A corresponding optical inspection system has been developed. This system uses the motion of a complicated mechanism in the axial direction droved by a stepper motor, and the detection of panoramic images from the illuminated circumferential inner surface realized by a hemispherical panoramic imaging system (HPIS). Irregularities of images due to corrosion or accumulation of brass deposits on the inner surface are inspected by this system. In 1998, Barrie Gilbert present multi-tanh principle with bipolar transistors. So this paper uses the multi-tanh technique to design some new structure in order to improve linearity and gain. First we double the transconductor level with four NMOS transistors, then we tripled the transconductor level with six NMOS transistors, meanwhile we keep the circuit is symmetry. Using Cadence SpectreRF, the circuits show better linearity and gain, yet noise figure increase, so it exists a tradeoff among these parameters of active mixer. In this paper, the circuit simulated in 2.4 GHz down-conversion mixer with 0.18 mum process, IIP3 and ldB compression point achieved 8.5 dBm and 2 dBm, gain is 4 dB, power assumption is 6 mW. One of the major problems is that the thermal field of SiC growth systems is not fully understood. Numerical simulation is considered as an important tool for the investigation of the thermal field distribution inside the growth crucible system involved with SiC bulk growth. We employ the finite-element software package ANSYS to provide additional information on the thermal field distribution. A two-dimensional model has been developed to simulate the axisymmetric growth system consist of a cylindrical susceptor (graphite crucible), a graphite felt insulation, and a copper inductive coil. The modeling field is coupled electromagnetic heating and thermal transfer. The induced magnetic field is used to predict heat generation due to magnetic induction. Conduction, convection and radiation in various components of the system are accounted for the heat transfer ways. The traditional chain-length concept is discarded and the percentage concept of the chain is proposed. The edge-growth method is adopted to get the good closed image. The edges checked by wavelet transforms are of single pixel and accurate orientation and wavelet transform on every image scale can see some edge information. An evident method is to integrate all edge images with all scales in an attempt to play their different advantages to gain accurate edge with wide single pixel.Based on peculiarities of wavelet transform, we can adopt a special general arithmetic to obtain image edge with wide single pixel. Taking advantage of wavelet transform technology, we can not only avoid some trivial and uncertainty brought by setting gray threshold but also wavelet has anti-noise function and is able to capture image details. Most importantly, wavelet can be usable in all images with various gray levels. The system is a host driven, multi-level network system consisting of AT89C51, HT9200A and MSM7512B, with built-in flexibility and expandability, for acquiring and transmitting data. The system can send two different kinds of information. The first kind of information comes from family gateways, including data shown on the eight meters, alarm email and urgency. The second kind comes from the system platform, including control information and notes (such as broadcasting). Through sending these two types of information, the system can function as remote meter reading, urgent alarm, urgency help, note service and remote control for each family. Three kind structure of HEV and their control strategy were investigated, series hybrid electric vehicle, parallel hybrid electric vehicle, and PSHEV. Considering about driving cycle of CYC_NEDC and CYC_HWFET, three control strategy such as electric assistant control, adaptive control strategy and genetic algorithms control were simulated based on advisor to analysis vehicle performance. The results of simulation indicated that the fuel consumption economics and exhaust character were improved by using genetic algorithms control. In CYC_NEDC, compared with electric assistant control, fuel consumption economics was improved 47.4%, HC decreased 6.2%, CO decreased 4.6%, and NOx decreased 7.7%.
