Attention is focused on highlighting the cultural component of student projects through: the production of synergy, which is defined in the unity of national traditions and spiritual universal values shared by the acquirers; the truthfulness of the transmission of sensitive events and the honesty of the Ukrainian media space during the war; the author's innovative and synergistic approach to the creation of a Ukrainian cultural product. The author proved the fact that in the process of creating projects within the scope of mastering the long-term certificate program "Organisation and direction of cultural and artistic projects", the level of spirituality of each student of higher education is also reflected in his artistic creativity: there is interosculation, interaction – synergy. Such a relationship is of great importance for ensuring the successful implementation of the acquirer in the conditions of the external environment – the educational process in the field of cultural practice. This interaction logically forms the basis for further types of targeted artistic and creative activity, which leads to the emergence of new combinations of them in projects through the prism of spirituality. Scientific research has proven that: the synergy of spirituality and creativity, which arises due to the relationship between these phenomena in the inner space of the individual, plays a key role in the creation of cultural and artistic projects-video content; the synergistic action of the acquirers is effectively aimed at the interaction of spiritual values, moral principles and personal creative potential; the acquirer's spirituality as his inner moral essence (orientation towards love, goodness, beauty and truth) in combination with creativity (purposeful, conscious artistic activity) create a synergy that leads to the creative generation of new cultural and artistic projects; creativity as a complex, dynamic, but consciously organisational and original process of embodying the creative ideas of an individual, reveals the self-sufficiency of the acquirer as an artist, who is the creator of a new cultural and artistic product, distinguished by its uniqueness; the total effect of the synergy of spirituality and creativity, under the conditions of combination and interaction of several project participants, increases the level of effectiveness of joint activities of master's students.

It is proved that the teaching of music and singing in Israel has features, among which the multicultural content, which combines elements of European classical music, Jewish musical tradition, and music of various ethnic groups living in the country; the organization of musical education in kindergartens and schools is influenced by religious canons. It has been found that musical education in Israel is considered an essential factor in the development of the individual and society as a whole, which contributes to the development of creative thinking, emotional intelligence, communication skills, and a sense of unity with different cultures of pupils and students; the system of teaching music and singing in Israel is characterized by inclusiveness - it takes into account the needs and abilities of students, including children with special needs. It was found that the content of music education in educational institutions of various levels in Israel is regulated by programs concluded by the Ministry of Education of the country, as well as resources for studying musical disciplines and musical education are offered at the state level. \u0000A comparative analysis of the peculiarities of musical education in Ukraine and Israel made it possible to conclude specific differences: Ukrainian musical education is based on the achievements of national, European, and world musical culture and educational traditions; Israel is an eastern country with its national ethnic music, and it is also a modern country with a high level of classical music and musical culture, which is a component of world culture. In Israel, social and educational processes take place taking into account religious affiliation and a corresponding attitude to art, in particular to music. Among the related features, there is a reliance on the traditions of musical culture and values, a focus on fostering tolerance, respect, and understanding of racial, ethnic, and national differences, and the ability to live with people of other cultures, languages, religions and the desire to preserve national traditionalism using musical art.

