The material presented in the article is based on the study and\u0000analysis of regulatory documents, publications and scientific literature and allows us to conclude that the regulatory programatic supply of the high jumpers training and training process needs to be updated and corrected.\u0000This statement is supported by the results of a statistical study on the qualification level of Ukrainian studentjumpers conducted by the authors. The results of the questioning of Ukrainian track and field coaches also show the lack of demand for the Program, the need for its revision and detailing. A significant drawback of the Program is the generalized nature of the recommended training loads, which are the approximate total annual volumes of training work, without detailing their distribution among training\u0000periods and mesocycles. Presented article contains the author's version of the distribution of the training loads of high-jumpers of junior age proposed by the Program among the structural elements of the annual macrocycle training. Further studies suggest practical testing of the effectiveness of the proposed load distribution with the\u0000help of a pedagogical experiment.\u0000Article material may be useful to coaches of sports schools, athletes, students and teachers of specialized educational institutions.
Scientific Visnyk V.O. The development of strategies and the strategy repertoire along with factors that influence the choice of strategies and their transfer to different learning contexts is considered. Strategy instruction and its impact on language learners are observed. The variety and diversity of factors affecting the choice and the use of learning strategies, namely, motivation, learner autonomy, self-regulation, prior learning experience and students’ beliefs, which determine individual choice of\u0000language learning strategies by students of higher education establishments are analyzed. The transfer of general learning strategies to new learning contexts, notably to learning foreign languages, and the predictive value they have in language achievement is defined. The value and importance of learning strategies and the relationship\u0000between success, achievement and performance and examined. The teaching of the wide scope of strategies to language students to help them become more efficient, effective and productive is addressed. Possible differences in learning strategy types and frequency of strategy use in low and high strategy users as well as high and low\u0000achievers of foreign language learners are identified.\u0000Research needs to be conducted to find more efficient ways of training learners to use language learning strategies effectively. The length, the amount and the type of strategy instruction that has more impact on the students’ adoption of learning of strategies should be scrutinized. The type of strategies that learners are more susceptible to accept and adopt not only in the short term but also in the long term should be analyzed. No study has been conducted in the general set of strategies which beginner learners of English transfer from their general repertoire of strategies to language learning as the primary tools to face language learning and the extent to which these strategies will help them in attaining success in language learning.
Scientific Visnyk V.O. A comparative analysis of the content load of the concepts\u0000of «inclusive education» and «tolerance» is made. The ideology of social partnership and the establishment of «social peace» are defined. The compromise, as the leading method of solving social conflicts within the framework of social partnership, is emphasized. It has been determined that cooperation of all subjects in the context of\u0000inclusive education should be based on universal values, mutual respect and tolerance. It is proved that social partnership is a pledge of non-conflict tolerant interaction of children with special needs and their environment.\u0000The special role of the teacher from the point of view of tolerance is outlined, and the importance of possessing the technology of tolerant communication. It is emphasized that personal example and favorable environment help to establish and practical implementation of the value of tolerance.\u0000It is proved that one of the conditions for inclusion of a child in inclusive education is the ability of parents to consciously perceive the child’s condition, to be able to work with teachers, acting as their active assistants.\u0000It is stressed that the problem of education of tolerance for people with special educational needs should unite specialists of different directions and levels: philosophers, psychologists, teachers, managers, etc.; The representatives of different age groups are no exception. Accordingly, the problem of methodological training of the future mathematics teachers is of great urgency. In this context, there is a need to consider a systematic approach in the methodological preparation of students, as a basis for the achievement of pedagogical skills and orientation for continuous professional development throughout life. We will consider the systematic approach in the methodical preparation of the future Mathematics teacher as a methodological approach, in which the methodological preparation is considered as a system that is a set of interconnected structural elements, each of which has a clearly defined purpose and predictable end result, corresponding resources, interactive communication, connection with the environment. The concept of the system is the key notion of implementing a systems approach in the methodological training of the future Mathematics teachers. In reality, any system cannot exist (function) in isolation from its environment. The environment always influences some factors of the internal state of the system. In turn, the system cannot be neutral to the external environment. The influence of environmental factors on the system is characterized by input (exogenous) quantities, and the elements of the system that are affected are called "inputs" of the system. From the point of view of implementing a systematic approach in the methodological training of the future Mathematics teachers, it is necessary to first determine, on the basis of pedagogical research, the parameters of the “output” (end result), namely what competences should be formed in students and at any stage of preparation. The next step is to determine the "input" parameter: research the need for appropriate resources, the educational and organizational level of the proposed system of methodological training and environmental parameters is given a detailed study.
Scientific Visnyk V.O. The author notes that the methodological basis for the development of a harmoniously developed personality in a technical institution of higher education is the formation of conflictological culture of future engineers, which is a component of professional competence and is based on humanitarian grounds of an educational institution. The process of formation of conflictological culture of future specialists of technical specialties, within the context of professional training, from a methodological point of view is considered from the position of systematic, activity-based, culturological and creative, and competent approaches.\u0000The systematic approach in the methodology of formation of conflictological culture is regarded as the systematization of knowledge of culturological and conflictological orientation in the hierarchy of specialized knowledge and its use during the educational process as gaining further experience of their application in professional activity. In the formation of conflictological culture the activity-based approach is a professional and creative direction, through which the skills and abilities of the components of conflictological culture based on the knowledge acquired are formed. An active-based approach in the methodology of conflictological culture will allow motivating knowledge related to the humanitarian and culturological direction, teaching students to make decisions independently and to assess the situation, to form the ability of self-control in any situation, to promote the creative mindset.\u0000The culturological approach is not only the basis of methodology in the formation of conflictological culture, and its implementation should be clearly traced throughout the whole period of young person’s studying in higher educational institution. In the implementation of culturological approach during the formation of conflictological\u0000culture, considerable attention is paid to directing young people to an understanding of national traditions and culture that are not opposed to other cultures, but bear cultural development and the ability to apply it properly in the professional field; personality’s capacity for cultural self-development and cultural realization; the creative development of future engineer, based on the cultural and technical heritage of society. The factors influencing the process of lecturers’ selfactualization, pedagogical conditions of self-actualization of the lecturer’s personality have been singled out. In view of the concepts and approaches analyzed, in our study self-realization is understood as a specially organized activity by the subject, the purpose of which is the realization of their own purpose, as well as the result of this activity, is closely connected with self-development and self-affirmation of the individual. Under professional selfrealization, we mean the socialized way of harmonious development of the individual, combined with the acquisition of professional and practical experience in the process of obtaining a qualification by a future specialist during the period of initial professional formation (studying at a higher school) and improving professional growth in the process of fulfilling professional roles and responsibilities, which is an inalienable attribute of the disclosure and implementation of personal and professional potential. In the article, the professional self-realization of the future lecturer of a higher educational institution has been disclosed as a pedagogical problem, the essence of which is the constant self-improvement and self-development of their own potential. It has been determined that\u0000the formation of readiness, the nature of the process of professional self-actualization and its outcome depend on both internal and external conditions. External conditions have a certain impact on the internal, thus changing the level of readiness of the student to professional self-realization.
