Hunian Tionghoa di Lasem berkembang sejak abad ke-15, dimana kawasan ini mulai membentuk kawasan pecinan khas yang dikenali melalui hunian courtyard dan gerbang masuk sebagai bagian dari fasade bangunan. Permukiman yang didirikan membentuk kawasan yang terpisah dari kawasan pribumi. Masing-masing kawasan memiliki bangunan penting berupa tempat ibadah (kelenteng) dan keraton sebagai inti permukiman. Hunian courtyard Tionghoa di Lasem memiliki unsur budaya campuran, seperti adanya elemen arsitektur bergaya Cina, kolonial serta Jawa. Tujuan penelitian ini antara lain menganalisis tipologi hunian courtyard di permukiman Tionghoa Lasem dimana terdapat akulturasi langgam arsitektur di dalamnya. Metoda penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dimana pengambilan data dilakukan secara kualitatif. Setiap tipe hunian courtyard memberikan image berbeda tergantung dari komposisi bangunan yang ada di dalamnya sehingga memiliki ciri khas tertentu. Suasana ruang courtyard dipengaruhi oleh hadirnya gerbang dengan atap ngang shan, bangunan utama berupa thienching maupun chengshen serta hulung yang melengkapi elemen hunian. Kavling hunian courtyard memiliki variasi bentuk akibat dari perubahan yang ada pada elemen fisik sehingga ruang courtyard berpotensi untuk berubah dan berkembang menjadi bangunan tumbuh.Kata kunci: Hunian Courtyard, Permukiman Tionghoa, LasemABSTRACTChinese occupancy in Lasem, Central Java is one of the cultural heritages in Indonesia which still leaves a legacy until now. Chinese occupancy in Lasem developed since the 15th century, where the area began to form a distinctive Chinatown area that was recognized through courtyard and entrance gates as part of the building facade. Established settlements form a separate area from the indigenous region. Each area has an important building in the form of a place of worship (kelenteng) and a palace as the core of the settlement. Chinese courtyard occupancy in Lasem has a mixture of cultural elements, such as the presence of Chinese, colonial and Javanese architectural elements. The purpose of this study included analyzing the residential typology of courtyard in the Chinese settlement of Lasem where there was acculturation in the style of architecture. The research method used is descriptive where data collection is done qualitatively. Each type of residential courtyard gives a different image depending on the composition of the building in it so that it has certain characteristics. The atmosphere of the courtyard room is influenced by the presence of a gate with the roof of the Ngang Shan, the main building in the form of thienching and chengshen and hulung which complements the residential elements. Limbah serutan kayu yang mengandung rantai karbon dapat dimanfaatkan menjadi karbon aktif. Pengaruh kualitas karbon aktif dari serutan kayu ini diuji berdasarkan waktu aktivasi dan daya adsorpsi limbah cair. Karbon aktif dibuat melalui pirolisis hingga mencapai suhu 5000C dengan ukuran 100-150 mesh dan diaktivasi dengan H3PO4 10% selama 6 jam, 12 jam, dan 18 jam. Karbon aktif yang dihasilkan digunakan sebagai adsorben dan diujikan pada limbah cair zat warna tekstil Sumikaron Yellow Brown S-2RL. Adsorpsi dilakukan dengan variasi waktu 1 jam, 2 jam dan 3 jam. Selanjutnya larutan zat warna yang telah dijerap oleh karbon aktif dianalisa menggunakan spektrofotometer dengan panjang gelombang 480nm. Berdasarkan absorbansi atau konsentrasi (%) pengurangan warna yang dihitung menggunakan anova dengan software Minitab 17, pengaruh yang lebih signifikan dalam pemanfaatan karbon aktif dari serutan kayu yaitu pada waktu aktivasi 12 jam dan waktu adsorpsi 3 jam. Karbon aktif dari limbah serutan kayu mampu mengurangi limbah cair zat warna sebesar 98,2519%. Hasil uji pendahuluan dengan menghitung bilangan iod dari adsorben karbon aktif yang telah diaktivasi selama 12 jam menjadi kondisi terbaik dengan menjerap iod sebanyak 144,8961 mg/g.Kata Kunci: limbah cair, karbon aktif, serutan kayu, MinitabABSTRACTThe wood utilization industry is quite often found in Indonesia, but the waste produced is not processed and is only disposed of into the environment. Wood shavings containing carbon chains can be used as activated