Along with the development of science and technology, the use of wood construction specifically as the structure of the roof frame has begun to be replaced by cold-formed steel construction because the need for wood as the base of roof truss is increasing and the scarcity of trees with good wood quality makes the wood difficult to obtain and the price too become relatively expensive. \u0000Comparison of the structure of cold-formed steel roof truss and wooden roof truss is carried out with the load calculation stages in accordance with SKBI 1987 with a combination of loading in accordance with SNI 1729-2002 regulations and SNI 03-2000. Then analyzed using methode of joint to produce rod forces and from these results planned dimensions for the compressive rod and pull rod. Cost calculation is used with SNI analysis method. \u0000The results of the calculation of the structure of cold-formed steel roof truss are obtained by the profile of C. 75.75, while the structure of the wooden roof truss is obtained wood dimensions of the size of 7/10. The cost of a cold-formed steel roof frame is Rp. 91,316,000.00, while the cost of wooden roof truss is Rp. 52,972,000. This fee has a disagreement of Rp. 38,164,000.00. Although relatively more expensive, the use of cold-formed steel material has several advantages that are not worshiped by wood material, this material can be made with a variety of stretches, stronger, safer, more durable, not eaten by termites, fire resistant, lightweight and easily assembled material, and the installation is faster when compared to using wood. \u0000 \u0000Abstrak \u0000Keberadaan atap pada bangunan sangat penting mengingat fungsinya untuk melindungi seluruh ruangan yang ada di bawahnya terhadap pengaruh suhu dan cuaca. Seiring dengan perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi, penggunaan konstruksi kayu khususnya sebagai struktur rangka atap sudah mulai digantikan dengan konstruksi baja ringan karena kebutuhan akan kayu sebagai bahan dasar rangka atap semakin meningkat dan semakin langkanya pohon dengan kualitas kayu yang baik menyebabkan kayu susah didapat dan harganya pun menjadi relatif mahal. \u0000Perbandingan struktur rangka atap baja ringan dan rangka atap kayu dilakukan dengan tahapan perhitungan beban sesuai dengan SKBI 1987 dengan kombinasi pembebanan sesuai dengan peraturan SNI 1729-2002 dan SNI 03-2000. Kemudian dianslisis dengan menggunakan metode titik buhul untuk menghasilkan gaya-gaya batang dan dari hasil tersebut direncanakan dimensi untuk batang tekan dan batang tarik. This research has been carried out in the experimental garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, Islamic University of Indragiri Tembilahan, Tembilahan Hulu Subdistrict, Indragiri Downstream District. When the study began from April to July 2019 this research was a field trial using a non-factorial randomized block design (RBD) consisting of 6 levels, namely M0 = peat only, M1 = 1: 1 (sawdust: peat), M2 = 2 : 1 (sawdust: peat), M3 = 3: 1 (sawdust: peat). Each treatment was repeated three times to obtain 18 experimental trial plots in the field. Data from this study were analyzed using Analysis of Variance (ANOVA). The concrete formation mixture is designed in such a way as to produce fresh concrete that is easy to work with and meets the plan's compressive strength after hardening.The cement used is PCC type cement, although the composition of cement in concrete is only about 10%, but the role of cement is very important in concrete. Aggregates are mineral granules originating from nature or artificial which have a function as a mixture of fillers in concrete. The aggregate of the concrete mixture filler is divided into fine aggregates used from Javanese Inhu and coarse aggregates from Tanjung Balai Karimun. The fine aggregate is usually in the form of sand that passes through a filter with a diameter of 4.75 mm or 5 mm, while coarse aggregates do not pass through the filter. The water used is well water from Kateman District, Keritang District and Tembilahan District, Indragiri Hilir Regency, Riau Province.The compressive strength of concrete is the amount of load per unit area which causes the concrete specimen to break and there is no more carrying capacity. The average compressive strength of 28 days of cube specimens with well water in Kateman District = 491 kg / cm2, Keritang District = 469 kg / cm2 and Tembilahan District City = 475 kg / cm2. \u0000 \u0000AbstrakBeton merupakan bahan komposit (campuran) yang terdiri dari semen, agregat kasar, agregat halus dan air. Campuran bahan-bahan pembentukan beton dirancang sedemikian rupa, sehingga menghasilkan beton segar yang mudah dikerjakan dan memenuhi kekuatan tekan rencana setelah mengeras.Semen yang digunakan adalah semen tipe PCC, walaupun komposisi semen dalam beton hanya sekitar 10%, namun peran semen sangat penting dalam beton. Agregat adalah butiran mineral yang berasal dari alam atau buatan yang memiliki fungsi sebagai bahan pengisi campuran pada beton. Agregat pengisi campuran beton terbagi atas agregat halus yang digunakan berasal dari Japura Inhu dan agregat kasar berasal dari Tanjung Balai Karimun. Agregat halus biasanya berupa