One of the efforts to solve the waste problem is by establishing a waste bank, one of which is the \"Gemi Nastiti\" waste bank located in RT 01 RW XI Gobayan, Makamhaji, Kartosuro. As a waste bank that was just formed on September 26, 2021, the problems faced by the waste bank \"Gemi Nastiti\" in achieving its goals include management problems, inadequate infrastructure, and the skills of the management and members in utilizing waste into goods of economic value. In order to help solve these problems, this service activity is carried out to empower the \"Gemi Nastiti\" waste bank through waste bank management training, introduction of infrastructure facilities, and training on the use of waste into goods of economic value. The service activities that have been carried out have made the management and members of the Gemi Nastiti waste bank have knowledge and skills related to waste bank management and making handicrafts from plastic waste. In addition, the Gemi Nastiti waste bank has infrastructure to improve the performance of the waste bank in the form of digital scales, closed plastic buckets for each member and handicraft making equipment from plastic waste. UKS is the implementation of Health Promoting School (HPS) in Indonesia which aims to mobilize and improve health campaigns and education, including efforts to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Most of the UKS in West Java province is in a state of disrepair. In fact, UKS is the spearhead of community empowerment in the implementation of PHBS and is also the main key to preventing the spread of COVID-19 in the school environment. The purpose of this community service is to optimize the role of HPS during the COVID-19 pandemi. Community service program method developed by the team based on the modified \"Common component of health education planning models\"-WHO. The primary target of this activity is 24 elementary school students in grades 4, 5 and 6, as prospective HPS drivers. However, over time the number of members has decreased, this is due to a decrease in the interest of members of the Paguyuban Jamu Tresno Asih to produce and sell herbal medicine. The purpose of this partnership is to assist herbal sellers in making white rice scrubs with a herbal calculator which aims to increase the variety of products. The activities carried out include preparation, counseling and workshops on herbal calculators and making white rice scrubs and evaluations. The results of the evaluation of this activity showed that the white rice scrub cream with a herbal calculator it was easy to understand and the results of the organoleptic scrubs produced showed suitability. The increase percentage value of each understanding obtained for the function of the scrub cream is 63.63%; understanding of the ingredients of scrub cream 59.09%; understanding of the meaning and process of making scrub cream 36.37% and 31.82%. The living conditions of fellow farmers are still far from good. The purpose of the Community Science and Technology Application in empowering Independent Advanced Farmer Groups is to provide solutions to problems in the aspects of production, management, marketing, management and post-harvest management. Thus, it has an impact in increasing the empowerment of partners. The methodology used in the application of community science and technology is training and direct practice in the field. Pre-Community Service and post Community Service results, Farmers in this activity experience increased knowledge up to 90.34%. The highest increase in knowledge results lies in the knowledge achievement indicator related to Understanding Superior Variety Seeds, while the lowest percentage increase is in the knowledge achievement indicator Understanding Post-Harvest Processing, which is 78.67%. The average level of improvement in the achievement of knowledge indicators is 45.23% of the knowledge previously possessed. The goal of this Community Partnership Program is to initiate efforts to increase the economic independence of pesantren through agribusiness-based activities by optimizing the existing resources. The data collection method used in this activity is observation and focus group discussion, while the method of service implementation is through counseling, land clearing, planting, and post-planting maintenance. The study's data were analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. This is in accordance with one of the themes of the sustainable development goals, namely a healthy and prosperous life. One of the diseases that often arise in the community is diarrhea. Data from the Cimanggung Community Health Center showed that 9.59% of people with vomiting and defecation occurred in Sindanggalih Village. The implementation of community service was carried out in August 2022 by lecturers and students of Bhakti Kencana University. The target of the activity is RW 1-10 cadres, totalling 37 people. Providing health promotion about vomiting and defecation, drug self-medication and Oral rehydration solution demonstration. The community was given a pre-test and post-test in the form of a knowledge, attitude and action questionnaire to measure the achievement of activities. The results show that the average pre-test knowledge is 8.13 and the post-test average is 8.83; the average attitude of the pre-test was 16.32 and the post-test was 16.70 and the mean of the pre-test was 16.35 and the post-test was 16.97. The problems are Health workers don’t understand the manufacture and management of medical records according to applicable regulations; Limited public understanding of medical emergencies; The limited number of puskesmas staff in relation to excellent service. Solutions of theses problems are providing counseling about the legal aspects of medical records and medical malpractice, medical emergencies from the medical aspect, as well as knowledge service at the puskesmas. The method used to carry out this series of activities is counseling related to legal aspects of medical records and medical malpractice, medical emergencies from the medical aspect, as well as knowledge of excellent service to health workers of Banguntapan II Health Center, Community Health, Center HR, and Community Leaders. The results show that before counseling was held regarding the manufacture and management of medical records and malpractice according to applicable regulations, regarding medical emergencies, and excellent service, there were still some service participants who did not understand the counseling material. After the counseling was held, all service participants understood the counseling material.
