Popularity of boba products can be seen from the purchases level of boba and how it is viral on the internet such as Instagram, twitter, Zomato, or food blogs. The spread on the internet is called electronic wordof-mouth (EWOM). One of the factors that increase EWOM is customer satisfaction. The study was conducted to explain the relationship between customer satisfaction and EWOM using the correlation study method. This study involved 111 respondents. The sample characteristics are students who have bought boba and have posts about boba in the internet. The consumer satisfaction measurement tool was adapted from Martín Consuegra et al. (2007).. Meanwhile, the EWOM measuring instrument was adapted from the Jeong and Jang (2011). The results show that there is a significant relationship between customer satisfaction and EWOM. The higher the consumer satisfaction, the higher the spread of positive EWOM regarding boba products. Results also show that women do the spread of EWOM higher because satisfaction encourages their desire to promote their favorite boba products to others. Consumers who have deployed EWOM can increase loyalty to the products used because consumers experience high satisfaction with their products. However, the terms used in the academic world are often not the same as the terms used in the practical world. The lack of consistency of these terms causes these organizational models to be regarded as simply unscientific models. This research was conducted to formulate an integrative concept of organization. This concept will be able to accommodate the terms of the academic world as well as the practical world, so it is expected to be able to standardize the terms in an organizational model. The research method used was the qualitative method, namely meta-ethnography. Meta-ethnography is an approach taken to synthesize some texts and research findings and then reinterpret these texts. The data analyzed in this study is the formulation of organizational models that are well known in the literature, namely the 7-S Model from Pascale and Athos (1981), the Six-Box Model from Weisbord (1976), and the Stream Organizational Model from Porras (1987). The result of the research is the discovery of 12 elements within the organization that systemically have the backbone and the related stuffs. The 12 elements can essentially be condensed into five components which is the backbone of an organization. The backbones of the organization are mission, leadership, culture, performance, and vision. Among the five elements of the backbone, the most complex one is organizational culture, which includes eight interrelated and interdependent elements. The eight elements that build the culture are values, strategy, structure, system, goals, people, skills, and style. Performance refers to the extent of the contribution given by the employees to an organization; meanwhile, the perception of organizational support is an individual assessment on the availability of help from organization to support the duty implementation to make it run effectively and to help the individuals in facing any stressful situations. This study examined the consistency of the correlation between the perception of organizational support and employee performance by correcting the sampling errors using the meta-analysis technique. The quantitative review used 26 studies obtained by accessing online articles with inclusion criteria (1) primary study with the independent variable is perception of organizational support or organizational support and the dependent variable is employee performance with a time span of 2010-2020 (2) containing statistical values of N, r, t or F (4) samples are employees in Indonesia.The exclusion criteria imposed included: (1) the year of the articles should be before 2010 (2) Access for full articles were not available so that tracing the method used in the study was not possible (3) Methodological weakness was identified which become the reason why the research result was not significant. There has been a decrease in job opportunities, while competition has also increased. The unemployment rate also continues to increase annually, especially among university graduates. Students need to be aware of how ready they are to enter the labor market after completing their studies. This study aims to test the validity and reliability of the Perceived Future Employability Scale (PFES), to identify whether the Indonesian version of the instrument is valid and reliable. PFES is expected to assist students to get an overview of how ready they are to enter the labor market, so they can prepare themselves better and know what still needs to improve. The process carried out includes a Focused Group Discussion (FGD), forward-backward translation, expert review, readability test, expert judgment, and data collection. The research design is in the form of an online questionnaire. The number of samples in this study amounted to 467 university students aged 18-30 years old. This study examined the construct validity and internal consistency reliability (Cronbach’s alpha). PFES has a strong positive correlation with the instrument that measures similar construct, and has a low negative correlation with the instrument that measures different construct. The results