This work is mainly based on the recently published Dynamic Background Updating (DBU) for lightweight moving object detection. In the DBU algorithm, a combined temporal difference and background subtraction technique that exploits both frame-based and pixel-based background updates is used to detect some moving objects in the application scenario with a static camera. Even though its complexity can be significantly reduced, the main drawback of DBU is its lower performance compared to the GMM-based algorithms at harsh environmental conditions which have a non-uniform illumination distribution or extremely high/low light. By presenting a pre-pixel processing of adaptive histogram equalization and a post-pixel processing of bounding box interpolation, this paper proposes an Enhanced DBU (EDBU) algorithm to accurately detect moving objects even in harsh environmental conditions. The current several routing protocols of Ad hoc network have their own advantages and disadvantages, therefore revision is still necessary to meet communication requirement and apply in various scenes of internet of vehicles. Based on communication requirement between vehicles under IOV environment, traditional zone routing protocol(ZRP) was improved and topology maintenance algorithm and routing searching algorithm between vehicles were put forward in the paper, and assessment to algorithm through OPNET modeler stimulation software was conducted. Today the emerging traffic big data contributes a lot to delineate daily travel activity of individuals. In this paper, multi sources of travel data are utilized to give a full description for the spatial structure of travel modes in a city. Firstly, the massive intra-city travel flow data are constructed as connection embedded networks. Then, using the community detection method and the network analysis method, the latent spatial connection structure of travel modes and corresponding properties of sub-networks are investigated. Finally, a case study of Guangzhou is conducted using travel data of three travel modes. Results imply that revealed structures correlate with the land use and the geographical distance. Conventional Kalman Filter is based on the assumption that noise covariances are fully estimated as Gaussian. However, GPS/INS integrated systems may encounter with inaccurate noise estimation, transient interference, hence noise estimation calibration is required. In this paper, a novel method is proposed, it uses K-Means clustering to automatically identify and discard transient interferences. This method does not require a priori knowledge of transient interferes, and both noise estimation in dynamic update process and measurement update process can be calibrated. Only steady measurement errors are used to calibrate noise estimation. The Pearson correlation analysis is used to obtain the influencing factors of casualties in water traffic accidents. The ZINB regression model is established to evaluate the influencing factors. According to the analysis results, influencing factors are sorted in the ascending order of factor influencing value. This method has been applied in casualties in water traffic, which is in the area under administration of Yangtze River MSA (Maritime Safety Administration). As widely known, any single satellite positioning system suffers from the lack of satellite visibility in urban area. To improve positioning availability in urban area, the proposed method integrates a GPS/BeiDou receiver, an OBD-II (On-Board Diagnostics-II) device, and a MEMS IMU (Micro Electro Mechanical Systems-Inertial Measurement Unit). The proposed method corrects the inertial velocity by the speed provided by the OBD-II device. To evaluate the feasibility of the proposed method, an experiment was performed in a deep urban environment. This paper proposes a new Discrete-Event Simulation (DES) method using Phase-Type distribution to analyze the performance of circulation facilities of subway station as a queuing network. The proposed method is compared to the existing methods and it is observed that existing methods underestimate the performance measures values by neglecting the important factors. After a part of the car is designed using 3D Modeling software, it will be delivered to finite element analysis (FEA) software to do simulation in order to understand if the model is ready for mass production or not. This is a persistence job because it requires a lot of attempts before presenting the most successful design. In this paper, we use a PILR (Pillar inner left right panel) model as the examined object for design optimization.
