Four parameters, including 1.hearting current; 2.press; 3.velocity; 4.material, which influence the manufacture process in evidence, is mainly discussed. Analyzing defect and deficiency of tradition processing, the article puts forward to a controlling strategy with iteration technique and designed an embedded valve upset forging microcomputer control system. The electrothermal upsetting control system based on embedded technology stores the experience and technique of local worker, optimizes the tradition processing by using ARM S3C2410X chip. During the process, controlling parameters such as press, displacement and voltage are real-time monitored. Signal feeds back to system by sensors to realize the closed loop controlling on-line self-study function. And the technics parameters and the controlling process will display on the HMI (Human Machine Interface). Using the system, the quality and efficiency of the valve manufacture are improved, and the robustness gets stronger. The system has been applied in enterprises. Comparing with the tradition one, the automaticity in manufacture is improved, and the rejection rate is reduced. First, this paper proves that the nonuniform sampling can be modeled as periodic nonuniform sampling (PNS) process. Then assuming the time offsets are known, a new PNS reconstruction algorithm is derived. The new algorithm has the advantage that it can be used to perfectly reconstruct both even and odd order PNS signal. Besides, the algorithm can be calculated faster because it has a Hermitian Toeplitz matrix A. By integrating the TDC circuit in universal radar signal acquisition system, the sampling time offsets can be recorded, thus the real radar signal can be perfectly reconstructed from original non-uniform samples. Firstly, signal features are extracted by energy comparing method, which combines multi-resolution analysis of wavelet packets and energy spectrum. Through three scales wavelet packet decomposition, it takes energy as the feature vector of element, and establishes corresponding relations between feature and fault state. Then, using the experimental data and Riemannian geometry analysis of kernel function, an improved RBF is obtained as a new kernel function for the multi-class SVM. Conformal function of the kernel function is expressed by Euclidean distance in improved RBF, which can decrease the number of support vectors and reduces the workload, and it can fit the actual problems nicely. Finally, the multi-class SVM is adopted to realize fault information character-level fusion and pattern recognition for complicated equipments. The main limitation of adopting the phase lock frequency modulation was discussed. On the foundation of analyzing the DDS algorithm, the plan of direct digital frequency synthesis based on DSP was given. Through adjusting the parameter of DDS online, we can obtain the output frequency of the high resolution in the experiment, and aim the excitation transition frequency of rubidium frequency standard at the center spectrum frequency of quantum system automatically. Simultaneously, two output frequencies of DDS haven't the phase difference. Virtual prototyping is first adopted into quality evaluation and fault simulation fields. A type of self-propelled gun is taken as example and its virtual prototyping is established in ADAMS environment. A simulation example is illustrated to show the influencing rules of different fault factors on system performance. To describe the complex dynamic process, fuzzy inference is adopted to evaluate the whole performances of equipments and forecast the possible faults. Finally, the flow chart of quality evaluation and fault forecast is given. The systems starts from the decision table of historical fault data and reduces by rough set theory, and then construct the model for expert system knowledge. After it calculates diagnosis rule roughness degree, it determines the confidence degree. Then the software of the Lab VIEW and the hardware of data acquisition card PCI-6251 is selected respectively, the fault diagnoses system based on virtual instrument is designed, the function is made up of the signal acquisition, signal analyzing, database management, parameter query, and fault diagnosis.
