Dalam efektivitas pelayanan pegawai di Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kota Pekanbaru terdapat beberapa faktor penghambat yaitu terbatasnya SDM pelaksana bimbingan teknis, jaringan yang kadang kala tidak stabil maupun server aplikasi yang masih sering down, dan belum adanya notifikasi surat masuk yang dapat diterima saat aplikasi tidak di buka.. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas pelayanan pegawai di Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kota Pekanbaru. Konsep teori yang peneliti gunakan yaitu teori efektivitas oleh Duncan dalam Ismaya dkk 2021. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif dan teknik pengumpulan data berdasarkan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Ketidaksesuaian penggunaan timbangan oleh pedagang menyebabkan ketidakakuratan dalam pengukuran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan kinerja pegawai Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kota Pekanbaru dalam melakukan pengawasan di Pasar Labuh Baru sesuai dengan Permendag Nomor 67 Tahun 2018, serta faktor-faktor yang penghambat Efektivitas Pengawasan Pegawai Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kota Pekanbaru. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, dan data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik triangulasi. BPR Regional Bank Bangli (Perseroda) for the period 2017 to 2021 using the RGEC method and the EVA method. This descriptive research uses a quantitative approach. The results showed that 1) the financial performance of PT BPR Daerah Bangli using the RGEC method with the predicate Very Healthy composite rating 1 (PK 1) complies with the standards set by Bank Indonesia and OJK regulations. 2) the financial performance of PT BPR Regional Bank Bangli using the EVA method is able to provide economic added value of Rp.1,045,513 over the last five years, this means that in 2017-2021 the EVA value is greater than zero, and that means that PT BPR Regional Bank Bangli (Perseroda) gets a positive value and this number has a positive value.By testing statistical analysis, namely using data analysis techniques t-test one sample. This analysis technique is used because the number of sample members (df) = n-1 = 4. and based on the calculations the value < is obtained so that the number shows that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Cipta Prima Kontrindo. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. Data collection techniques in this study were observation and questionnaires with a total of 100 samples or people consisting of employees of PT. Cipta Prima Kontrindo. The results showed that the quality of human resources and work motivation simultaneously have a positive effect on employee performance. Evidenced by the results of the Fcount value of 11.902 greater than Ftable 3.09 with a significance of 0.000 less than 0.05 so that it can be stated to have a positive effect. Based on the test results of the coefficient of determination, R square is 0.197 or equal to 19.7%. The analysis technique used in this study is classic assumption test. The subjects in this study were POLRI members at the Sawan Police. The objects in this study were internal communication, interpersonal communication, and job satisfaction of POLRI members at the Sawan Polsek. The population in this study were all POLRI members at the Sawan Polsek, totaling 57 people. The method used in this research is to use a descriptive quantitative method. Where in this descriptive quantitative research, the data collected is in the form of numbers which are the result of distributing questionnaires to the sample (respondents). The sample in this study is all members of the population or is a saturated sample. This research is also a type of causal quantitative research. Where this study aims to determine the causal relationship arising from the independent variables on the dependent variable. The data obtained was then processed using multiple linear regression analysis models with the help of SPSS 22 software. The results of the research using the 't' test showed that the value of the internal communication variable wast count 2.702 > t table 2.005 and the interpersonal communication variable shows a value of t count 4.718 > t table 2.005. Then based on the results of the 'f' test that was carried out, the results were obtained forf count 76,978 < 3,165 f table.Furthermore, based on the results of calculations using multiple linear regression analysis, the coefficient results obtained from the job satisfaction variable were 7.258 and the coefficients from the internal communication and interpersonal communication variables were 0.312 and 0.548 respectively. With an Adjusted R Square determinant coefficient of 0.731. This is qualitative research with a mixed method type between qualitative and quantitative with Merille S. Grindle's theoretical analysis. The study results show that the 2021 SAMISADE program has completed infrastructure development by village proposals. Infrastructure Development in Ciawi District, as many as 13 villages have completed infrastructure development in 20 construction locations. The condition of the dominant land contour in the Ciawi Subdistrict is in the form of cliffs, so more SAMISADE development funds were absorbed for constructing a Land Retaining Wall (TPT); this function is to stabilize soil conditions. However, there are several obstacles, including from the supervision side of SAMISADE in 2021; there needs to be more supervision in the ongoing development process. Furthermore, the program regulations that will run in 2021 it is considered that the public needs to understand the same as the existing regulations. From the point of view of community satisfaction with this program, it is calculated based on measurement (IKM) with a score obtained with an index number of 91.23, which means service quality A (Very Good). The element of the highest average value (NRR) is the element of Product Specification Type of Service (3.737). The lowest NRR is handling complaints, suggestions, and feedback (3.535). The population used in this study were people who had purchased Vamo products in the city of Yogyakarta. This study uses a type of questionnaire that uses the Google form as a research tool. The research method used is purposive sampling technique. The sample used was 100 respondents. The data obtained from the questionnaire were then processed and analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression analysis with model accuracy (classical assumption test), hypothesis testing using the partial test (t) and determination test (R2) using the SPSS 25 program.
