The algorithm uses median operation to improve morphological operations' performance, which called median closing operation. It gives a mathematical model of the structuring element unit (SEU) composed of a zero square matrix. The particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm is employed for choosing the size of structuring element. The value of peak signal to noise ratio (PSNR) is taken as a fitness function, and the transformed value of the particle's position is taken as the size of the structuring element. Experimental results show that the denoising performance of the proposed algorithm has obvious superiority than conventional morphological algorithm. It can overcome the inherent deficiency of conventional morphological operations, adaptively obtain the size of the structuring element, and effectively remove impulse noise from images, especially for the image whose signal to noise ratio value is relatively low. By incorporating the curve extension design with the consensus-based design we propose a solution to the formation and attitude coordination control. It removes the assumption of nonzero total speed of each vessel that is presented in the literature. With the help of invariance-like theorem and the extension of Barbalat's lemma, it is proved that the designed cooperative control system is asymptotically stable if the bidirectional commutation topology is connected. Comparing with traditional direct calculation method, the calculation burden can be mitigated and avoided curse of dimensionality, so it is suitable to the analysis and calculation of dynamic voltage stability of a single-machine infinite-bus system. By the nonlinear analysis software package-Auto97, the dynamic voltage stability of a single-machine infinite-bus system is studied in detail with the method proposed in this paper. To overcome the weaknesses of conventional back-propagation (BP) neural networks, a weights-direct-determination (WDD) method is exploited to obtain the optimal linking weights of the proposed neural network directly. Furthermore, a new structure-automatic-determination (SAD) algorithm is developed to determine the optimal number of hidden-layer neurons of the TINN-CP2, and thus the weights-and-structure-determination (WASD) algorithm is built up. Over traditional methods, video based fire detection offers many advantages in large industrial applications. However, most current video flame detection algorithms on the features of color spectrum and spatial augmentation are always successful in extracting the flame region from environment in the image, while helpless against the potential interference sources, such as heat or light sources, motion resembling flame and moving operations of people and vehicles. For this reason, we put forward an intelligent video flame detection algorithm to distinguish flame from other lighting nuisances by a designed fire risk assessment model based on the analysis of static and dynamic characteristics of flame sharp angle and flame contour. In the course of air combat, we get the threat situation index of air combat, and then get the target threat matrix through RBF neural network. Finally, it uses the matrix method to get the result of target assignment and sorting. Wavelets are mathematical functions that cut up data into different frequency components, and then study each component with a resolution matched to its scale. In this paper, we used the wavelet transform to do the signal denoising of the Generator Output Power which makes the data curve more easily understood without rapid fluctuation. The wavelet used here was “db3”. The structure of multilevel 1-D wavelet in level-5 decomposition was used in the experiment. The results show that the data analysis using wavelet transform can decrease the rapid fluctuation of the data, which make the data mining more easily in the long-time. First, based on Lyapunov theory and the existence theorem of hidden function, a linear matrix inequality (LMI) sufficient condition is developed which guarantees that the nonlinear discrete-time descriptor switched systems are regular, causal, have unique solution in a neighborhood of the origin, and are uniformly asymptotically stable. Then, with this condition, a robust stability condition for uncertain systems is obtained, and the design method of robust state feedback controllers is given.
