The paper also studies the relation between entropy and similarity measure for interval-valued Intuitionistic fuzzy sets (IVIFSs) and gives an approach to construct similarity measure using the new entropy formula. In the process of searching, the ants are more sensitive to the optimal path because the inverse of distance among cities is chosen as the heuristic information, while a candidate list is used to limit the number of candidate city. The method of local and global dynamic phenomenon update is used in order to adjust the distribution of phenomenon according to the routes. The method of 2-opt is only used for the current optimal tour, enhancing the convergence speed. Firstly, an equivalent discrete-time model is obtained from the MIMO analog time-delayed system. The equivalent discrete-time model and a partially predetermined digital cascaded controller are formulated as an augmented discrete-time state-space system for state-feed forward and state-feedback Linear Quadratic Regulator (LQR) design. As a result, the parameters of the cascaded controller and its associated state-feedback controller can be determined by tuning the weighting matrices in the LQR optimal design. Then a discrete-time optimal observer for the MIMO analog time-delayed system is constructed for the implementation of the designed state-feedback digital controller. To increase the feeling of immersion in this virtual universe, this interface responds to strict time constraints. The model was built by using data accumulation with weighted method, and the model is improved by changing the initiate condition. The coefficient of the GM(1,1) model is applied to determine the prediction steps. By combining GM(1,1) model with PID, the grey predicting control system for controlling the large time delay process is proposed.
