Barriers to the education of children with special needs require the form of educational services that are in accordance with their abilities and potential. The purpose of this study was to examine the description of the perception and role of teachers on the learning of children with special needs. This research method uses descriptive qualitative. This research was conducted in Malang City. The result of this study is that in general, teachers perceive children with special needs as requiring intensive learning. Children with special needs need continuous guidance between teachers and parents. This can be started with home visit activities or home visits. In order to improve the readiness of classroom teachers in dealing with children with special needs and provide a shadow teacher to facilitate children with special needs. This research design is quantitative and conducted on 224 Bidikmisi students in Bandar Lampung. The College Student Subjective Well-Being Questionnaire was used to measure college students' subjective well-being, adapted from Renshaw. The Self Esteem Scale was adjusted and modified by Azwar. Meanwhile, to measure academic achievement with the Grade Point Average.Furthermore, the data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis methods. The results show an influence between academic achievement and self-esteem on college student subjective well-being in Bidikmisi scholarship recipients. Academic achievement has a greater contribution than self-esteem in influencing college students' subjective well-being. This is because the field involves religion that works to increase confidence thus speeding up the healing process. One of the therapies that fall into this category is the practice of reciting Salawat. This practice is common in traditional institutions of learning institutions in the Malay world. In some places, this practice becomes part of the curriculum of study. Some recite it as remembrance, and some recite it in the form of melodic performances such as qasidah, hadrah and so on. This study, however, is limited to the views of prominent educators in Malaya, Shaykh Abdullah Fahim (1869 - 1961) to practice reading the Salawat. The main objective of this study is to look at Shaykh Abdullah Fahim's thoughts on Salawat from a psychological perspective. This study uses a fully qualitative method. For data collection purposes, an archival approach was used. The conclusion of the study was made by using an inductive approach that is by summarizing the findings in general. The study found that the practice of Salawat from the point of view of Shaykh Abdullah Fahim has potential development benefits in terms of emotions, behaviour, and motivation.Keywords: Shaykh Abdullah Fahim; Salawat; psycho-religion; psychologyAbstrak: Psikoreligius tergolong psikoterapi spiritual tertinggi dalam bidang psikologi psikoterapi. Hal ini dikarenakan bidang tersebut melibatkan agama yang berfungsi untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan diri sehingga mempercepat proses penyembuhan. Salah satu terapi yang termasuk dalam kategori ini adalah praktik membaca salawat. Praktik ini sudah menjadi tradisi di lembaga-lembaga lembaga pembelajaran tradisional di dunia Melayu. Di beberapa tempat, praktik ini menjadi bagian dari kurikulum studi. Ada yang membacanya untuk dzikir, dan ada pula yang membacanya dalam bentuk sesajen seperti qasidah, hadrah dan sebagainya. Namun penelitian ini terbatas pada pandangan tokoh pendidik di Malaya, Syekh Abdullah Fahim (1869 – 1961) tentang amalan membaca salawat. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat pemikiran Syekh Abdullah Fahim tentang salawat dari perspektif psikologis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif penuh. Untuk tujuan pengumpulan data, pendekatan arsip digunakan. Kesimpulan penelitian dibuat dengan menggunakan pendekatan induktif yaitu dengan meringkas temuan secara umum. There are 15 needs (needs) in the EPPS, one of which is aggression. In this study, a descriptive analysis related to psychometric analysis using the Rasch model was carried out, including validity, reliability, item difficulty level, and Differential Item Functioning (DIF). The results of this study indicate that the items that measure the need for aggression have good validity and reliability coefficients. There is one item with a high difficulty level and one with a low difficulty level. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. The unit of analysis for this study is the parents who accompany their children to learn online during the pandemic for at least 6 months, from the elementary school level. The method used is the inductive method, starting with collecting data then formulating the data in a pattern and concluding it. The technique of extracting data by using semi-structured interviews was depth interviews. The thematic analysis used is data driven, the approach used in this study is based on data. The technique of establishing the credibility of the data uses triangulation of researchers. The results showed how emotional regulation, impulse control, optimism, empathy, problem analysis skills, self-efficacy, and increased positive aspects of parents to continue accompanying children to learn online during a pandemic.Keywords: Resilience; Parental Assistance; Online Based Learning Activities Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini yakni untuk memaparkan tingkat, gambaran, dan faktor yang mempengaruhi resiliensi pada Orangtua yang mendampingi anak belajar online di masa pandemi Covid-19. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Unit analisis dari penelitian ini adalah Orangtua yang mendampingi anak belajar online di masa pandemi kurang lebih selama 6 bulan minimal, dari jenjang kelas Sekolah Dasar. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode induktif, diawali dengan mengumpulkan data kemudian memformulasikan data dalam sebuah pola dan menyimpulkannya. Teknik penggalian data dengan wawancara semiterstruktur yang digunakan depth interview. Analisis tematik yang digunakan adalah data driven, pendekatan yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini ada berdasarkan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat resiliensi orangtua dalam mendampingi anak belajar online dalam kategori tinggi. Kedua, gambaran resiliensi orangtua ditunjukkan dengan aspek regulasi emosi, pengendalian impuls, sikap optimis, empati, kemampuan analisis masalah, dan peningkatan aspek positif. This study aims to investigate (1) how is the condition of emotion regulation and job stress on teachers; (2) what is the role of emotion regulation on job stress in teachers; (3) to what extent is the role of emotion regulation on job stress in teachers. The present study used a quantitative approach. Meanwhile, the sampling technique used in this study was incidental sampling which involved eighty-seven elementary school teachers. The measuring instruments used were an Emotion Regulation Questionnaire (9 items; α = 0.630) and a Teacher Concerns Inventory (48 items: α = 0.968). The data were analyzed using simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that (1) the majority of teachers had very high emotion regulation and had very low job stress, (2) there was a significant negative influence between regulation of emotion and teacher job stress, (3) the emotion regulation contributed 29.2% to teacher job stress. Keywords : Emotion Regulation; Job Stress; Elementary School Teachers Abstrak : Profesi guru di tingkat sekolah dasar merupakan salah satu sektor pekerjaan yang rentan menimbulkan stres kerja, namun belum diketahui sejauh mana peran regulasi emosi dalam menjelaskan stres kerja guru SD. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengungkapkan (1) Bagaimana kondisi regulasi emosi dan stres kerja pada guru; (2) Bagaimana peran regulasi emosi terhadap stres kerja pada guru; (3) Seberapa besar peran regulasi emosi terhadap stres kerja pada guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik incidental sampling. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 87 guru sekolah dasar. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah kuesioner regulasi emosi (9 aitem; α = 0.630) dan kuesioner stres kerja guru (48 aitem: α = 0.968). Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) mayoritas guru memiliki regulasi emosi yang sangat tinggi dan memiliki stres kerja yang sangat rendah, (2) terdapat pengaruh negatif dan signifikan antara regulasi emosi terhadap stres kerja guru (3) regulasi emosi memberikan peran sebesar 29.2% terhadap stres kerja guru.