carbon. The effect of the quality of activated carbon from wood shavings was tested based on the activation time and adsorption liquid waste’s capacity. Activated carbon is made through pyrolysis to reach a temperature of 5000C with a size of 100-150 mesh and activated with 10% H3PO4 for 6 hours, 12 hours, and 18 hours. The activated carbon produced was used as an adsorbent and tested on the liquid waste of textile dye Sumikaron Yellow Brown S-2RL. Adsorption is carried out with variations of 1 hour, 2 hours and 3 hours. Furthermore, the dye solution that has been absorbed by activated carbon is analyzed using a spectrophotometer with a wavelength of 480nm. Based on the absorbance or concentration (%) of color reduction calculated using anova with Minitab 17 software, a more significant effect on the utilization of activated carbon from wood shavings is the activation time of 12 hours and the adsorption time of 3 hours. Activated carbon from wood shavings waste is able to reduce dye wastewater by 98.2519%. Analisis kualitas udara dilakukan di laboratorium PT. Unilab Perdana yang telah mendapatkan akreditasi oleh KAN No. LP-195-IDN. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan pada tanggal 15 September 2017 sedangkan untuk analisis di laboratorium di lakukan pada tanggal 15 sampai dengan 27 September 2017. Parameter yang dianalisis yaitu SO2, CO2, NO2, O3, HC, PM10, PM2,5, Pb, NH3, dan H2S. Pengambilan sampel kualitas udara dilakukan secara langsung di lapangan di 8 titik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di Kota Cimahi kualitas udara masih tergolong baik hal tersebut terlibat bahwa parameter kualitas udara ambien masih memenuhi baku mutu sesuai PP 41/1999 tentang PPU. Upaya pengendalian pencemaran udara harus terus dilaksanakan mengingat angka penyakit ISPA di kota ini yang menempati posisi tertinggi dibandingkan dengan penyakit lainnya.ABSTRACTThis research is in collaboration with the Environmental Agency (DLH) of Cimahi City in order to control air pollution in the city due to the development of Cimahi City. Air quality analysis was carried out in the laboratory of PT. Unilab Perdana which has been accredited by KAN No. LP-195-IDN. Sampling was carried out on 15 September 2017 while the analysis in the laboratory was conducted on 15 to 27 September 2017. The parameters analyzed were SO2, CO2, NO2, O3, HC, PM10, PM2,5, Pb, NH3, and H2S . Air quality sampling is carried out directly in the field at 8 points. Based on the results of research in Cimahi City, air quality is still relatively good, it is involved that ambient air quality parameters still meet the quality standards according to PP 41/1999 concerning PPU. Perusahaan - perusahaan tersebut bergerak di bidang supplier, manufaktur, distributor, ritel/toko dan perusahaan jasa logistik. Didalam rantai pasok terdiri dari berbagai aliran informasi yang harus dikelola oleh perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, untuk menciptakan rantai pasok yang terintegritas dan unggul perusahaan perlu mengelola rantai pasok dengan menggunakan supply chain management. Dalam proses rantai pasok, manajemen risiko rantai pasok dibutuhkan untuk mengendalikan risiko-risiko yang mungkin muncul agar tidak menggangu berjalannya rantai pasok. Proses manajemen risiko rantai pasok dimulai dengan identifikasi proses bisnis dalam rantai pasok, lalu mengidentifikasi risiko dalam proses bisnis. Kemudian dilakukan penilaian nilai konsekuensi dan probabilitas melalui kuesioner. Identifikasi risiko menghasilkan 64 risiko, 33 risiko dengan tingkat rendah, 21 dengan tingkat menengah, dan 10 tingkat tinggi. Setelah mendapatkan risiko berdasarkan tingkatannya, dilakukan perancangan mitigasi terhadap risiko yang paling tinggi.Kata kunci: Rantai Pasok, Manajemen Risiko Rantai Pasok, MitigasiABSTRACTSupply Chain is a network of companies that work together to create and deliver a product into the hands of the end user. These companies usually include suppliers, manufactur, distributors, retail / stores and logistic service companies. In the supply chain consists of various streams of information that must be managed by the company. Therefore, to create an integrated and superior supply chain, companies