The impulse response can be obtained using a clever analysis of the Empirical Transfer Function Estimate (ETFE). It is shown that the impulse response estimation is asymptotically unbiased with a bounded variance. The acoustic parameters are determined numerically from this estimation and according to their definitions. The performance of the methods is shown by an example employing a song as a test input instead of the usual pink noise. The design and implementation of iCOACH which is an intelligent tool knowledge based is presented here as an instrument of high computing to follow up each student in the academic first terms of the engineering faculty at the FESSANJOSE, The software architecture have 3 main parts: Edumatic builder (as a tool for Professor), the Student Model, and the third one is the knowledge base for concept verification and security. Several previous works have preceded this project so our methodology and related are very experienced. A prototype was built to demonstrate the iCOACH validity and applicability and also as an instrument of academic productivity. This effort is part of a greater system called FESSJ-PROP which is an analytical model for Propedeutical Cycles Higher Education Strategy in Colombia. For instance, placing items in a warehouse where it is essential to take advantage of the available space and meet the production requirements. Similarly, the parking slot allocation for automobiles in a car parking in which there are occasions where a lack of proper distribution of the automobiles exist. In the same sense, the space allocation for crops in a land for cultivation in which it is important to take into account factors and features such as humidity and pH. In this paper, an intelligent organizer of objects is presented using Genetic Algorithms (GA) and Hill Climbing (HC) to solve the space allocation problem in a Warehouse, a Car Parking and a Land for Cultivation. Also, a technique that organizes objects randomly in the space was implemented to compare results with the intelligent techniques. Several tests were performed to check the proper system operation and then performance tests under different conditions are shown comparing the results between the intelligent techniques and the random technique.
