The aim of this thesis was to optimize the management by physical activity of hEDS patients.</p></div><div><h3>Methods</h3><p>To meet this objective, five studies were conducted. The first study (questionnaire with Delphi method) showed that pain, fatigue and sleep disorders, as well as musculoskeletal disorders, were among the most important symptoms to assess according to patients.</p></div><div><h3>Results</h3><p>Two studies (retrospective and prospective) were conducted on the effects of a rehabilitation program, demonstrating the benefits of this form of care in many health areas. The objectives were to study a new ethical protocol evaluating the impact of the tool and to give trends on the results of physiotherapy students.</p></div><div><h3>Material and method</h3><p>Forty-two were randomized in 3 groups: a monograph reviser, a dissection table, a control group. Protocol validation criteria were established and completed and a series of evaluations were conducted. The groups have benefited from the same learning content.</p></div><div><h3>Results</h3><p>In all, 80% of feasibility criteria were validated. Students revising on the table obtained non-significantly higher results than intermediate (10.75/20) and final (19/20) evaluations compared to the monograph group (respectively 8.38/20, <em>P</em> <!-->=<!--> <!-->0.88 and 18/20, <em>P</em> <!-->=<!--> <!-->0.84) and control.</p></div><div><h3>Discussion</h3><p>The protocol has good feasibility and trends in the value of the tool. This study aimed to evaluate the impacts of action observation on motor performance in the elderly.</p></div><div><h3>Methods</h3><p>A systematic review was conducted using Pubmed, Cochrane and Science Direct. Participants were healthy or had pathology (neurologic or orthopedic).</p></div><div><h3>Results</h3><p>Twenty-two articles have been selected (<em>n</em>_total <!-->=<!--> <!-->666 participants). This review results show that action observation can improve motor performance capacities by changing behavior (+<!--> <!-->10.91%), by modulating cortico-spinal excitability (+<!--> <!-->4.84%), and intracerebral neurons activity (+<!--> <!-->276.47%).</p></div><div><h3>Conclusion</h3><p>Action observation can significantly improve motor performance in the elderly. Thus, under certain conditions, it appears to be a relevant adjuvant therapy for the physiotherapist. {"title":"Revue systématique des applications smartphone pour la rééducation des patients adultes et/ou enfants souffrant de dyspraxies oro-faciales","authors":"","doi":"10.1016/j.kine.2024.07.005","DOIUrl":"10.1016/j.kine.2024.07.005","url":null,"abstract":"&lt;div&gt;&lt;h3&gt;Introduction&lt;/h3&gt;&lt;p&gt;L’utilisation d’applications mobiles dédiées à la santé peut être pertinente pour la rééducation des dyspraxies oro-faciales en kinésithérapie. Ces dyspraxies, causées par divers facteurs, peuvent bénéficier de programmes de rééducation personnalisés proposés par des applications mobiles. L’objectif de cette étude était d’identifier toutes les applications mobiles qui permettent d’accompagner la rééducation des dyspraxies oro-faciales et d’en évaluer la qualité.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;h3&gt;Méthode&lt;/h3&gt;&lt;p&gt;La recherche a consisté à explorer les magasins d’applications iOS et Android jusqu’en janvier 2023 pour identifier des applications qui répondaient à des critères d’inclusion préalablement définis, tels que la disponibilité en français, la proposition d’exercices de rééducation et une notation supérieure à la moyenne sur au moins une des deux plateformes de téléchargement. Deux groupes d’experts ont également été consultés. Les applications sélectionnées ont ensuite été évaluées à l’aide de l’échelle de qualité &lt;em&gt;Mobile Application Rating Scale&lt;/em&gt; (MARS).&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;h3&gt;Résultats&lt;/h3&gt;&lt;p&gt;La revue a identifié cinq applications mobiles qui permettent d’accompagner la rééducation de patients atteints de dyspraxies oro-faciales. Les applications les mieux notées étaient &lt;em&gt;Mon Kiné&lt;/em&gt;, &lt;em&gt;iRonfle Gym&lt;/em&gt;, &lt;em&gt;Sommeil de Marmotte&lt;/em&gt; et &lt;em&gt;Mon Coach Ortho&lt;/em&gt;. L’étude met en évidence les éléments de qualité de chaque application qui pourraient être recommandés en complément d’un traitement de rééducation.