Despite \u0000constituting half of the talent pool, due to lack of employment in the formal sector, their \u0000economic contribution has been almost negligible. Roping in women in the mainstream \u0000can lead to increase in GDP has been highlighted by a study by Mckinsey Global \u0000Institute. It is predicted that maximum opportunity of increasing GDP lies with India \u0000through potential participation of women with a scope of adding 60% to GDP. The \u0000work of Indian women who are not in the mainstream labour force are not taken into \u0000account directly for calculating their contribution to the economic growth of Indian \u0000economy. They haveacquired certain skills during their formative years which goes \u0000untapped as they don’t realize that they have potential to contribute towards the \u0000economic growth and the GDP. Hence their resources remain latent which if properly \u0000utilized can be a formidable force in the trajectory of economic growth.

Many school psychologists, as well as child therapists and \u0000professionals, have been seriously concerned with the effectiveness of their individualcentred \u0000practice, and they are concerned with the development of more child-focused \u0000and system-centered approaches as they recognise that incorporating children’s and \u0000stakeholder perspectives into the counselling or therapeutic process appears to improve \u0000its effectiveness. The major objective of this review is to understand the current context \u0000of inclusive education in Nepal and also compare it with international progress in \u0000inclusive education. In In addition, the role of school psychologists in improving the \u0000inclusive education environment is also studied. Although an inclusive educational \u0000environment benefits students greatly, it is not widely recognised due to a lack of \u0000awareness and strategic education implementation. policies that promote inclusive \u0000education. School psychologists play the most vital role in the successful implementation \u0000of inclusive education, as they understand the school environment’s pros and cons and \u0000students’ psychological states in every inclusive environment. And for this reason, the \u0000presence of school psychologists is essential in any inclusive educational environment.

Pilgrims who arrive in Kashi to die anticipate a \u0000specific spiritual recompense called moksha, which is variously interpreted as freedom \u0000from rebirth or a good rebirth. This dissertation sought to highlight the sociohistorical \u0000epoch defined by a profusion of scholarly literary works on death and dying, as well as \u0000a surge in social movements trying to improve the way people die. To acquire a thorough \u0000knowledge of the motivations for attaining Moksha, particularly in Kashi, the study \u0000utilised a qualitative methodology. Thematic analysis has been used to dive into the \u0000perceptions of the participants and present a comprehensive description of their \u0000motivation. A semi-structured interview guide based on Indian and western literature \u0000reports was employed to obtain data. After interviewing 10 people, theme saturation \u0000was reached. Results revealed how Indian philosophical and religious notions, such as \u0000Karma, Dharma, Atman, and the concept of rebirth, have a significant impact on \u0000Indian perceptions of spirituality at the end of life.

This \u0000research paper talks about The Little Prince in terms of childhood, identity, and society \u0000in the Indian context. How being busy in modern times is confounded with being \u0000productive is questioned in this paper. The notion of how development is usually \u0000understood is problematic. It is important to understand that a child is not something \u0000to be raised. Only learning from experience, freedom, and responsibility is to be fostered. \u0000The Little Prince takes us from formality to authenticity. The way of the little prince is \u0000not philosophy. His way of life is philosia, where philo means “love” and ousia means \u0000“truth.” The Little Prince reminds us that truth is not an escape, but rather the \u0000awareness of escape. It is to be noted that childhood as a cultural construction comes \u0000out to be a human choice, and the consciousness of childhood comes out to be cultural. \u0000Much of childhood remains ununderstood in terms of playing and balancing the \u0000cathartic threads of psychoanalysis, culture, and society. It is \u0000meaningful to study its impact on women who worked appreciably hard to protect the \u0000family by taking charge of all the household responsibilities along with immense \u0000psychological and domestic challenges. The present study investigates women’s physical, \u0000mental, and reproductive health disturbances amid the second wave of the COVID-19 \u0000pandemic. 50 women between the ages of 21 and 50 were recruited from the Department \u0000of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Sir Sunder Lal Hospital and the Institute of Medical \u0000Sciences at the BHU in Uttar Pradesh, India. The Physical Health Questionnaire (Schat, \u0000Aaron & Kelloway, Kevin & Desmarais, Serge, 2005), the General Health Questionnaire \u0000(Goldberg & Hillier, 1979), and the Reproductive Health Questionnaire (Eadie & Runtz, \u00002007) were used to measure physical health, mental health, and reproductive health, \u0000respectively. Overall, women experienced physical, mental, and reproductive health \u0000problems. The findings revealed significant differences in physical health between \u0000married and unmarried women, working and non-working women, and reproductive \u0000health differences between women in nuclear and joint families. Women’s reproductive \u0000health significantly positively correlates with mental and physical health, and mental \u0000health also significantly positively correlates with physical health. The COVID-19 \u0000pandemic had a significant impact on women’s health, irrespective of socio-economic \u0000strata. They faced greater health risks because they were responsible for both family \u0000and work. It deteriorated their overall health—physical, mental, and reproductive— \u0000while planning, managing, and handling the COVID-19 pandemic.
