The methodology used in this study is a quasi-experimental design with pre-test post-test only group design. The participants of this research are junior high school students in the city of Bandung. The instrument used in this research is creativity questionnaire that is developed by researchers guided by Guilford which includes aptitude traits and non-aptitude traits. All data generated in this study will be analysed using the paired sample t test analysis technique with the aim to see the effect of the Project Based Learning model in the development of student creativity seen from the comparison of pre-test and post-test scores after the intervention is given. The analysis shows that the Project Based Learning model has an influence on the development of student creativity. This is proved by obtaining the results of the analysis with a magnitude of pvalue of 0.00 (0.00 <0.05).","PeriodicalId":348399,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 4th International Conference on Sport Science, Health, and Physical Education (ICSSHPE 2019)","volume":"65 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-02-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123824437","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Life agility is a skill to overcome life's problems. In relation to the military, a soldier is not only demanded to improve physically to support unit tasks, but also needs attention regarding attitudes and behaviour. The attitude of the soldier is a major appearance that is highly demanded in the military world, besides the behaviour of the soldier needs to reflect a soldier who is tough and ready to carry out his duties. For this reason, the attitude and behaviour of warriors is related to Life Skills. Therefore the researcher integrates life skills in military physical development at the Manuhua Airbase in Papua. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the life skills program on soldiers at Manuhua Air Base. The research method used is an experiment with a pre-test post-test research design. The experimental group was treated with the Life skills program while the control group was treated as usual. Researchers used 40 soldiers as samples. Researchers used a life skills scale instrument in the field of sports Life skills Scale for Sport (LSSS). The results of statistical calculations show that there is a significant effect. The physical development group charged with Life Skills has a higher development of Life Skills compared to the physical development group without being charged with Life Skills. Life skills component can be integrated into physical training programs influences soldiers to get positive experiences.","PeriodicalId":348399,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 4th International Conference on Sport Science, Health, and Physical Education (ICSSHPE 2019)","volume":"22 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-02-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122386293","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The trajectory of the rate of obesity is increasing from childhood to adolescence. Physical inactivity is a factor that contributes to this obesity crisis. Therefore, a preventive action should be comprehensively planned in Indonesia, started from the early age. Fundamental motor skills (FMS) have shown a contribution to the likelihood to be physically active. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to develop a structured physical activity program to promote motor skill competence for early childhood to be implemented at preschools and kindergartens. This study reports a preliminary data of pre-schoolers/kindergarteners competence on FMS and a design of motor skill program that has been piloted in Padang, West Sumatera. The initial analysis of over 100 young children showed that young children in Indonesia have low motor skill competence. Therefore, a motor skill program has been designed and piloted. If the results showed the effectiveness of this program to promote children competence on motor skills, it will be implemented in state-wide in West Sumatera.","PeriodicalId":348399,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 4th International Conference on Sport Science, Health, and Physical Education (ICSSHPE 2019)","volume":"153 6 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-02-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131314494","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The research instruments were in the form of Aerobic Ability and Anaerobic Ability Tests. The data analysis technique used for normality and T-tests with a significance level of 5% was SPSS software. This research showed that there was a significant effect between the initial test results and the final test results with the interval training method in increasing aerobic ability, but it did not significantly influence anaerobic abilities. The pyramid training method to increase aerobic and anaerobic abilities also did not significantly influence the female futsal players.
