Data collection techniques are observation and interviews with research informants and documentation studies. The research method is descriptive with data analysis namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the impact of the Covid 19 pandemic on the economy of the people in Patokaan Village, Talawaan District, North Minahasa Regency was in the income sector, economic activity, expenditure and community savings. The income of people who work as farmers has decreased due to difficulties selling agricultural products so that the costs incurred are not in accordance with the results obtained, traders who have difficulty finding buyers, private employees who are forced to lay off. Public spending continues to increase for basic needs and the need for medical medicines as well as facing rising prices of basic goods. People cannot save/save but instead use their savings to be able to buy basic necessities whose prices are increasing. The central and regional governments are making various efforts to stimulate the economy with policies providing assistance, be it social assistance, non-cash food assistance, preemployment card policies and subsidies for MSMEs. In order to strengthen the economy of the people in Patokaan Village, the village government is actively helping the community to sell agricultural products to people outside the village and those in Patokaan Village. This research was conducted for 3 months starting from November 2022 to January 2023. The data used in this study were primary and secondary data. Primary data were obtained in the research field, namely from interviews with corn farmers, while secondary data were obtained from agencies related to the research. The sample used is homogeneous, so the sample determination is carried out proportionally according to the tenure of the land area of 15 respondents. The results of the data obtained, then processed using farming analysis according to Suratiyah. Based on the calculation results of corn farming analysis in Inobonto Village, Bolaang District, Bolaang Mongondow Regency, the farm income with a land area of L < 1 Ha is IDR16,418,000 with an R/C Ratio value of 2.20, and for Land Area 1 < L < 2 Ha With an income of IDR49,702,000 with an R/C Ratio value of 4.00 while Corn farming income with a Land Area of L> 2 Ha is IDR96,546,000 with an R/C Ratio value of 4.97. This research was carried out for three months from November to January 2023. The sampling method used purposive sampling and continued with snowball sampling. The research uses primary data obtained from direct observation and interviews with respondents using questionnaires to farmers, retailers, florists and decorators. So that the total respondents were 17 people. Secondary data was obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics, and data from the Agriculture Office or BPP of Tomohon District. Secondary data was also obtained from the internet with the topic of this research, namely the chrysanthemum flower supply chain. The analytical method used in this research is descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach. The results of the study show that in the supply chain in Kakaskasen Dua Village, Tomohon District, North of Tomohon City, there are two sources of raw materials, namely from Tomohon breeder farmers and also from the island of Java. The product flow that occurs from farmers to retailers to florists and then to decorators, it changes from cut flower plants to a variety of products such as pot flowers, hand flowers, board flowers, faucets and table flowers. The financial flow that occurs is the opposite of the product flow, that is, from the hairdresser to the farmer. Chrysanthemum flower farmers in the farmer share test are said to be profitable and in the margin test supply chain actors get sufficient or profitable margins. The research was conducted for 3 months from December 2022 to February 2023 at Stevia farm, Kolongan Atas II Village, Sonder District, Minahasa Regency. This research is a continuation of the Student Creative Program activities in 2022 funded by Sam Ratulangi University. The research data were collected using primary data obtained through structured observation, documentation, and data recording of all Stevia plant farming activities observed from upstream to downstream. The collection using secondary data was obtained through literature studies of previous research sourced from the internet such as google scholar, journals, books, and online newspapers based on the data needed in the study. Variables measured are the amount of Stevia leaf production, price, production costs, fixed costs, variable costs, revenue, income. The data analysis method used in this research is quantitatively by calculating the income from Stevia farming activities then the results that have been obtained are described in descriptive form. The results showed that there were differences in income results between the use of Eco-enzyme fertilizer and without Eco-enzyme. Stevia farming income with a planting area of 39 m2 using Eco-enzyme obtained IDR22.413,32 and without Eco-enzyme obtained -IDR71.566,68. This research was carried out for three months from May to July 2022 starting from preparation to preparation of research reports. The method used in this research is the survey method by taking primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through a list of questions that had been prepared, while secondary data was obtained from the sub-district office, village office, and related agencies. Sampling in this study using the method (simple random sampling) the number of female farm laborers sampled was 30 out of 137 women who work as farm laborers and are married. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that this Minimum Service Standard program, especially in the field of education, shows that the accuracy of the program is not running as it should. In its implementation, there is a mismatch between the existing rules and the beneficiaries of this program. In the registration process, each learner should be selected in accordance with the provisions by looking at the quota and considering the address of the learner. Evaluating the characteristics of PNS and THL extension workers, the performance characteristics of extension workers and the characteristics of farmers. The method used in this research is survey method. The selection of the research location was carried out deliberately, namely in Pinolosian District by taking four extension agents, namely two PNS extension officers and two THL extension officers. The research was conducted from November 2022 to January 2023. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained through direct interviews with 20 respondents from farmer group members assisted by PNS extension workers and 20 members of farmer group assisted by THL extension agents, the total was 40 respondents. The sampling method was carried out intentionally (purposive sampling). The data analysis method used in this research is descriptive analysis using a Likert scale.
