Knowing the internal factors and external factors agricultural field extension, 2). Knowing the performance of field agricultural extension in Kotabunan District, East Bolaang Mongondow Regency. This research was conducted from October to November 2022. The sampling method was purposive sampling. This research used primary data obtained through interviews and observation and secondary data obtained from books, previous research and BPS of Kotabunan District. The data obtained is presented in tabular form and then analyzed descriptively. Category determination is obtained based an assessment or score with the measurement method used is the Likert scale. The results of the study show that the internal factors that support are the extension workers are still in the productive age, some extension workers have a formal undergraduate education indicating that the human resources of the extension workers are quite good, most of the extension workers have enough years of work/work experience and all extension workers have attended training. The external factors that support the availability of sufficient facilities, infrastructure and information to make it easier for extension agents to carry out extension activities, good extension intensity can increase cooperative relations between farmers and a supportive reward system can increase enthusiasm and motivation for extension workers to work. The performance of field agricultural extension in Kotabunan District, East Bolaang Mongondow Regency is in the very good category. Performance indicators that show very good results include the preparation of extension programs, the availability of regional map data according to commodity zoning, the preparation of agricultural extension work plans in each work area, the dissemination of agricultural technology information evenly, and the growth and development of farmer empowerment and independence. The data used in this research are primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through interviews using a prepared interview guide. The data analysis technique used is interactive analysis method. The results obtained regarding infrastructure development in Jirene Village show that the development of infrastructure in Jirene Village is still lagging behind and can be considered suboptimal, as seen from the construction of roads which is perceived as disturbing by the community, even though village budget should prioritize the welfare of the community. From this research, it can also be seen that the perception of the community towards road infrastructure development in Jirene Village is disappointing. The expectations of the community in Jirene Village regarding road infrastructure development are far from reality. This research was conducted from March to May 2023. The selection of respondents was carried out purposively (purposive sampling). The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through direct interviews with respondents using a questionnaire as a data collection tool, which contains questions related to socio-economic aspects. Secondary data was obtained from the publications of related agencies, such as BPS Kota Tomohon, Public Housing and Settlement Areas Office of Tomohon City, as well as literature related to this research. The results of the study show that there is an impact of residential ownership on social conditions for residents in Griya Bangun Tomohon Lestari I and II Housing Housing, namely the formation of religious, community and governmental institutional social activities. This research was conducted from May to June 2022. The research site is located in Tondegesan Village, Kawangkoan District, and Minahasa Regency. Based on the research conducted, it can be interpreted that in marketing channel I, farmers sell tomatoes to existing traders. Traders are influenced by the number of tomatoes calculated in cash units worth Rp100 and the distance between the farmer's location and the Kinali Village. Marketing or transportation costs for one cash box are between Rp1.111 and one cash box containing approximately 20 kg. The purchase price of tomatoes from producing farmers is Rp11.000 per kg and sold to consumers Rp15.000 per kg. The traders referred to in marketing channel I are traders who travel between villages. Consumers who buy tomatoes are people in Kinali Village. In marketing channel II, farmers sell tomatoes to wholesalers then process them in packaging to be ready for sale to settlement traders outside the village of Tondegesan and sell them to the city of Manado at the Berhati market. In this process, wholesalers incur quite large marketing costs in transportation costs and packaging. Marketing or transportation costs incurred by wholesalers for one cash are between Rp985 and one cash containing approximately 20 kg. The purchase price of tomatoes from producing farmers is Rp11,000 per kg and sold to switching traders is Rp13.500 per kg with a profit of Rp1.515. So the marketing margin earned by wholesalers is Rp2.500 per kg. Then the marketing or transportation costs for one cash are Rp1.116 and one cash contains approximately 20 kg. The purchase price of tomatoes from wholesalers is Rp13.500 per kg and sold to consumers Rp15000 per kg with a profit of Rp384 per kg. Data collection in the field was carried out by purposive sampling by direct interviews and data from the Central Bureau of Statistics for Bolaang Mongondow Regency, institutions related to cocoa commodity and scientific information from researchers - previous researchers. The variables measured in this study are cocoa production, cocoa prices, investment costs, cocoa operational costs, and cocoa income. The results of the data obtained will then be processed and analyzed in more depth using the analysis of investment criteria. The results of this study indicate that cocoa farming in Kopandakan II Village is feasible. With data obtained from the average Net Present Value of cocoa farming per hectare by farmers using intercropping of Rp. 6,098,333 and Rp. However, during the presurvey of the houses of the residents of Maasing Village, most of them had fairly good socio-economic conditions and very decent houses to live in. This study aims to determine the socio-economic conditions of the community and describe the socio-economic conditions of the people on the coast. The research was conducted at Boulevard 2, Maasing Tuminting Village, Manado City. The data collection method is a survey. Interview data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The results of the study show that coastal communities have inappropriate social conditions where most of them live under one roof with more than two families, some have a 17x9 house area occupied by twenty people with semi-permanent housing conditions, some have a 6x8 house area occupied by nine people but only has one kitchen. Most of the informants have places to live that are not slums, have very densely populated environmental conditions but still have small vacant lands. The people of the Boulevard 2 coast are not active in organizational activities or the community in the village. Participation of farmer group members, using direct observation method, namely data collection method by observing directly in the field. The analysis was done descriptively. The results showed that kinaskas farmer group members were classified as very active at the implementation stage and active in decision-making activities but less active in the evaluation section. The research focus consists of communication, resources, attitudes/dispositions, and bureaucratic structure based on the policy dimensions of George Edward III.
