The method can remove the mechanical motion in the process of measurement, and sample the fringe pattern of phase shifting quickly. However, when we sample the sequence of phase shifting with the method of varying light, because of the light position changed, the background and amplitude of fringe pattern will be modulated. so the classical method of phase shifting can’t be used for picking up measurement phase, so as to solve this problem, A new shadow moiré method based on the spiral phase transform (SPT) is proposed in the process of demodulating phase, this method need to use two frame images of varying light position, and calculate phase shifting in sequence, estimate the height of measurement, finally, a new iterative algorithm of adaptation is designed to pick up measurement phase. The experimental results show the effective of this method. This paper designed an underwater manipulator test platform. Good attitude control and high grip accuracy can be achieved. Through the analysis of the mechanical body, the overall structural layout of the mechanical arm and the hardware control of the mechanical arm are determined. Considering the working requirements of the test platform is to meet the load-bearing weight of 30kg, the operating range is not less than 400mm, etc., and design a motor suitable for this platform. Finally, stress simulation and finite element analysis of the load-bearing parts (U-shaped plate) of the platform are carried out. The results show that the maximum displacement of the U-shaped bottom plate is located in the middle of the bottom plate, which is approximately 4.553e-0.002mm. The maximum stress is 1.505e+0.007N/m^2. The yield stress of the material is 6.204e+0.008N/m^2, which satisfies the requirement of yield stress. Prove that the design is reasonable. Yet the judgement is one-sidedness and limited.Aiming at the large proportion of low-voltage distribution network loss in the total loss of power grid, this paper introduces the line loss analysis process, constructs the line loss analysis model based on smart electric meter the four dimensional eigenvalues of daily average line loss rate, line loss rate variation coefficient, three-phase imbalance, power factor abnormality, and puts forward a method of identifying line loss abnormality in low-voltage distribution network based on clustering algorithm. The experimental results show that the method has certain practical application effects, which can accurately analyze the line loss rate and improve the accuracy of line loss anomaly judgment. As an advanced manufacturing technology at present, 3D printing has been maturely applied in aerospace, bio-medicine and other fields[2]. However, a defect such as extruder head blockage, filament break, height error, warping and cracking occurred during the 3D printing process directly affects the printing quality and even the printing success rate. It is an inevitable trend to develop on-line monitoring on the health status of 3D printing devices to achieve unmanned operation of 3D printing. Therefore, this paper proposes a research on the on-line monitoring and compensation algorithm of 3D printing based on machine vision, which is significant to promote the development of 3D printing technology. The printing process usually takes certain time so it couldn’t be tracked and recognized by human eyes. Therefore, based on printing experiments and printing defect analysis, this paper comprehensively analyzes the monitoring mechanism, puts forward four monitoring elements and carries out certain theoretical analysis, aiming to realize realtime monitoring and improve printing success rate. Meanwhile, this paper analyzes the on-line monitoring by machine vision and compensation algorithm in theory, in order to guide the establishment of related experimental platform. Aiming at the reliability problem of fatigue life of 450 series multi-purpose spring electrical connector contacts part, A fatigue life calculation method based on ABAQUS/FE-SAFE for the contacts part of the electrical connector is proposed. By establishing a threedimensional model of the contacts part of the electrical connector, the finite element software ABAQUS can be used to calculate the contact performance during the single insertion and removal of contacts. According to the stress state of the contact, the physical model of fatigue failure of the contact is established. Then the joint fatigue analysis software FE-SAFE is used to establish the simulation calculation model of the fatigue life of the contact, and the fatigue life of the contact can be inferred. The paper proposes a reliability calculation method for contacts part to prevent major safety accidents caused by contact failure. It is of great practical significance to guide the design, processing and inspection of electrical connector contacts part. It was found that the material removal rate and the surface roughness of the SiC/Al matrix composites with the SiC content of wt.10% SiC/Al is higher than the SiC content of wt.5%. The removal rate increases with the increase of discharge current; and first increases with the pulse duration, when the pulse duration reaches 11μs, the removal rate shows a slow downward trend. The material removal rate decreases with the values increase of pulse off time and working voltage. The surface roughness of the work piece increase with the increases of pulse duration and discharge current, while the effect by pulse off time and working voltage is not significant. The surface morphology was observed by SEM, found that the surface of SiC/Al matrix composites by WEDM is mainly composed of molten recasting layer, little ball of different diameters, pits, holes and a few micro fissure. Eccentric flexible plate spring is widely used in Stirling machine because of its better stress distribution and larger radial stiffness ratio. In this paper, the influence factor of three-groove eccentric involute flexible plate spring eccentricity is analyzed in detail, and the value range of eccentricity in the design process of eccentric flexible spring is obtained by establishing a mathematical model. Through finite element analysis, the variation of radial and axial stiffness of eccentric flexible spring with different eccentricity is summarized. This study provides a basis for the design of later eccentric flexible spring.
