{"title":"HRD 분야 이론활용 연구동향 분석 : 국내 HRD 주요 학술지 논문(2007~2016년)을 중심으로","authors":"윤선경, 정보영, 차미리, 송영수","doi":"10.18211/kjhrdq.2017.19.3.001","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.18211/kjhrdq.2017.19.3.001","url":null,"abstract":"본 연구의 목적은 국내 주요 학술지 논문에 활용된 이론을 분석하여 HRD 연구의 발달 및 성장에 영향을 준 주요 이론연구 동향을 파악함으로써 학문과 현장의 연계가 중요한 HRD 연구에 시사점을 제공하는 것이다. 이론은 구축 과정에서 이론과 현장 간 순환적 관계를 형성하므로 HRD 연구의 이론 활용 동향 탐색은 연구의 질적 수준제고와 현장반영 측면에서 중요성을 지닌다. 이에 국내 주요 HRD 학술지를 선정하여 2007년부터 2016년까지 10년 간 533편의 연구에 활용된 이론을 대상으로 7단계 분석 절차에 따라 내용분석하였다 . 이론 활용 분석프레임을 적용하여 연구주제 별 이론적용과 연구설계 수준에서 HRD 연구의 이론 활용 동향을 분석하였고, 이후 각 개별 이론과 이론의 학문적 배경을 검토하였다. 분석 결과, 첫째 연구주제 중 조직개발은 이론적용이 활발한 반면 경력개발과 국가·지역·글로벌HRD는 제한된 연구를 하여 이론활용에 차이가 있었다. 둘째 연구설계 상 이론의 핵심적 내용만 제시하는 수준은 증가하였으나 이론 간 비교 및 연구 전반에 걸쳐 분석 평가하는 수준은 정체되어 있었다. 셋째 개별 이론 분석에서는 상위순위의 이론들이 큰 비중을 차지하고 내용상으로는 학습 중심 이론에서 조직, 사회 등 환경 맥락 중심 이론으로 변화하였다. 넷째, 이론의 주요 학문적 배경 또한 변화의 양상을 나타냈다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 HRD 연구의 발전을 위한 시사점과 향후 연구제언을 논의하였다.","PeriodicalId":363310,"journal":{"name":"The Korean Journal of Human Resource Development Quarterly","volume":"49 ","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-08-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133720959","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
