However, not all exercises that have been done by teenagers can be successful in mastering tennis serve skills. The main objective of this study is to explain physical training to support service skills in tennis. This study follows the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis (PRISMA) and Meta-analysis. Scientific articles are obtained from Elsevier, Pubmed, Science Direct, Web of Science, National Index, Google Scholar, and Journal of Sports Coaching. After following the exclusion criteria, only 8 articles remain. The review successfully showed that most research, and quantitative approaches are the methods and types of research used. One important aspect of physical training is support for service skills on the tennis court. The practice study program lasts 3 weeks to 12 weeks. They do one to > two days per week. Conclusion The findings suggest that physical exercise can increase the speed of tennis serves. Recommended physical exercises to improve tennis serve include Exercises, Core Legs, Stability, and Arms. Further research can be continued by mapping research analysis on this topic using other methods to explore various forms of exercises for mastering skills in sports. This study aims to improve the physical fitness and body mass index of the elderly with Aerobic exercise with low-intensity gymnastics. This study was a quasi-experiment with a single-group pretest posttest group design. Subjects involved with purposive sampling techniques with sample criteria with the application of inclusion and exclusion criteria with 40 elderly social services in Surakarta city. Instruments to measure physical fitness used the Rock Port test as far as 1609 m and body mass index measurements of weight and height. Data analysis using prerequisite tests and Kolmogorov Smirnov tests with SPPS 25 for Windows programs. The homogeneity test in this study used Test F. The data obtained were processed using IBM SPSS version 25 and paired T-test. The results showed a significant difference between physical fitness before and after aerobic exercise with low-intensity gymnastics, it was from the results of significance 0.056 (<0.05). While the results showed there was a significant difference between body mass index before and after aerobic exercise with low-intensity gymnastics from the results of significance P = 0.028 (<0.05). From these results, aerobic exercise can improve physical fitness and body mass index in the elderly. The kicking technique in karate is a very important skill in attacking movements. It is necessary to provide training so that muscle explosive power, especially in the legs, increases so that technical ability can increase. Squat jump exercises, leg squats, and walking lunges are forms of exercise that can increase muscle explosive power and the ability of karate kicks. This study aimed to determine the contribution of squat jump exercises, leg squats, and walking lunges to the ability to kick in karate. The subjects of this study were 27 female Karate Dojo athletes, the subject collection technique was total sampling by recruiting all 27 female athletes. The instruments used in this study were for initial and final test measurements using Mawashi Geri's kick ability test. Data analysis using ANOVA test and statistical prerequisite test using SPSS 25. The results of this study from the results of data analysis with a comparative hypothesis test between posttest values showed a calculated t value < a significant level of 0.05, which means that the provision of squat jumps, leg squats, walking lunges significantly contributed to Mawashi Geri's kicking ability. Increasing the explosive power of the arm requires proper training, including using rehaencalina exercises. This study aimed to determine the modification of rehaencalina exercises to improve the ability to throw javelins. This research uses the Experiment method, which uses a two-group pretest-posttest design. The sample in this study was 18 javelin throw athletes from Makassar State University. The research instrument used a javelin-throwing ability test. Data analysis was processed using descriptive test statistics, normality test, homogeneity test, and Anakova test. The results found a comparison of the effects of the two treatment groups on the variable javelin throwing ability, resulting in an average javelin throwing ability between exercises showing an increase in javelin throwing ability seen from the average increase in test results. The average javelin throwing ability for both groups showed that group 1 of the Rehaencalina-Rehaencalina-Torso (R-R-T) exercise resulted in a better improvement in javelin throwing ability than group 2 of the Rehanecalina-Bench Press-Torso (R-B-T) exercise. This study concludes that arm power explosiveness modification exercises with Rehaencalina exercises can improve javelin throwing ability. This type of research was quasi-experimental with a 2x2 factorial design. 