The authors highlight the common and distinctive features of the work of these collectives and analyze and compare the specifics of choreographic and vocal-choreographic productions. The article reflects unique figures that revived not only the Poltava regional dance but also the dance culture of Ukraine in general. Performances of Poltava folk ensembles in Estonia, Poland, Germany, France, and other countries near and far abroad, recognition of them and their repertoire on the world stage proves the value of Ukrainian folk scenography. \u0000The difference in the teaching of folk scenography in various types of amateur dance groups consists in the extent of formation of choreographic skills and skills of the members of the group (professional level of performance); the availability and number of training classes in various types of choreography (classical, modern, historical and every day, etc.) and auxiliary (acting skills, acrobatics, singing, playing musical instruments, etc.); creative activity in the social life of the university, the city, the country; created in the repertoire of the team, as well as in various pedagogical models of teachers-choreographers. Having analyzed the traditions of Ukrainian folk scenography of the Poltava region in the pedagogical work of choreographers-directors and the current state of the folk-stage choreographic culture of the Poltava region, we can conclude that in the Poltava region, there is a considerable number of collectives, both professional and amateur, which not only preserve the regional choreographic culture but also multiply it. Today, the leading ensembles that demonstrate their skills at the world level are the Honored Amateur Ensemble of Song and Dance «Ltava» named after V. According to the results of the survey based on the method of ranking primary school teachers in Kyiv, who implement the concept of the NUS in modern conditions, we have found that practicing teachers unevenly ranked the main soft skills in terms of importance in their professional activities, which requires finding forms and methods of their improvement and development in the conditions of formal, non-formal and informal education. \u0000The main soft skills are defined as follows: sociability / contact / ability to listen / ability to communicate through different networks; ability to work in a team / ability to manage team work; critical thinking / ability to comprehensively approach problem solving; focus on lifelong learning / motivation to grow professionally through formal, non-formal, informal education / prognostic vision of one’s own development; the ability to emotional self-preservation / stress resistance / psychological flexibility; positive thinking / emotional intelligence; ability to empathize / reasonable limits of empathic attitude; creativity / innovativeness; rational time-management; self-presentation skills / portfolio creation algorithm / ambition. \u0000The basis for organizing the process of developing soft skills should be appropriate methodological guidelines, which include methodological approaches and principles. Its effectiveness and efficiency depend on various factors: among which there is the ability of educators, music directors, or music teachers to implement the forms and tools of distance education according to the requirements of the time. \u0000The authors emphasize that various forms of distance music education are currently established. They are the following: chat classes, which take place synchronously; asynchronous web classes; as well as, hybrid (mixed) music education classes. Their implementation is provided by powerful support and the presence in the information space of various platforms, applications, and services for giving general musical education. The platforms Zoom and Google Meet, messengers Viber, Telegram, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and Instagram are the most popular among music teachers. In the course of musical and educational activities today, online tools are also used, which allow you to quickly and easily listen to the best musical samples, create projects, individual and group tasks, audio and video presentations, flashcards, professional selections, write music, make arrangements, etc. They are the following: virtual tours and concerts posted on the Google Cultural Institute online service in the Performing Arts section; the Melody-Marker, Song Maker, and Rhythm tools featured on the Chrome Music Lab website; Padlet web resource pages, etc. The usage of all the possibilities of distance learning has its advantages, as it allows for maintaining the system and continuity of general music education in difficult conditions. At the same time, there are certain requirements for teaching music online. The most relevant are the inadmissibility following: teaching children to sing online (in particular, the formation of the ability to intonate cleanly); use of video and audio recordings of classes with methodical errors; the use of low-quality recordings of songs for listening and playback by children; lack of control over the quality of provision of educational services, etc. \u0000Further research can be devoted to further research on the influence of distance music education on the development of musical abilities of students of different ages and levels of training, to the study of optimal strategies for learning music in the online format, taking into account the age and individual characteristics of students, to the study of the possibilities of using virtual reality and interactive technologies to improve distance learning, artistic and educational activities, analysis of the impact of such activities on the development of creativity and self-expression of students in the context of the modern digital environment, etc.

The normative documents regulating the specifics of preschool education institutions are analyzed. The challenges in organizing the educational process in various forms are substantiated. The features of implementing various forms of preschool education under the legal regime of martial law are characterized. The issues of organizing the educational process in preschool education institutions in the new realities are analyzed in detail, the lack of systematic research and the novelty of the problem of the mixed form of organization of preschool education in the context of the crisis in Ukraine are established. \u0000The author identifies barriers to the organization of educational activities in the context of the crisis in Ukraine. The author presents statistical data from the operational information of the departments of education of the regional military administrations as of February 15, 2024, on the organization of the educational process in preschool education institutions in various forms of education, the number of children covered by preschool education and the human resources of teachers. \u0000It is noted that an important place in the new realities should be occupied by rethinking the system of methodological work. The formation of teachers' reflective skills, training of a teacher-facilitator who ensures successful communication between all participants in the educational process, helps parents and guides their actions, enabling them to act independently and supporting their desire for self-realization, self-improvement, and self-development should come to the fore. This is one of the main challenges of organizing the educational process during martial law. The organization of the educational process cannot have a rigid construct of planning and organization and must be replaced by a flexible response to the "live" situation, taking into account the real needs and interests of children, which is now a necessity. \u0000In the article, the author notes that teaching teams should act more independently and responsibly, realizing all the risks in the specific conditions in which they have to work, meaningfully assessing their potential and resources to preserve the life and health of all participants in the educational process and implement the State Standard. However, education in literacy techniques is not currently sufficient to develop individual, vocabulary-rich, and creative speech and writing. Language development is an expression of concern for an individual’s personality development, causing changes in all spheres of development of a child or a younger student. Live contact with literature and works of culture has an impact on social, civic, and patriotic development. Nowadays, children contact with culture, including literature. It has been heavily modified. The content that used to dominate books and magazines has been appropriated by the media. A multicultural Europe inspires children, their parents, and teachers to learn foreign languages. Language education in the 21st century has gained new contexts and interpretations. Language competencies include communicative competencies: linguistic, cultural, and social skills and general knowledge about the world. Learning one’s native language is a nationwide task and a manifestation of patriotism, which should be developed in multicultural Europe. It is necessary to form children’s motivation to communicate in their native language and to be multilingual, accordingly to use the natural inclinations of children and younger schoolchildren. Access to information and modern technologies prevents marginalization and social isolation. It has been found that the interest in reading among students is decreasing, which is influenced by digital media.
