Therefore, dating relationship quality become important because poor dating relationship quality can negatively affect marital relationship quality. Prior researcher found that individual’s attachment can affect dating relationship quality and self-compassion can mediated attachment and relationship quality. The mechanism of attachment effect was also found to be mediated by self-compassion but this still needs further investigation. The objective of this research is to examine the role of self-compassion in mediating attachment and relationship quality. This research uses quantitative research method by distributing online questionnaire. Total participant of this research is 176 people. Mediation analysis in this research using PROCESS within SPSS. The result of this research shows that self-compassion cannot mediating attachment and dating relationship quality. In other words, individual’s behavior toward himself did not affect individual’s perception toward his relationship or his partner. There are several factors that can affect someone’s body image, two of them are self-esteem and gratitude. The aim of this research is to find out whether self-esteem and gratitude can predict body image on K-pop teenage fangirl or not. The hypothesis proposed in this research is self-esteem and gratitude could predict body image on K-pop teens fan girl, who often see idols as a benchmark for ideal body type. This research uses a quantitative approach, respondents involved in this research amounted to 607 K-pop teenage fan girl.  The measuring instrument used in this research are Multidimensional Body-Self Relations Questionnaire-Appearance Scale (MBSRQ-AS) by Cash dan Pruzinsky (2002), State Self-Esteem Scale (SSES) by Heatherton dan Polivy (1991) and Gratitude Questionnaire-6 (GQ-6) by McCullough et al. (2002). The result of this research indicates confirm with the proposed hypothesis, that self-esteem and gratitude could predict body image on K-pop teens fangirl. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh perundungan di lingkungan kerja terhadap stres kerja pada karyawan baru yang bekerja di Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei yang meminta partisipan mengisi kuesioner secara online. Sebanyak 213 orang berpartisipasi menjadi responden dalam penelitian ini. Responden diukur perundungan di lingkungan kerja yang dialami menggunakan Negative Acts Questionnare-Revised (NAQ-R) dan stres kerja yang dialami menggunakan Job Stress Scales (JSS). Hasil analisis regresi linear sederhana menunjukkan perundungan di lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap stres kerja partisipan. The adaptation process to become a primiparous mother have some problems, one of them is that it can cause Postpartum Depression (PPD). In addition, the things which are suspected to be causes of PPD are their spiritual factor which is sincerity and their psychological factor which is emotional maturity. This study aims to find out the relationship of sincerity and self-emotional maturity with postpartum depression in primiparous mothers. The subjects of the study were 110 primiparous mothers. Data analysis used in this study was the quantitative approach. Data collection methods used were the scale of sincerity, the scale of emotional maturity, the scale of postpartum depression. Data analysis of the study used IBM SPSS 22.0 program for windows. The result of the study showed that there was a relationship of sincerity and emotional maturity with postpartum depression in primiparous mothers (r = .405, p < .01), it means the higher level of sincerity and emotional maturity, the lower risk of postpartum depression, and vice versa. There was no significant relationship of sincerity with postpartum depression (r = -.136, p > .01). There was a very significant negative relationship of emotional maturity with postpartum depression (r = -.266, p < .01). Dalam pandangan mereka pola pikir, sikap dan perilaku serta keberadaan seseorang, sangat menentukan tinggi rendahnya harga diri. Artikel ini bertujuan mengeksplor perbedaan harga diri dan muru’ah dalam pandangan psikologi Barat dan Islam. Dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif-analisis serta menjadikan perpustakaan sebagai basis data peneliti sampai pada beberapa kesimpulan antara lain sebagai berikut; harga diri merupakan harga diri seseorang yang bisa dinilai melalui sikap, pola pikir dan tingkah laku manusia saja. Sementara muru’ah merupakan harga diri seseorang yang dapat diukur dengan pola pikir, sikap dan tingkah laku seseorang dan dapat dilihat melalui hubungan seseorang dengan sesamanya dan juga hubungannya dengan Tuhan. Harga diri dinilai mampu mewujudkan kesejahteraan psikologis manusia namun tidak mampu menghadirkan kesejahteraan spiritual seperti yang ditawarkan dalam psikologi Islam. Psikologi Islam memiliki corak tersendiri karena bersumber pada wahyu Tuhan. Berbeda dengan psikologi modern yang menyandarkan kajiannya pada kekuatan penelitian dan eksprimen. Sebab itu, untuk kepentingan yang lebih besar serta kesejahteraan yang lebih holistik perlu ditelaah kembali paradigma yang tertanam dalam konsep harga diri, tentu dengan melihat aspek kelebihan dan kekurangannya. This is caused by changes in daily activities routine and structure as well as the increased burden in taking care the patients as the