pasir yang lolos saringan dengan diameter 4,75 mm atau 5 mm, sedangkan agregat kasar tidak lolos saringan tersebut. Air yang digunakan yakni air sumur berasal dari Kecamatan Kateman, Kecamatan Keritang dan Kecamatan Tembilahan Kota Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir Provinsi Riau.Kuat tekan beton adalah besarnya beban per satuan luas yang menyebabkan benda uji beton pecah dan tidak ada lagi daya dukungnya. Kecenderungan yang sering terjadi adalah adanya ketidakseimbangan antara ketersediaan dan kebutuhan air. Untuk mencapai keseimbangan antara kebutuhan air dan ketersediaan air di masa mendatang, diperlukan upaya pengkajian komponen komponen kebutuhan air, serta efisiensi penggunaan air. \u0000Ketersediaan air terbesar untuk probabilitas 80% untuk DAS Kampar adalah pada bulan Januari dengan nilai sebesar 371,96 m3/detik dan untuk DAS Siak adalah pada bulan Desember dengan nilai sebesar 18,06 m3/detik sedangkan ketersediaan air terkecil untuk probabilitas 80% untuk DAS Kampar adalah pada bulan Agustus dengan nilai sebesar 120,19 m3/detik dan untuk DAS Siak adalah pada bulan Juli dengan nilai sebesar 5,16 m3/detik. \u0000Kebutuhan air pada Kabupaten Kampar yaitu antara lain kebutuhan air irigasi 22.391.782 m3 pada tahun 2017 dan 22.388.055 m3 pada tahun 2037; kebutuhan air penduduk 3.889.618 m3 pada tahun 2017 dan 6.460.267 m3 pada tahun 2037, kebutuhan air perkotaan 162.869 m3 pada tahun 2017 dan 2.250.117 m3 pada tahun 2037, kebutuhan air industri 3.690.267 m3 pada tahun 2017 dan 6.696.326 m3 pada tahun 2037, kebutuhan air peternakan 134.948 m3 pada tahun 2017 dan 631.511 m3 pada tahun 2037, kebutuhan air perikanan 35.925.023 m3 pada tahun 2017 dan 44.776.333 m3 pada tahun 2037 dan kebutuhan air perkebunan 148.253.099 m3 pada tahun 2017 dan 188.219.394 m3 pada tahun 2037. \u0000Dari hasil perhitungan didapat daerah layanan yang mengalami defisit air pada 20 tahun mendatang adalah Kecamatan Tapung Hilir dan Kecamatan Kampar. Kebutuhan air yang mendominasi penggunaan air permukaan di Kabupaten Kampar adalah kebutuhan air irigasi dan perkebunan. \u0000 \u0000ABSTRACT \u0000The development of the territory in an area will cause the water demand increased continually, lined with population growth. The tendency that often go with it, is that the imbalance between availability and demand of water. To achieve a balance of water demand and water availability in the future, studying and surveying the components of water demand and water use efficiency are needed. \u0000The largest water availability for a probability of 80% for the Kampar watershed is in January with a value of 371.96 m3 / second and for the Siak watershed is in December with a value of 18.06 m3 / second while the smallest water availability is for a probability of 80% for the watershed. Vehicle sales in Tembilahan still market their products simply by leaving it to the sales custody so that costs are wasted and marketing through social media Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram so that the sales system is not yet effective and many buyers still don't know. A system is needed to analyze and design a vehicle marketplace market information system to make it easier for prospective sellers to market vehicles that they want to sell so that they no longer need to rent a vehicle to sell vehicles and design a vehicle sales marketplace information system that provides a catalog menu so that prospective buyers have no trouble finding vehicles to sell. In this study using PIECES analysis to analyze the old system and the new system, the design process modeling uses context diagrams, DFD (Data Flow Diagrams), ERD (Entity Relationship Diagrams) and system testing using Black box testing and beta testing. In this research it is hoped that later it will be easier for sellers to market vehicles to prospective consumers and make it easier for buyers to find the vehicle they want to buy. \u0000 \u0000Perkembangan di bidang teknologi informasi sekarang ini telah mengalami kemajuan secara pesat, hal ini tidak terlepas dari keberadaan internet. Internet bermanfaat bagi aktifitas kehidupan, salah satunya dalam dunia bisnis. Penjualan kendaraan di tembilahan masih memasarkan produknya secara sederhana dengan cara menitipkan ke penitipan penjualan sehingga terbuangnya biaya dan memasarkan melalui media sosial facebook, whatsap dan instagram sehingga sistem penjualannya belum efektif dan banyak pembeli yang masih kurang mengetahui. Diperlukan suatu sistem untuk menganalisa dan merancang sistem informasi marketplace penjualan kendaraan untuk mempermudah calon penjual untuk memasarkan kendaraan yang ingin dijual sehingga tak perlu lagi menyewa tempat untuk menjualan kendaraan serta merancang sistem informasi marketplace penjualan kendaraan yang menyediakan menu katalog sehingga calon pembeli tidak kesulitan mencari kendaraan yang di inginkan. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisa PIECES untuk menganalisa sistem lama dan sistem baru, perancangan proses pemodelan menggunakan diagram konteks, DFD (Data Flow Diagram), ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram) dan pengujian sistem menggunakan Black box testing dan pengujian beta.
