This research was conducted for 2 months from February to March 2023. The research took place at Bersehati Market, Manado City. Data collection used observation and interview methods. Sampling in this study was non-probability, namely convenience sampling to consumers of palm sugar at Bersehati Market which was taken as many as 30 respondents. Data on consumer preferences in buying palm sugar in Bersehati Market were analyzed descriptively with the help of tables. The research took place from May to August 2023. The data collected was primary data obtained directly from Anthurium andraeanum flower farmers and secondary data obtained from research results and journals. Sampling used a purposive sampling method, namely farmers who cultivated Anthurium andraeanum ornamental flower plants were selected. In this research, the population of farmers cultivating Anthurium andraeanum flower plants was 2 farmers. The results of the research show that Anthurium andraeanum flower farming in Kakaskasen Village, Tomohon City with an average land area of 450 m2 = 0.045 ha, this farming incurs total costs in one planting season of Rp851,500 with receipts of Rp1,800,000 per 2 weeks (15 days) and get a total income of Rp948,500 per farm for one harvest every 2 weeks. The research was conducted from November to December 2022. The research was located in Dumoga District, Bolaang Mongondow Regency, North Sulawesi Province. This research was qualitative research by conducting surveys and interviews with 30 farmers in Dumoga Subdistrict using a prepared questionnaire, including the identity of farmers, farming conditions and cultivation techniques of paddy rice in Dumoga Subdistrict (North Mopugad Main Village, North Mopugad 1, North Mopugad, South Mopugad, South Mopugad 1, South Mopuya, and Amertabuana). The research location was determined by purposive sampling, namely Dumoga Sub-district, Bolaang Mongondow Regency, with the consideration that the area is the center of paddy rice production in North Sulawesi. The data analysis used was a qualitative descriptive analysis technique. The data obtained were then processed and tabulated in the form of tables and diagrams. The data collected was obtained through primary data by conducting direct interviews at the research location to the leader (owner) of the Tanding Agroindustry company in Pinasungkulan Village, Modoinding District, and secondary data obtained from business bookkeeping records, literature/internet and journals related to the research. The method used in this research is the case study method. The results showed that the profit from the sparring potato product business in Pinasungkulan Village, Modoinding Subdistrict, South Minahasa Regency was IDR1.810.833 per week, in a month amounting to IDR7.243.332. The non-financial feasibility of tanding agro-industry business in market and marketing aspects and technical aspects is feasible. This research was conducted for 3 months, starting from September to November 2023. The research was conducted in Warembungan Village, Pineleng District, Minahasa Regency. Data collection methods were carried out using primary data obtained by direct interview to the respondents, using a questionnaire. Secondary data was obtained from agencies related to the research as well as various literature in accordance with the research objectives. The sampling method used was purposive sampling. The sample size was 15 respondents who were the head and members of the Werot Farmer Group. Warembungan Village has 6 Farmer Groups, but there is only 1 active Farmer Group, namely the Werot Farmer Group. Data analysis used in this research is quantitative descriptive analysis using Likert scale measurements. The results showed that social capital including trust, networks and norms had been built by business owners with various parties, namely employees, suppliers and consumers. The research lasted for 2 months from September to October 2023. The research was conducted in Radey Village, Tenga District, South Minahasa Regency. Data collection methods in this study were collected through primary data obtained through direct interviews with wet-rice farmers in Radey Village using questionnaires. Secondary data were taken from village and sub-district offices as well as previous research reports, journals, and from the internet related to the research. The sampling method was purposive sampling. The number of samples in this study were 20 respondents who owned farmland (owners) to determine priority risks. Data analysis used in this research is the FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) method. Criteria in assessing risk refers to The Basic of FMEA by McDermott with a scale of 1 to 3. Calculate the priority level of each risk source based on the Risk Priority Number (RPN) value. The results showed that there are 2 sources of risk faced by rice farmers that are directly related to rice plants and affect rice farming, namely the risk of production risk sources and price and marketing risks, production risks as many as 4 risks, namely strong winds, pest and disease attacks, erratic weather and climate, high rainfall intensity. Price and marketing risks are 2 difficulties in the process of selling grain, and expensive fertilizer prices. Based on the calculation of the RPN (Risk Priority Number) value, there are 3 risks out of 6 risks faced by rice farmers that must be prioritized. This research was conducted at the Plant and Environment Laboratory, Sub-Laboratory of Genetics and Plant Breeding, Faculty of Agriculture, Sam Ratulangi University, Manado. The design of this study used a completely randomized design (CRD) with 2 factors, namely the concentration of trichoderma sp. T1 (109), T2 (108), T3 (107) and immersion time, W1 (24 hours), W2 (16 hours), W3 (8 hours). The variables observed were: Germination Power (Viability), Polyembryony, Root Weight. The results of the research showed that Trichoderma sp at a dose of 108 and a soaking time of 8 hours obtained the highest germination of Siam Honey orange seeds.