24 male student futsal athletes, age 15.95±0.55, height 164.61±6.90, and weight 53.23±8.11, met the inclusion criteria, signed informed consent and participated in this study. The interventions were extensive interval training methods for running on a 20-meter track and intensive interval training for running on a 100-meter track. Treatment is done 16 times, three times a week, and progressive sets, repetitions, time, and rest. Vo2max was measured with a multistage fitness test, and lung vital capacity was measured with spirometry SP70B. Data analysis used two-way ANOVA, the data was tested for normality and homogeneity. The study showed that extensive pretest 37,53±1,37 and posttest 50,68±1,00 (p=0.05), and intensive pretest 37,04±1,45 and posttest 49,18±1,37 (p=0.05) interval training improves VO2Max, repestivully. There is no interaction between extensive and intensive training methods on lung vital capacity. The study concludes that extensive and intensive training methods are useful to improve the vo2max of students' futsal athletes. This research is a quantitative study with a quasi-experimental type and uses a nonequivalent control group design. Purposive sampling technique was used from 36 trained male students aged 12-16 years old from junior high school 1 to 36 years old badminton students. The research subjects were divided into three groups, namely TR (tuck jump-double leg run), SH (squat jump-double leg hop), and C (conventional exercise), which were divided using matched ordinal pairing. Each group consists of twelve students doing treatment with a frequency of three days a week for six weeks. The research instruments used were the 30-meter sprint, agility T-test, and Jump MD. Data collection was carried out twice during the pretest and posttest. Data analysis techniques using Manova and post hoc tests. The Manova test results showed significant differences in the three groups' increasing speed, agility, and leg muscle power simultaneously. The post hoc test showed that the TR and SH groups differed significantly from the C group (p<0.05). Assistive devices and modifications to training time are needed to improve students' abilities. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of use by modifying exercises that can help in mastering forehand groundstroke skills in sports students learning court tennis. The subjects of the study were 48 sports students, with male gender. The method of dividing subjects into treatment groups is to match pairs in consideration of Pretest scores before treatment. This research instrument uses Kemp-Vincent Rally Test with validity levels of 0.80 and 0.93 while reliability is 0.90 and 0.86. The data analysis technique uses a paired t-test with a signification level of α = 0.05. Test the normality and homogeneity of groundstroke skills using the Bartlet test. The analysis of these results showed that boteli exercises with a weekly frequency of twice affected forehand groundstroke skills. Second-time comparison of sig data results. (2-tailed), values 0.000 < 0.05. This means h0 rejected h1 is acceptable, so it can be concluded that the frequency of exercise a week is twice as good as the frequency of exercise once a week in influencing boteli exercise to improve the reliability of tennis groundstroke forehand rally. The research method used is quantitative, with a quasi-experimental design. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling techniques, with certain considerations from researchers, including students who do not participate in extracurricular sports, with 60 students. The instrument used was a questionnaire of 73 items designed to measure a universal scale of sports scores with validity tests obtained less stable scores = 0.254. Data analysis techniques describe statistical data, normality tests using Shapiro Wilk, homogeneity tests using Leene tests, and hypothesis testing using paired sample t-tests. The result of this study is that the universal values of sport can be well integrated into every physical education lesson in schools. Students can develop social and emotional skills fundamental to success by utilizing these principles in life inside and outside school. Pakar materi dan pakar media pertama kali memvalidasi penelitian pengembangan ini. Uji coba produk dilakukan pada Siswa Ekstrakurikuler Pondok Pesantren Darul Arawah, sedangkan jumlah sampel adalah sebagai berikut: Ada 14 siswa. Tes kelompok kecil 7 siswa dan tes kelompok ekstensif 14 siswa. Jenis pengumpulan data dengan instrumen berupa kuesioner. Hasil penelitian, total uji kelayakan perhitungan penelitian \"Pengembangan bentuk latihan kecepatan reaksi berbasis sensorik\" menurut responden sebesar 91,57% dikategorikan \"Sangat Layak\", yang dapat diartikan bahwa produk tersebut \"Sangat Layak\" untuk digunakan sebagai alat bantu latihan. The present research aims to investigate the impact of moderate-intensity acute exercise on decreasing cortisol levels among obese female students. A true-experimental method with a pretest-posttest control group design was utilized to conduct the study. A total of 20 female students between the ages of 20 and 23, with a BMI ranging from 25-28 kg/m2, voluntarily participated in the research. The participants were divided into two groups: control (n=10) and exercise (n=10) - the latter group being exposed to moderate-intensity acute exercise once as an intervention, with 40-minute sessions and an intensity level of 60-70% HRmax using the Treadmill Life Fitness equipment. The serum cortisol levels were measured through the ELISA 30 minutes pre-exercise and 6 hours post-exercise. The collected data were analyzed using an independent sample t-test with a 5% significance level. The study's findings will help compare the mean serum cortisol levels between the control and exercise groups. Based on the results of the study, it was found it can be concluded that moderate-intensity acute exercise carried out for 40 minutes/exercise session was effective in reducing serum cortisol levels in obese female students.