consequence of reduced access to formal health services. However the role of informal caregiver is often underappreciated. The study aims to describe the mental health condition of informal caregivers in taking care the patients during the COVID-19 pandemic. The reviews were conducted on two sites which prove the online journals, they are Google Scholar and ScienceDirect and it found nine journal research. The nine journals were evaluated using PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-analyses). The findings show that mental health condition of informal caregivers can be observed from emotional, cognitive, and behavioral variables, with the aspects such as anxiety, fear, distress, depression, quality of life, telehealth, suicidal ideation, health protocol, and changes in lifestyle. Whether caregiving duties during COVID-19 pandemic solely cause mental health problems for informal caregivers remains unclear. This paper uses state-supported gender roles in the Soeharto era as a benchmark for gender ideology today. The government of Soeharto marked a pivotal moment in the development of the expected roles of men and women both in the public and private areas. The aims of this paper are: (1) to explore whether gender roles in Indonesia have shifted from the Soeharto era to the present, (2) to examine what messages are conveyed by TV, schools and social media as agents of socialization, and (3) to look at young people's perceptions of \"ideal roles” for men and women. The data from this paper are from journal articles, books and dissertations written in English taken from Proquest database by using the specific key words. Article searches were also conducted on the internet with the same keywords, both in English and in Indonesian. This literature review shows that inspite of various progress in the educational and political sectors, contemporary gender roles in Indonesia are relatively the same as traditional gender roles in the Suharto’s era. Young people, both men and some women, consider jobs in the public area and leadership positions as male domains. On the other hand, domestic work is considered as women's work, even though women work full time outside the house. Thus, the behavior generated by sensation-seeking can be more functional. The purpose of this study is to identify whether sensation-seeking can be expressed through emotional intelligence to predict individual performance. This study uses a quantitative design with a correlational strategy. The study participants were 167 Indonesian employees from three banking, oil and gas, and mining industries who filled out a questionnaire investigating their sensation-seeking, emotional intelligence, and individual performance. The questionnaires used Work Role Performance Scale and Learning Style Profiler. Data analysis was done by mediation process from Hayes. The results show that sensation-seeking and emotional intelligence directly predicts individual performance. However, indirect effect analysis proves that emotional intelligence cannot express sensation-seeking to predict individual performance. However, family resilience refers to the ability to maintain the family functions, including to provide supports for all family members. This study aims to explain the relevance of the meaning contained in the concept of family resilience through Islamic values, associated with its implementation in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. The research method was Islamic Psychology development. The results found that there are a number of verses of the Quran and Hadith that have relevant meaning to the six dimensions of family resilience according to Oh dan Chang (2014). The dimension of collective confidence is relevant to the concepts of patience, self-confidence, firm conviction and being not desperate. Dimension of interconnectedness is relevant to the command to protect oneself and the family, to unite (not being divorced) and to avoid prejudice. The dimension of positive life view is relevant to have the positive thinking (husnudzan) towards the decree of Allah, to believe that after difficulties there will be ease, and to believe that each self is only burdened according to the limits of his ability. The dimension of resourcefulness is relevant to the command to make effort on the things we do and to have th hard work. The dimension of open communication patterns is relevant to have love and affection, to have dialogue with others, and to remind each other. Well-being in the workplace is essential in supporting employee performance that prevents employees from error and negligent behavior. Therefore, this study aims to determine the relationship between calling and well-being for forestry employees. Our hypothesis is search for calling dimension has a negative correlation with employees’ well-being at work, and the presence of calling has a positive correlation with employees’ well-being at work. Through the purposive sampling technique, 130 employees are willing to participate in this study. Data collection uses the Calling and Vocation Questionnaire (CVQ) and the Eudaimonic Well-being at Work Scale (EWWS), with high-reliability scores. The results of data analysis showed that both the dimensions of calling–search and the presence–had a significant positive relationship with well-being at work.