also indicated a high level of reliability. Various factors that influence adolescent aggressiveness include effective parent- adolescent communication and self-control. However, there is still limited research examining the effect of effective parent-adolescent communication on adolescent aggressive behavior, especially mediated by self-control. This study aimed to determine the effect of effective parent-adolescent communication on adolescent aggressiveness mediated by self-control. The participants of this study were 228 high school students, middle adolescence (15-18 years). Data were collected using the Parent-Adolescent Effective Communication Scale, Aggressiveness Scale, and Self-Control Scale. The hypotheses were tested using mediation analysis using the JASP statistical program. The results showed that self-control partially mediated the relationship between effective parent-adolescent communication on adolesent aggressiveness. Furthermore, parents’ communication with adolescent girls was more likely to be open than with boys. Learning agility consists of four dimensions: people agility, results agility, mental agility, and change agility. The use of instruments in different cultural backgrounds requires an adaptation process to ensure the valid and reliable measurement results, but until now there has been no research on the adaptation of learning agility measurement instrument in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to obtain and test the standardized Indonesian version of learning agility instrument. The adaptation process was carried out using the International Test Commission (2016) as a reference. Based on the results of the Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) using JASP 0.13.1.0, it can be concluded that according to the theory, the learning agility model consists of four dimensions: people agility, results agility, mental agility, and change agility. It has a good fit model after several adjustment items are removed. Pandemi COVID- 19 mengharuskan ibu memberikan waktu pengasuhan yang lebih banyak kepada anak di samping penurunan kondisi finansial yang dapat menyebabkan adanya stres pengasuhan pada ibu. Stres pengasuhan pada ibu dapat menyebabkan kerentanan pada ibu dalam melakukan tindakan kekerasan kepada anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah kekerasan pada anak menjadi mediator hubungan antara stres pengasuhan yang dimiliki oleh ibu dimasa pandemi COVID-19 dengan depresi pada anak. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan melibatkan 96 responden dengan cara convenience sampling. Berdasarkan hasil analisis jalur ditemukan bahwa stres pengasuhan pada ibu di masa pandemi Covid-19 tidak berkontribusi secara signifikan pada terjadinya kekerasan terhadap anak (â = .179, p = .082). Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa kekerasan terhadap anak tidak menjadi mediator hubungan antara stres pengasuhan pada ibu di masa pandemi COVID-19 dengan depresi yang terjadi pada anak. Hal ini diasumsikan sebagai salah satu faktor penyebab sikap defensif Kepolisian Republik Indonesia (Polri) yang tidak memberikan akses kepada penelitian akademis, inspeksi publik dan investigasi media untuk mendapatkan informasi aktual terkait perilaku tidak berintegritas (misbehave) yang dilakukan polisi. Studi eksplorasi kualitatif ini bertujuan menyelidiki eksistensi BWoS dalam praktek pemolisian Indonesia agar dapat dipahami faktor-faktor penyebab dan proses berkembangnya subkultur tersebut guna mengupayakan strategi untuk meminimalisir. Sebanyak 117 Staf Polisi yang berasal dari 13 satuan kerja yang berkantor di salah satu Kepolisian Daerah (Polda) di Pulau Jawa dilibatkan sebagai subjek penelitian. Data dari subjek diperoleh melalui kuesioner terbuka (open-ended questionnaire) dan diolah dengan menggunakan teknik analisis tematik dan analisis isi. Temuan studi menunjukkan bahwa BWoS juga ditemukan di Polri. Sikap diam sementara atas perilaku tidak berintegritas rekan polisi menjadi respon spesifik yang tidak ditemukan dalam penelitian terdahulu. Adapun faktor penyebab, proses dan dampaknya dalam proses pemolisian di Indonesia dipaparkan dalam diskusi dan ditampilkan dalam bentuk peta tematik dinamika eksistensi subkultur BWoS. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh religiusitas dan welas asih diri (self-compassion) terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis orang tua yang memiliki Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus (ABK). Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 107 orang tua ABK yang berdomisili di Kota Makassar. Hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh religiusitas dan welas asih diri terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis pada orang tua ABK. Pengambilan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan skala religiusitas yang dikembangkan oleh Nashori (2012), skala kesejahteraan psikologis oleh Ryff dan Keyes (1995) yang telah diadaptasi ke dalam Bahasa Indonesia oleh Azalia et al. (2018), skala Self-Compassion disusun oleh Neff (2003) yang telah diadaptasi ke dalam Bahasa Indonesia oleh Sugianto et al. (2020). Data dari hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan religiusitas dan welas asih diri terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis.