need to manage supply chains using supply chain management. In the supply chain, supply chain risk management is needed to control the risks that may happen in order not to disrupt supply chain. Supply chain risk management process begins with the identification of business processes in the supply chain, then identify risks in the business process. After that, a risk assessment is performed to assess the risk probability and consequences through the questionnaires. Risk identification brings out 64 risks, 33 lowrisk, 21 to medium-risk, and 10-high risk. Salah satu komponen utama dalam pembuatan peralatan elektronika adalah PCB. Printed Circuit Board (PCB) mengandung banyak material logam yang berharga seperti tembaga (Cu) sekitar 25% b/b. Dari segi ekonomi maupun kebutuhan pasar, material tembaga layak untuk di recovery. Salah satu cara recovery tembaga dari PCB limbah elektronika adalah dengan proses hidrometalurgi. Pada proses ini PCB direaksikan dengan larutan asam kuat seperti HNO3 sehingga membentuk Cu(NO3)2. Parameter yang digunakan adalah konsentrasi perolehan tembaga, sedangkan variabel yang berubah pada penelitian ini adalah konsentrasi HNO3, NaOH dan jenis PCB sebagai limbah elektronika. Konsentrasi tembaga yang dihasilkan dalam percobaan ini dicari menggunakan metode AAS (Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy). Hasil yang didapatkan dihitung menggunakan Anova dengan software Minitab 17 untuk melihat pengaruh konsentrasi asam dan basa terhadap jenis PCB limbah elektronika. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan menggunakan anova dengan Minitab 17 didapatkan pengaruh HNO3 7N pada waktu percobaan 60 menit lebih signifikan dalam mendaur-ulang tembaga dari PCB televisi.Kata Kunci: Limbah Elektronik, PCB, Tembaga, MinitabABSTRACTHandling of electronic waste by recycle can be an alternative source for obtaining valuable material. One of the main components in making electronic equipment is PCB. Printed Circuit Board (PCB) contains many valuable metal materials such as copper (Cu) around 25% b / b. In terms of economy and market needs, copper material is suitable for recovery. One method of copper recovery from PCB electronic waste is the hydrometallurgical process. In this process the PCB is reacted with a strong acid solution such as HNO3 to form Cu(NO3)2. The parameters used were the concentration of copper recovery, while the variable that changed in this study was the concentration of HNO3, NaOH and PCB type as electronic waste. The concentration of copper produced in this experiment was sought using the AAS method (Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy). The results obtained were calculated using Anova with Minitab 17 software to see the effect of acid and base concentrations on the type of electronic waste PCB. X Mall termasuk tingkat risiko bahaya kebakaran sedang III yang memiliki potensi pemicu kebakaran dari dalam dan luar gedung. Maka dari itu X Mall perlu menerapkan sistem proteksi kebakaran dan sarana pendukung yang baik untuk mencegah dan menanggulangi bahaya kebakaran. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara observasi dan wawancara langsung dengan pihak X Mall untuk mengetahui kelengkapan dan kondisi sistem proteksi aktif, sistem proteksi pasif, serta manajemen kebakaran yang telah diterapkan. Hasil observasi dan wawancara kemudian dibandingkan kesesuaiannya dengan peraturan yang berlaku di Indonesia yaitu Kepmen PU No.10/KPTS/2000 dan SNI. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa sistem proteksi aktif, sistem proteksi pasif, sarana penyelamatan jiwa, dan manajemen tanggap kebakaran sudah cukup baik dengan umumnya persentase kesesuaian ≥80%.Kata kunci: kebakaran, bahaya kebakaran, mall, proteksi aktif, proteksi pasif, manajemen kebakaranABSTRACTX Mall is a shopping centre that provides complete facilities such as supermarket, recreation arena, culinary, bank, also place of worship. The level of risk of fire hazard in X Mall is classified as Moderate III Fire Hazard that has the potential fire triggering from inside and outside the building. Therefore X Mall needs to implements fire protection system and good supporting facilities to prevent and overcome fire hazards. This research was done by observation and direct interviews with the X Mall to find out the availability and condition of active protection system, passive protection system, and fire management that have been implemented. The results of observation are then compared to the applicable regulations that are Kepmen PU No. 10/KPTS/2000 and SNI. Umumnya connecting rod dirancang berbenruk I agar kuat dan ringan dengan material baja. Pengurangan massa pada connecting rod dapat mengurangi momen inersia engine, meningkatkan performa dan fuel efficiency engine. