological benefits. \u0000 \u0000Isu karhutla (Kebakaran Hutan dan Lahan) menjadi prioritas Gubernur Riau. Pemerintah, Swasta, dan Masyarakat bersama-sama memberikan solusi terkait pencegahan Karhutla sesuai dengan kapasitas masing-masing. Masyarakat Peduli Api (MPA) merupakan garda terdepan dalam Penanggulangan Bencana Kebakaran Hutan dan Lahan, namun MPA terkendala tidak tersedianya biaya operasional kelompok. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Holistik, Interdisipliner, Partisipatori. Penelitian berbasis Partisipatori dalam konteks ini yaitu penggalian ide dan gagasan untuk berkebun di areal pemakaman umum merupakan gagasan dari tingkat tapak yaitu dari Kelompok Masyarakat Peduli Api.
