The implementation of community service aims to increase the financial resilience of pre-prosperous women's families through increased financial literacy in Palopo City. The approach to implementing community service uses the Sustainable Livelihood Approach (SLA), which is oriented toward the sustainability of the family economy so that the family is stronger. The results of the pre-test implementation confirmed that the participants' level of financial proficiency was shallow. With financial literacy counseling and simulated treatment of financial management on family financial decisions related to skills taking into account the 5M (controlling, spending, building, setting aside, and developing), there was a significant increase in proficiency in financial management in the post-test evaluation carried out by the team. Various offline restrictions that occur can be utilized to maximize previously acquired competencies. Individuals are responsible for their competency development and must take the initiative to use it. However, this does not preclude the potential that this may occur in response to commands from superiors. This community service aims to provide education on how to maximize competency and the types of activities that may be conducted via the online platform Zoom. A total of 97 workers or employees from various fields participated in the activity. The effectiveness of the activity can be determined by evaluating the activity's participants. According to the evaluation results, 88.2% of the participants thought there was greater insight regarding relevant competencies. The implementation of a community service program through entrepreneurship assistance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises for high school vocational students, students, and alums of STIE Port Numbay is expected to provide knowledge related to the management of the business being carried out, starting from financial management, the ability to introduce the business products to the community so that the implementation of their business and production continues to be sustainable, determining the right sales strategy and improving the quality of the products produced and make various models of the products as attractive as possible. For business actors who are just planning a business and those who have carried out business activities or whose businesses are already running, assistance is needed to be executed by the government, private sectors, and lecturers because it is a complete form of training and interaction built by the assistance team with Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises actors, including those who already have a business and those who want to develop their business continuously. The existence of the Teaching Factory program as a result of cooperation between SMKN and industry is one factor that requires the school to prepare quality documents, competent laboratory managers, and skilled students. Therefore, well-organized Laboratory Management will benefit schools, students, laboratory users, and stakeholders. This activity aims to provide understanding and assistance in compiling laboratory quality documents that adopt the SNI ISO 17025:2017 quality management system. This system regulates testing laboratories and calibration laboratories, but it is very appropriate if adopted in several cases to be applied to educational laboratories, especially the preparation of laboratory quality documents. Community Service activities were conducted at SMKN 4 in Bondowoso Regency and SMKN 8 in Jember Regency. Based on the discussion and questionnaire results, the activity showed that at both SMKNs, the understanding of the laboratory quality management system increased (72.7%) for both students and managers (teachers and technicians/labor). Quality documents for levels 2, 3, and 4 at both SMKNs have been compiled. One of the alternatives is the GeoGebra application. The objectives of this community service activity include: Introducing GeoGebra applications to students; improve students' ability to solve straight-line equation problems. The implementation method for this training consisted of three stages followed by class VIII students at SMP Diponegoro Junrejo Batu. The first stage is pre-activity, carried out by observation and interviews with subject teachers and coordinating the service team with the school. The second stage is the implementation of the activity: the implementation of the activity begins with the distribution of questionnaires to students about the initial understanding of the GeoGebra application, then the presentation of the GeoGebra application material and demonstration of use in solving straight-line equation problems and direct practice assignments using the GeoGebra application. The practice of operating the GeoGebra application was carried out in two meetings. The third stage is monitoring and evaluation. Monitoring is carried out by looking at the results of students' work in solving the problems given. Evaluation is in the form of assessing the results of the participants' work in solving straight-line equation problems. Few parents and teachers, especially at the Early Childhood Education level, complained that their children were hampered in language skills (speaking). Therefore, training is needed for teachers and parents to stimulate children's language skills. The purpose of this PkM is to increase the knowledge of teachers and parents about children's growth and development so that they are willing and able to stimulate children's language skills. Methods of implementation: a) analysis of the situation with partners, b) implementation of pre-test, c) provision of materials, 4) implementation of post-test and evaluation of activities. The results of the PkM show increasing in the knowledge of teachers and parents about the growth and development of children's language skills by 75.48 with a significance value of 0.000> 0.05. Thus, in general, teachers and parents are equipped with the knowledge to improve children's language skills due to the Covid-19 pandemic. In addition, the teachers and parents seemed to give a positive response. KKM produces about 25 kg/day of organic waste, mainly fruit and vegetable. This community partnership program is a form of transfer of knowledge and technology fermentation in organic waste treatment, which aims to assist KKM partners in processing fruit and vegetable peel waste into eco-enzyme which is then used as a multipurpose cleaning solution according to KKM needs. This activity consists of a focus discussion group (FGD), counseling, making and harvesting eco enzyme, and its application in the restaurant as a multipurpose cleaning solution. Paired t-test results of participants' pre-test and post-test showed a significant increase (p-value < 0.001) in participants' knowledge about various aspects of eco-enzyme. The participants' skills are improved through independent practice so that all participants can produce good quality eco enzymes. Eco-enzyme has been used as a cleaning and disinfection agent, such as washing agents for food, tableware, and cooking utensils; kitchen and bathroom cleaners at KKM. The Mendong craftsmanship “DERIJI HANDYCRAFT” in Sendangsari Village, Minggir, was among those that were severely affected. This community service activity aims to (1) innovate and catalog products to attract more consumers, (2) train and develop an online product marketing platform for partners, and (3) provide financial management training. Achieving these goals is done through training with discussion methods, lectures, and workshops with partners. The results of this service activity indicate that the program is going well and smoothly. This program can produce products in the form of catalogs and photos of product innovations, social media platforms for online marketing, and software and financial management guides for Micro Enterprises.
