However, there has been no study comparing the most effective active recovery methods post-match. The purpose of this study was to compare active recovery (jogging and cycling) to the heart rate and fatigue level of athletes. This study uses an experimental method with a pretest-posttest crossover design approach. Subjects were 22 male amateur football athletes with an average (age, 19.40 ± 1.18 years; height, 170.04 ± 3.54 cm; weight, 62.89 ± 5.44 kg). The results showed that the average heart rate (HR), vertical jump (VJ), and lactate levels between groups after the simulation match did not show significant differences (HR p= 0.748, VJ p=0.984, lactate p=0.633). However, for variables HR and lactate levels experienced a significant decrease after undergoing recovery treatment, and when viewed from the delta the jogging group experienced a decrease (HR 24.7%, and lactate 52.5%), for the bicycle group (HR 29.3%, and lactate 60.9%) and the sitting group (HR 19.91%, and lactate 23.4%). So the results of this study provide evidence that post-match cycling can contribute to a more effective active recovery strategy. Thus the results of this study can be used as a reference for coaches and athletes in a good recovery process after a football match.","PeriodicalId":353164,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal SPORTIF : Jurnal Penelitian Pembelajaran","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129847385","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This study aimed to find out the effectiveness of motor improvement in children aged 4-6 years. The research method used is Classroom Action Research, with data collection in this study using performance, observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects of this study used a saturated sampling technique of 45 children of Mujahideen Kindergarten 2 Pontianak. Data analysis compares the results obtained from cycle I and cycle II with descriptive quantitative approaches. The results of this study showed an increase in children's gross motor skills through shuttle run games, and ball bounce throwing, evidenced by the number of students who increased their motor skills from 45 students from the first cycle of 16% or 16 students classified as good motor and in cycle II increased from 45 students 71% or 32 students fall into the category of good. The instruments used are polar heart rate monitor h-10 (measure heart rate), Omron HBF 375 Karada Scan (assess the percentage of water in the body), and urine color scale (dehydration predictor). Data analysis through homogenity test, Kolmogorov-Smirnov normality test, and Pearson Correlation test. The findings of this research were female (30.2 ± 2.63) and male (36.8 ± 5.31) VO2Max concluded as fair category. There was no significant relationship between heart rate with body water (0.071 > 0.05) and urine color (0.557 > 0.05), even body water and urine colour (0.10 > 0.05). Research is undertaken with survey methods, a type of quantitative descriptive. The study subjects were obtained by purposive sampling technique, obtaining 187 samples. To get NK, used Body Composition, Metabolism, and Dietary Requirements Questionnaire, there are 21 questions adapted from previous research. Furthermore, the data is obtained from the results of questionnaires that have been filled out independently by the subject through a google form. The results of research data are processed statistically using SPPS version 25. The subjects consisted of 187 participants with an average age of 27 years. The results showed that the study subjects' NK was in poor condition based on statistical test results. The level of NK that has not been optimal in the PT environment is a significant concern for improving competence and support to maximize NK to improve the Indonesian people's degree of health. The results of this study can be a suggestion and evaluation for policy stakeholders because there need to be improvements from policies that encourage the emergence of NK increases in the PT.","PeriodicalId":353164,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal SPORTIF : Jurnal Penelitian Pembelajaran","volume":"55 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115502777","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The purpose of the study was to determine the game's effectiveness in improving the skills of sepak takraw players at the sepak takraw academy in Surabaya. The research method uses quantitative research. The population is all academy students and a sample of 11 students from the Surabaya Sepak Takraw Academy. The research design used a randomized pre-test post-test design, the type of design carried out by giving pre-test before treatment and post-test after treatment in the experimental group. The research data collection used several tests, including left-footed and right-footed sepak sila during pre-test and post-test. The data analysis technique is the analysis of variance (ANOVA) to determine the effectiveness level. The results showed that after the left and right-footed pre-test was conducted, they were treated with the krwanjang game and ended with the post-test of the sepak sila. From the data obtained and analyzed by ANOVA the results had a significant effect from the pre-test of 0.08 to 0.12 in the post-test. The research concludes that the sepak kwranjang game effectively improves the sepak sila skills of the students of the Surabaya Sepak Takraw Academy. The research implication is that sports coaches or academics can apply sepak kwranjang to improve their sepak sila.","PeriodicalId":353164,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal SPORTIF : Jurnal Penelitian Pembelajaran","volume":"14 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115710009","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