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan dimensi optimum connecting road menggunakan material Al 2024 dan tulangan baja 4340.Dimensi optimum harus dapat menahan tegangan dan regangan maksimum yang terjadi pada connecting rod ketika menerima beban tekan dan tarik. Penelitian dilakukan dengan melakukan varisi dimensi profil I dan bentuk tulangan dengan dimensi lain menyesuaikan spesifikasi connecting rod Kawasaki Ninja 150 R. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa connecting rod dengan profil I, bentuk tulangan webbing merupakan tulangan paling optimal dengan ketebalan 8 mm dengan berat total 0,12 Kg.Kata kunci: connecting rod, tulangan baja, Al2024, ANSYSABSTRACTThe connecting rod serves to connect the piston to the crankshaft; this system forms a simple mechanism that converts straight motion into circular motion or vice versa. Generally, connecting rods are designed to be made in order to be strong and lightweight with steel material. Reducing the mass of the connecting rod can reduce the moment of engine inertia, improve the performance and fuel efficiency engine. This study aims to obtain the optimum dimensions of the connecting road using Al 2024 material and steel reinforcement 4340. The optimum dimension must be able to withstand the maximum stress and strain that occurs in the connecting rod when receiving compressive and tensile loads. The study was conducted by varying the dimensions of profile I and shape of reinforcement with other dimensions adjusting the specifications of the connecting rod Kawasaki Ninja 150 R. Beberapa penelitian menemukan terjadinya peningkatan konsentrasi ozon di troposfer selama periode El Nino pada tahun 1997/1998 dan 2006 di Indonesia. Studi ini berisi kajian dan sintesis berbagai literatur ilmiah untuk mengetahui aspek-aspek yang mempengaruhi peningkatan konsentrasi ozon troposferik di periode tersebut. Peningkatan ozon rata-rata diketahui dengan membandingkan konsentrasi latar belakang total ozon pada tahun-tahun normal dengan periode El Nino 1997/1998 dan 2006. Peningkatan ozon terutama terjadi di musim kering pada periode El Nino, ketika terjadi penurunan tingkat presipitasi yang signifikan dan kebakaran hutan besar di Indonesia. Pada El-Nino 1997/1998 terjadi anomali positif konsentrasi ozon troposferik sebesar 10-20 DU, sedangkan pada El-Nino 2006 sebesar 10-15 DU. Peristiwa kebakaran hutan ini mengemisikan prekursor pembentuk ozon (O3) dalam jumlah besar, diantaranya adalah karbon monoksida (CO) dan Nitrogen Oksida (NOx).Kata kunci: El Nino, ENSO, Indonesia, Kebakaran, Tropospheric OzoneABSTRACTTropospheric ozone is a secondary pollutant that is toxic to humans. Several studies have found an increase in ozone concentration in the troposphere during periods of 1997/1998 and 2006 El Nino in Indonesia. This study intends to review and synthesize earlier research to determine important aspects affecting increase of tropospheric ozone concentration during those period. Average tropospheric ozone increase was estimated by subtracting the background concentration of total ozone during the normal years on 1997/1998 and 2006 El Nino periods. Significant increase tropospheric ozone mostly occurred in the dry season during the El Nino periods when the precipitation decreased significantly and extensive forest fire occurred frequently in Indonesia. During the 1997/1998 El-Nino, there is positive anomaly of tropospheric ozone by 10-20 DU, and 10-15 DU in 2006 El Nino. Investigasi karakter Alga Coklat dan Alga Merah yang diperoleh dari perairan pulau pari kepulauan seribu wilayah Indonesia dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mendapatkan zat yang mampu menjadi alternatif sumber anti oksidan . Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah ekstraksi maserasi dengan pelarut Phosfat Buffer Saline (PBS) sedangkan Uji kadar protein alga menggunakan metode Lowry dan uji aktivitas antioksidan menggunakan metode 1,1-Diphenyl-2-Pycrylhydrazy(DPPH). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kadar protein yang tertinggi diperoleh pada sampel alga merah, sedangkan nilai kadar protein paling rendah terdapat pada alga cokelat . Nilai aktivitas antioksidan yang paling baik yaitu pada sampel yang berasal dari alga merah dengan nilai IC50 sebesar 3,5421 mg/ml.Kata Kunci: Alga, protein, antioksidan.ABSTRACTAn alga contains polysaccharides, minerals, proteins, fats, vitamins, polyphenols and bioactive compounds that can provide benefits for food, vitamin and pharmaceutical sources. Characteristic investigations of Brown Algae and Red Algae from the Pari Island waters, Thousand Islands, Indonesia, were carried out to obtain substances that could be an alternative source of antioxidants. The maceration extraction method using Phosphate Buffered Saline (PBS) as solvent was used in this study. Protein content in algae was investigated by Lowry method and the 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) method was used to investigate the antioxidant activity of algae The results showed that the highest protein content was found in Red Algae and the lowest is in Brown Algae. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian pada hewan tikus dalam jangka pendek dan panjang, scleroglucan tidak bersifat toksik dan tidak menunjukkan efek samping yang signifikan. Di Indonesia scleroglucan ini belum dikenal, lain halnya dengan jamur S. rolfsii yang lebih dikenal sebagai salah satu jamur patogen yang menyebabkan beberapa penyakit pada tanaman. Penyakit yang dihasikan oleh S.rolfsii merupakan penyakit potensial khususnya pada tanaman kedelai karena bila terserang akan mati serta patogen dan dapat bertahan lama di dalam tanah dalam bentuk sklerotia. Sehingga berbagai penelitian yang telah dilakukan di Indonesia hanya terbatas pada pencegahan, pengendalian dan karakterisasi dalam mengurangi sifat patogen dari S. rolfsii tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menentukan komposisi media pertumbuhan S. Rolfsii InaCC F-05 untuk menghasilkan scleroglucan menggunakan substrat hidrolisat tepung tapioka. Dalam penelitian ini scleroglucan dibuat dalam media PDB dan media PDB termodifikasi yang masing masing menggunakan substrat dari gula cair 7% pada 28oC, pH 5, pengadukan 180 rpm dengan waktu fermentasi S.rolfsii masing masing 46 dan 68 jam secara aerob. Hasil analisis FTIR menunjukkan bahwa scleroglucan hasil penelitian mempunyai puncak serapan pada 3408, 2933, 1633, 1408 dan 1031- 1151 cm-1. Puncak puncak serapan ini secara kualitatif telah sesuai dengan puncak serapan scleroglucan pada literatur. Secara keseluruhan dapat disebutkan bahwa S. rolfsii yang ditumbuhkan dalam media PDB termodifikasi dengan menggunakan substrat gula cair 7% telah berhasil memproduksi scleroglucan dengan yield dan konversi tertinggi masing masing sebesar 15,0805 g/L dan 21,5400%. Scleroglucan yang diperoleh mempunyai viskositas 1,9358 - 3,6579 cP. Nilai ini sudah memenuhi kriteria untuk dijadikan bahan campuran pada industri kimia.Kata kunci : S.rolfsii, scleroglucan, fermentasi.ABSTACTScleroglucan is an Exopolisaccharide produced from the fermentation of Sclerotium rolfsii (S.rolfsii) and has been used in many developed countries as a thickener, food, pharmaceutical, oil and other industries. Based on the results of tests on rats in the short and long term, it was found that scleroglucan is not toxic and have not shown significantly side effects. Scleroglucan is not well known in Indonesia, unlike fungus S. rolfsii which is better known as one of the pathogenic fungi that causes diseases in plants, especially in soybean crops where it will die and the pathogen can survive for a long time in the ground in the form of sclerotia. This is why the various studies that have been conducted in Indonesia are limited to prevention, control, and characterization in reducing the pathogenic of S. rolfsii.
