In this regard, the JSC «Ufa aggregate production association» is working to revive the production of such equipment. Together with the scientific staff of the Ufa State Aviation Technical University Electromechanics Department, research is underway on the design of such equipment. The paper presents the totality developed modeling techniques, calculation, test and automated stand, allowing carrying out the design of explosion-proof motors preparation line production with the rotation axis height of 112 mm and above.
