This research lasted for six months from May to October 2023. The data used in this research was primary data obtained based on questionnaires and secondary data from various online media. The sampling method is by chance (accidental sampling). The sampling method used was random (random sampling). The number of respondents was 100 people using sample calculations, namely the Slovin formula, producing 50 respondents. The data analysis used is chi square analysis with the help of SPSS statistics. The results of the chi square analysis show that for all consumer preference variables regarding purchasing flower arrangements at the Quinn Florist shop in Winangun Dua Village, Malalayang District, Manado City, there are differences in consumer preferences for flower arrangements. The research was conducted for 2 months, from July to August 2023. The research was conducted in Mopuya Utara Induk Village, North Dumoga Subdistrict, Bolaang Mongondow Regency, North Sulawesi. The data used in the study were primary data collected by conducting documentation, observation and direct interviews using a list of questions (questionnaire), and secondary data collected through the results of literature studies and related offices or agencies. The sampling method used by purposive sampling method was taken 7 farmers, after selecting 7 farmers continued with the snowball sampling method to know the institutions involved in the supply chain. The data analysis method used in this research is the analysis of the flow of the rice supply chain in North Mopuya Village, North Dumoga Subdistrict, Bolaang Mongondow Regency which is presented in a descriptive form that describes and explains the research subject. Royal Coconut, North Minahasa Regency. This research was conducted for 2 months starting from June 2022 to July 2022. The data used in this research are primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through direct interviews with the company, suppliers and coconut farmers located at PT. Royal Coconut, while secondary, was obtained from relevant literature as well as documents and reports held by the company from related agencies. The sample used is snowball sampling, namely a technique for determining samples that are initially small in number, then increase in size. The respondents used were 5 traders and 1 coconut farmer. Based on the research results, it shows that the coconut flour supply chain actors PT. Royal Coconut is a supplier of raw materials including farmers, farmers who are also collectors, factories, namely PT. Royal Coconut, distributor to Surabaya head office, expedition services, retailers which are export destination countries and end up with consumers. The flow of information begins with the need for coconut flour from the Surabaya head office, coconut flour factories and then to farmers and growers who are also collectors. Financial flows take the form of consumer level payments to importirs, importirs to the Surabaya head office and then to the PT coconut flour factory. Royal Coconut is used for factory operations and purchasing coconut raw materials. The supply chain flow of coconut raw material material starts from raw material suppliers, namely farmers, collectors and growers who also act as collecting traders, then to the PT coconut flour factory. Royal Coconut Surabaya Head Office to destination countries and final consumers. This research conducted in September-October 2021 and reported in 2023. The data collected in this study are primary data obtained directly from chrysanthemum farmers through intervievs using a questionnaire. Secondary data is obtained from institutions or agencies related to research. Sampling in this study using purposive sampling method. Intentional sampling by taking the Krekeli Framer Group which has 10 farmers as member, but only 1 farmer who cultivates chrysanthemum during the Covid-19 pandemic and that farmer is the sample. The results showed that chrysanthemum farming in Kakaskasen Dua Village, North Tomohon Sub-district is profitable. This is evident based on the results of research income received by farmers in one planting season amounted to IDR 11.541.250 and the total costs incurred in one planting season is IDR 5.522.500. The research was carried out from June to August 2023. The data collection method used was primary and secondary data. The data collection method used was primary and secondary data. Respondents in this study consisted of 84 samples taken totaling 42 respondents for each location. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data measured using a Likert scale were analyzed using conjoint analysis. In the data processing process, using the SPSS version 27 program as a tool, the data is presented in table format and explained descriptively. The research results show that the order of attributes that have the highest utility for Fellow Coffee Manado is the price attribute of IDR 20.000-IDR 25.000 and the second utility is IDR 25.000-IDR 30.000. Attributes of fellow iced milk coffee variants and the second utility of Cafe Latte. The facility attributes free wifi and utility of both table and chair layouts. The service attributes are fast and the second utility is friendly. Meanwhile, the attribute that has the highest utility for Fellow Coffee Bitung is the price attribute of IDR 20.000-IDR 25.000 and the second utility is IDR 25.000-IDR 30.000. This study uses data from the growing season from October 2022 to January 2023. The total samples are 10 potato farmer samples and 10 leek farmer samples. Data were analyzed using mathematical calculations using the formula: I = R-C (I = Income, R = Revenue, and C = Expenditures). The research results showed that the average potato farming production was 20.827.59 kg. The average selling price of potatoes is IDR 13.000/kg, resulting in an average income of IDR 191.775.135.72/hectare. The average leek farming income produces a production of 12.585.03 kg. The average selling price is IDR 9.000/kg, resulting in an average income of IDR 51.493.375.11/hectare. Potato farming and leek farming in West Sinsingon Village, East Passi District are profitable.
