As a result, the number of multiplications will be reduced. In the meantime, the use of linked list to store the elements of matrix will cut back the times of scanning the matrix elements. The theoretical analysis and experimental results show that algorithm of Vector-linked list sparse matrix multiplication has greater time efficiency and needs less storage space. The factors and the up-branch, down-branch, both-branch of the Both-branch fuzzy decision-making are analysed with the set pair analysis respectively. It provides the method of both-branch fuzzy decision-making based on SPA, builds up the model of both-branch fuzzy decision degree based on SPA, puts forward the method of forecasting are strongness and weakness situation of the both-branch fuzzy decision degree. Inter-processor communication interface makes it possible for an embedded multi-processor system to easily support multiple subsystems parallel processing. This paper propose a kind of OS-level communication interface implementing method based-on HPI in the Complementary Multi-processor System and present the primary principles and corresponding DSP side code structure for HPI. The results show that using SVM to cognitive diagnostic classification, which only needs a small sample for training, can ensure a high correct classification rate, while required short time to run. This advantage suggests that SVM could be employed to identify attributes behind in items to reduce the labor strength. One of the promising approaches is web usage mining, which mines web logs for user models and recommendations. Different from most web recommender systems that are mainly based on clustering and association rule mining, this paper proposes an web personalization system that uses sequential access pattern mining. In the proposed system an efficient sequential pattern-mining algorithm is used to identify frequent sequential web access patterns. The access patterns are then stored in a compact tree structure, called Pattern-tree, which is then used for matching and generating web links for recommendations. The proposed controller overcomes the defaults of the fuzzy logic control which has steady state error as well as the single neuron control which has unsatisfied dynamic performance. In this paper, we propose β-Importance based on VPRS model and granularity theory to hide data effectively. When we obtain the important attributes from the information table, and then handle the values of unimportant attributes to extend. In term of users, the granularity of information become rough, so we achieve the anonymisation. We describe the paper duplicate detection system design and implementation, and discuss key technology of highlight and combination of B/S mode and C/S mode. Currently, most animation making software is oriented for professional people, which are tedious and complex on operation. It is difficult for novices to understand the making animation process. Aimed at removing the complexity barrier and allowing nonprofessional users to create a wide variety of animations quickly, this paper proposes a sketching animation system. Besides of basic action editing, we also focus on animation synchronization which is crucial in making animation. Experiments show that the time of making animation has been reduced. In addition, for the sake of making users have better experience in creating animation at all times and places, the system design pattern and interaction way have been improved based on pen in order to be used in any running platform. Especially for mobile devices, the easy-extended system architecture and pen-based interaction way are approved by users.
