One way to reduce the cost is to reduce the cost of electricity produced and increase efficiency. This can be achieved through the introduction of combined cycle plants. The implementation of combined-cycle plants is carried out by combining the gas turbine and steam turbine parts with a common technological cycle. Thus, the gases leaving the steam turbine are a source of heat for the steam cycle. In this paper, a 110 MW CCGT unit is considered. The waste-heat recovery boiler as a connecting link is an important part of the power unit. Therefore, the study of its characteristics may affect the operating modes of other equipment. The aim of this work is to study changes in flow rate, pressure, high and low pressure temperature depending on the load of a gas turbine. The preliminary design of electric generator with maximum power of 700kW and 1100kW with various rotational frequencies of 15000RPM, 30000RPM and 45000RPM were performed. Kretov","doi":"10.1109/ICOECS50468.2020.9278505","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.1109/ICOECS50468.2020.9278505","url":null,"abstract":"It is demonstrated that at the occurrence of geomagnetic disturbances the value of quasi-direct current acting on a generator step-up transformer depends on the type and number of blocks \"synchronous generator – generator step-up transformer\" as parts of a power plant, phase wire parameters, geographic direction of overhead power lines extending away from high voltage collecting buses. It is established that, other things being equal, the generator step-up transformers of simple and enlarged power plant blocks are subject to a more intensive action of quasi-direct currents. The saturation of the magnet system of a generator step-up transformer under the action of quasi-direct currents causes simultaneous occurrence of symmetric overload at a synchronous generator with a stator reactive current induced by the increase in the magnetization capacity and non-symmetric rotor overload induced by the higher harmonics of positive and negative sequence magnetization current. The authors define a harmonic composition of the current of the synchronous generator stator at a unilateral saturation of the generator step-up transformer magnetic system. It is shown that the second current harmonic of the stator is the most significant one, as its current can reach 50% of the rated stator current. Failures of the electrical complexes elements cause significant material damage. Therefore, measures to ensure smooth operation, detection and assessment of the defects development degree, especially at an early stage of their development, the emergency failures prevention and the technical condition prediction for a long period of electrical complexes elements are therefore relevant. One solution to this problem is the functional diagnostics, allowing the use of a maintenance and repair system on the actual condition. Analysis of the external magnetic field structure allows to reliably and objectively assess the technical condition of the electrical complexes elements. In this regard, the authors developed an external magnetic field mathematical model of the electrotechnical complexes elements (in particular, electromechanical) with a shell having a finite magnetic permeability. The parametrization of the spectral transmittance function of the gas ingredients of the combustion products was carried out according to the results of experimental studies in the temperature range 300- 2500 K using the two-parameter equivalent mass method in structurally inhomogeneous media. Measurements of the microstructure of the black sol in different conditions were carried out on the flame measuring complexes. Shown lower soot formation at higher temperatures. The designs of multi-chamber furnaces of power units that provide the technologically most clean generation of heat energy are proposed. The method of calculating the radiative heat exchange in multi-chamber furnaces is discussed using the terration procedure for calculating the rate of radiation cooling of combustion products in order to establish the temperature distribution in its volume in the stationary mode of operation of the combustion chamber. The distribution of radiation fluxes over the heat-receiving surfaces of the combustion chamber is calculated from the gas and dispersed phase components of the combustion products using the two-parameter equivalent mass method for calculating the spectral transmission function of gas ingredients, effective absorption and scattering cross sections and scattering indications for calculating the effect of diffuse radiation by soot black. The implementation of such actions may lead to a disruption of the ordered functioning of multilevel distributed automated process control systems, which indicates the importance of developing new adequate solutions for predicting attacks consequences. The analysis of the largest destructive effects on information security systems of critical objects is carried out. The most common methods of obtaining the value of the hazard quotient of information security violators’ destructive actions are considered. Based on the known methods for determining the possible damage from attacks implemented by a potential information security violator, a new, previously undetected in open sources method for determining the hazard quotient of destructive actions of an information security violator has been proposed. In order to carry out experimental calculations by the proposed method, the authors developed the required software.
