Since the role of a person in production is constantly increasing, personnel management is becoming the most important factor in modern management. The staff is not always ready for changes and so-called innovations (changes) in the organization or enterprise. HR audit helps to build the work so that it is most effective both from an economic point of view for the organization itself, and in psychological and social terms for the staff. The structure and some criteria of HR audit are described. Bezerra","doi":"10.32878/OIL.20-4-02(6)-17-23","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.32878/OIL.20-4-02(6)-17-23","url":null,"abstract":"Основное внимание в статье уделяется анализу того, как экономический кризис влияет на образовательные потребности с точки зрения теории сигналов и, в долгосрочной перспективе, на разработку стратегий и соответствие вузов потребностям общества и рынка труда. Исследование основано на данных о занятости, тематических исследованиях, интервью и опросах. Результаты показывают явное повышение образовательных требований (переменных) от кризисов к кризисам. Эти повышения не исчезают в период релаксации после кризисов, а фиксируются, как норма, подготавливая основу для следующего подъема. В исследовании делается исторический срез переменных и прогнозируются их будущие изменения. Анализ проводится отдельно по развитым и развивающимся экономикам и подчеркивает их сходства и различия. Здоровьесбережение рассматривается, с одной стороны, как самоценность, с другой - как один из факторов устойчивого развития предприятия. Обоснована взаимосвязь социальной политики предприятия и корпоративной социальной ответственности. Представлены результаты исследования по выявлению роли социальной политики в здоровьесбережении персонала одного из предприятий атомной промышленности. Данные для анализа уровня стресса работников предприятия и определения отношения работников к собственному здоровью были получены с использованием методов психологии и социологии. В результате факторного анализа наиболее выраженных компонентов здоровьесбережения персонала выделены показатели, характеризующие четыре типа образа жизни. Описана специфика каждого типа. The data collected, through participant observation, occurred in the first semester of 2018 and was linked to the doctoral thesis in psychosociology that was carried out between the years of 2015 and 2019, under the guidance of Professor Dr. Maciel at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (RJ, Brazil). The modeling of social technology, as well as its implementation, took place later, under the coordination of Professor Dr. Moraes, from University Unicarioca. As researchers, we know that pre-conceived technological solutions cannot and should not be implemented in all fields without adaptations, since each field has peculiarities, thus, processes for identifying peculiar aspects of the field become fundamental. Основой для принятия управленческих решений в указанных направлениях является оценка персонала. В статье определено понятие «оценка персонала», представлены этапы разработки и внедрения оценки персонала в компании, возможные цели, виды и методы оценки персонала.
