Information about electrified aircraft engine is given and an analysis of the electric machines’ types, which are suitable for the implementation in the electrified aircraft engine, is carried out. Possible options for starter-generator integration into the dual-flow turbojet engine are considered and their key features are analyzed. The starter-generator into the starter-generator integration general features are revealed, which must be considered in the \"integrated into the aircraft engine starter-generator – dual-flow turbojet engine\" system design. The process of designing an aircraft power supply system consists of solving many problems: the development of electrical circuits, wiring electrical circuits, etc. The task of designing an on-board electrical equipment complex is becoming more and more time-consuming due to their complexity. In the design process, other equipment is combined with the on-board electrical equipment complex, including the formation of harnesses, routes and electrical structures. On board the aircraft, up to 150 electrical structures of various types are installed: junction boxes, switchgears and blocks. Such electrical construction includes several circuit boards, about 50 elements and several hundred electrical circuits. They can carry significantly higher current densities compared to traditional copper conductors. Consequently, much higher air-gap magnetic flux densities and current loads can potentially be created, but at the expense of a more complex cryogenic cooling system. This paper presents a study of the possibility of creating a 1 MW electric motor using superconductors for the stator winding. Designs with radial flux and axial flux has been considered. For the design with radial flux, an external rotor motor has been chosen as having the potential to achieve higher power densities. Further optimization of electric motors with an external rotor concerned changes with the geometry of the stator tooth zone and the use of other magnetic rotor systems. During optimization, a reduction in the mass of active materials and a reduction in torque ripple has been obtained in comparison with a standard design of an electric motor with radial magnetic flux. Zhuraeva","doi":"10.1109/ICOECS50468.2020.9278424","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.1109/ICOECS50468.2020.9278424","url":null,"abstract":"The relevance of the present work on the creation of a digital system for measuring the magnitude of the electric current with a fiber-optic sensitive element in the form of a magneto-optical Faraday cell from a polarization-preserving optical fiber with linear birefringence rolled into a coil inside which a current conductor is located is substantiated.The goal of the work was formulated as the development of a new optoelectronic measuring system for measuring electric current, based on the Faraday magneto-optical effect in optical fiber and containing modern digital components in its structure.Based on the analysis of foreign and domestic patent and scientific and technical literature, it was revealed that the most promising direction of development is the use of a sensitive element of the measuring system in the form of a fiber optic coil, in which the measurement process is based on the Faraday magneto-optical effect. A nominal power of 400 kW and a rotating speed of 12,000 rpm are the main specifications of the machine taken as reference. All the design steps, including the machine concept generation, the multi-physics numerical approach and the experimental evaluation of the performance are considered. Additionally, challenges encountered during the design process and the methods to overcome them are also presented. The paper presents the totality developed modeling techniques, calculation, test and automated stand, allowing carrying out the design of explosion-proof motors preparation line production with the rotation axis height of 112 mm and above. To such means of electroheating includes low-temperature induction heating, which provides a guaranteed increase in quantitative and qualitative production indicators, which can significantly reduce the cost of production, which is important to save energy resources especially with increased tariffs. Various aspects of the development of such induction heating systems are discussed, with a particular focus on ensuring the safety and automation of installations used in the oil and gas industry. The issues of using distributed induction heating in the oil industry are considered using the example of the induction method for oil and gas producing wells with the aim of facilitating the production of highly viscous oil, eliminating tar-tar deposits and preventing the formation of hydrate-paraffin plugs. The results of modelling the heating of the inductor - tubing system at various positions of the load-bearing and non-load-carrying cable-inductor are presented.