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;h3&gt;Conclusion&lt;/h3&gt;&lt;p&gt;Cette étude présente les applications mobiles dédiées aux dyspraxies oro-faciales disponibles pour les patients et les professionnels de santé en janvier 2023. Les résultats de l’échelle MARS montrent une qualité satisfaisante en termes d’engagement, de fonctionnalité, d’esthétisme et d’information. L’évolution de la profession de kinésithérapeute a conduit le législateur à reconnaître à ces professionnels de santé de nouvelles compétences, notamment dans le cadre de l’expertise. Via trois contributions originales, nous regarderons d’abord comment les placebos fonctionnent puis comment les effets placebos peuvent être utilisés en modulant les facteurs contextuels. La première étude démontre que les placebos ouverts sont non-inférieurs aux placebo trompeurs. La deuxième examine les leviers d’acceptabilité des traitements placebo et la troisième comment les kinésithérapeutes utilisent les effets placebo dans leur quotidien via la manipulation de facteurs contextuels. Enfin, nous ouvrons sur l’importance de la recherche sur le placebo dans la conception de groupes contrôles pertinents dans la recherche en rééducation. L’ensemble de ces résultats amènent des réflexions sur les bases épistémologiques de l’efficacité en kinésithérapie favorisant une pratique de la kinésithérapie éthique ancrée dans une compréhension approfondie des effets placebos et des facteurs contextuels.</p></div><div><p>Beginning by exploring the historical links between physiotherapy and placebo, we examine how placebo research can help physiotherapy. Focusing on three original contributions, we look at how placebo treatments work and how placebo effects might be used in clinics by modulating contextual factors. The first study demonstrates that open placebos are non-inferior to deceptive placebos. The second examines the acceptability of placebo treatments and the third how physiotherapists use placebo effects in their daily work by manipulating contextual factors. We close by examining at the importance of placebo research in the design of relevant control groups in rehabilitation research. Le CNU, chargé de l’évaluation par les pairs, régule la carrière des enseignants-chercheurs. La qualification est nécessaire pour postuler sur un poste d’enseignant-chercheur (maître de conférences [MCF] ou de professeur d’université [PR]). Trois critères sont examinés et doivent être remplis pour qualifier un dossier de candidature : l’ancrage disciplinaire, les activités d’enseignement et les activités de recherche, incluant les publications. Depuis 2019, 186 dossiers ont été expertisés, avec un taux d’acceptation de 44,6 % pour les MCF et 32 % pour les PR. La section 91 évalue également les mesures individuelles liées à la carrière, telles que l’avancement de grade, les congés pour recherche et les primes. Les enseignants-chercheurs de cette section sont mono-appartenants, mais une activité clinique limitée peut être autorisée. L’enjeu des postes universitaires est de contribuer au développement des sciences de la rééducation et de la réadaptation via la formation et les parcours de recherche. L’attractivité des différents modes d’exercice est souvent discutée pour justifier cette répartition. L’objectif de cette étude était d’observer si l’ingénierie de la formation initiale par les formateurs peut orienter vers un mode d’exercice de la kinésithérapie.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;h3&gt;Matériel et méthodes&lt;/h3&gt;&lt;p&gt;Une étude qualitative par entretiens semi-directifs a été réalisée auprès de formateurs en Instituts de Formation en Masso-Kinésithérapie de France. Un guide d’entretien a été construit selon une approche hypothético-déductive.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;h3&gt;Résultats&lt;/h3&gt;&lt;p&gt;Neuf entretiens ont été réalisés. Les formateurs ne semblaient pas orienter leur ingénierie de formation vers un mode d’exercice spécifique. Ils souhaitent stimuler la réflexivité de l’étudiant dans la construction de son projet professionnel.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;h3&gt;Discussion/Conclusion&lt;/h3&gt;&lt;p&gt;L’ingénierie de la formation initiale en masso-kinésithérapie semble vouloir être représentative des différentes possibilités d’exercice de la profession, afin de permettre à l’étudiant de construire son projet professionnel de manière réflexive. Cette étude rapporte une ingénierie de formation parfois contrainte, qui rend difficile la représentation exhaustive des possibilités d’exercice. An interview guide was developed using a hypothetico-deductive approach.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;h3&gt;Results&lt;/h3&gt;&lt;p&gt;Nine interviews were conducted. The trainers do not seem to be gearing their training engineering towards a specific mode of practice.
