The factors and the up-branch, down-branch, both-branch of the Both-branch fuzzy decision-making are analysed with the set pair analysis respectively. It provides the method of both-branch fuzzy decision-making based on SPA, builds up the model of both-branch fuzzy decision degree based on SPA, puts forward the method of forecasting are strongness and weakness situation of the both-branch fuzzy decision degree. Model of Both-Branch Fuzzy System Set Pair Analysis Dynamic Decision-Making
